How to get ConversationID after invoking BPEL using WebService
Dear all, I have a problem. I have a BPEL process, and I invoked it using Webservices successfully, and the created process instance ran well. However the invoke is asynchronous call and does not return anything.I had a look of the JSP files of BPEL console, it generates the ConversationID using GUIDGenerator.generateGUID(), and this value get set in the property of NormalizedMessage. I have 2 questions
1. Is it possible to include the ConversationID inside the SOAP message so that I can using a pure JAX-WS client to invoke BPEL and get the generated ConversationID?
2. Do you guys have some experienced on how to use the NormalizedMessage.setPayload with a Map argument, not a XML string? So that I construct the Normalized message without adding a XML part

I can answer about 1st:
You can get a conversationID using function ora:getConversationID(). Just Assign this function to your Reply.

Process id need to be fetched after Workflow Kickoff
Can anyone please help me..?There are 5 process level variables that get populated when you invoke a process. They are
/process_data/create_time
/process_data/creator_id
/process_data/id
/process_data/status
/process_data/update_time
Within the xPath builder you can differentiate them from other process variable because they are italicized.
Now you can create your own process variable - let's say called pid - and have it contain the process id which is stored in /process_data/id.
The xPath would look something like
/process_data/@pid = /process_data/@id
If the pid variable is marked as an 'output' variable, then it will be returned as part of the InvocationResponse.

I have a task to get Default Activity by Personal number for my third party application. Unfortunately function HR_READ_INFOTYPE is not allowed for Remote Call.
Is there any simple way how to get this value from system using BAPI? E.e. using RFC_READ_TABLE function(but i don't know table name ).

How to get ESB instance invoked from BPEL instance
In BPELConsole, if i go to the flow diagram and click on the activity which invokes an ESB service, I am able to see a link "Click here to see this instance in the ESB Console." which then takes me to the particular ESB instance. I noticed that the URL is like - http://adc60120fems.us.oracle.com:7785/esb/esb/EsbConsole.jsp?view=instances&view_context=50018. So essentially, using the BPEl instanceId, it is able to go the ESB instance.
I want to understand how it happens ? Does ESB metadata stores this ?

BPEL knows the instance number it invoked by using the header of the SOAP message. As BPEL know the instance number then it's just a matter of appending this instance number to the string http://adc60120fems.us.oracle.com:7785/esb/esb/EsbConsole.jsp?view=instances&view_context=.
As you will notice this is the url for all the esb instanceses minus the instance number so if you want to go to instance 1234 this is the url.
http://adc60120fems.us.oracle.com:7785/esb/esb/EsbConsole.jsp?view=instances&view_context=1234
If you are in the console itself just you the link, it should be the same.

How to get a report "closed" when using the ReportViewerBean
I read the article /people/ted.ueda/blog/2008/12/20/crystal-reports-for-eclipse--ensuring-report-cleanup from Ted Ueda regarding cleaning up reports for the RAS server. However, I'm trying to figure out how to get this accomplished for a thick client accessing a local rpt file and then displaying that file using the ReportViewerBean. I can't seem to get the report closed. I tried the dispose() techniqe from the article, but with no success.
My basic process is:
1) Press button on main frame to open and set up report
2) Pass open report (via ReportClientDocument) object to the viewer frame class (which views report in separate window using ReportViewerBean)
3) Close viewer window when done, destroy ReportVieweBean and close ReportClientDocument
4) Press button again on main frame later to view report
If I set up the report but skip the step of sending the report to the viewer frame, ReportClientDocument.isOpen() will go from true to false after I execute just the ReportDocumentClient.close() command. However, if open the viewer frame, I cannot get the report closed.
In the window closing event for my viewer window I have:

in header section, create a table line, assign one of the proper lines from the line types.. repeat for your all lines.
in main section, you can access your data form the loop.
the footer secion will be called, just after the main will be finished.

I have two problems with calcalendar store framework programming.
1. I need all the event which are present in iCal calendar.Event may be present in year 2025 or 2050. and if the event is recurring then i need only one event.
2. if the event is recurring then i need only one event within the calendar event predicates (start date and end date). I am not suppose to give the occurrence date for event.
How can I implement this with CalCalendar store framework.

Per my knowledge, there is not a method to get all the recurring events using CAML query in one request.

I am lakshman,I found the answer for my question,By using the Location API(jsr179).It was not include in the WTK2.2.for that i have downloaded the WTK2.3 then i have implemented the location api in the application and it was working.
And I have the following warning...

if not you can create your own paramerter or select option.....
but you have to handle it in your code ....as get pernr wont filter on its basis(parameter select optyin created by you)

my report already has BSEG data , using that i want to get the EKBE-BUDAT.

You can get through by hitting MSEG table first , get the required key info. and then hit EKBE and get BUDAT.
