How to get G/L Hierarchy ?

Hi,
I want to Display G/L Hierarchy in a Report, but there is no Table or Function Module to get G/L Hierarchy.
Can anyone suggest me how to get the Hierarchy of G/L.

Hi,
The bapi BAPI_GL_ACC_GETLIST will give you the G/L Accounts for a company code.
Display data in a hierachy using CL_GUI_ALV_TREE object.

  • Urgent:::how to get the employee hierarchy

    hi all.
    let me know how to get the employee hierarchy in HR organizational management.
    like when we give emp id it shows developer name---superior( team lead name)-superior(project lead name)---
    points will be rewarded for valuable answer.

    Hi,
    1) You can use the relation '002' in the table HRP1001, between the position of developer (objid) and get the position of team lead (sobid field). With the position of the team lead got in SOBID field... with the relation '008' get the person name.
    2) You can use the transaction PPOM_OLD to view the reporting structure...

    Thank you very much for your answer.
    And yes, I do wish to perform a calculation based (aggregation) on the hierarchy level.
    How can I continue working on that?

  • How to get location of 3D object in a hierarchy?

    It's easy enough to get the location of a 3D object at the root, but how do I get the location of a 3d object that is in a hierarchy?
    For instance, if I have a baseball player (biped - 3dsmax), grouped as "player" and exported to Director, how do I then get the location of the biped's hand?  (or the glove that is linked to the biped's hand).
    I tried just doing the basic...
    put member("BBplayer").model("glove").transform.position
    but director can't find the glove.
    It can find the root model "BBplayer", but not any child object.
    Anyone know how to get the location of a child object?
    Thanks!!

    I downloaded and installed that xtra and it really just shows the same info that I get in my object inspector.
    Ok, so for a biped and related skin/mesh/objects to export correctly to the .w3d file type, one has to select all the biped parts and related
    meshes into one Group.  This group then becomes the object in Director that all things are based from.  My charcter looks and animates
    fine in Director.  However, I still can't get coordinate information from anything inside this group or inside the hierarchy of this group, only
    the group itself.
    If I look at the group, either in the object inspector or the xtra you suggested, none of the child models appear under modelResources, model or group.  They simply don't show up as being in this group or the children to the group.  Nothing does except a few things that are useless, like "group("Bip01 Footsteps"), or some of the nubs, like headnub, fingernub and a couple of toenubs.  Why some nubs show up and some don't is yet another mystery.
    Anyhow, none of this makes logical sense.
    I simply want to "get" location information for any 3d model in the scene, regardless of what group it's in or the structure.  Anybody?  It has to be possible, this is a fundamental need of any 3D programming.
    Thanks!!!

    If I know handling unit(say HU1) how to find there are some handling units(may be HU2,HU3) included in this handling unit HU1.
    I refered to the tables VEKP and VEPO it does not help me in this regard.Please suggest some body some idea on this.

    I mean, if I have the following structure...

    6                 3           12,00
    7                 4            28,00
    My question is how to get  a sum of (10,00 + 12,00 +28,00 = 50,00) at level 4?
    Thanks in advance.

  • How to Get a List of All XMLElements (Follow up to previous posting)

    (CS5, Win7, 64Bit)
    I need a collection (or array, etc.) of all the XMLElement objects in a given document in flat form (just like the "Structure Tree"'s hierarchichal view - only flatened).
    I could not find any "normal" way (i.e., built-in property or method) to get at the information. Instead, I found that I had to recurse through the entire XMLElement tree, starting with the Root Element. For a large document, this can take close to a ten minutes, and sometimes I have to do this for an InDesgin Book containing over ten enormous INDD files.
    After "கற்பனை Imagine" responded to my previous post about how to get all the XMLTags, I assumed that myDocument.xmlElements would return a collection of all the XMLElements in the Document. Unfortunately, it does not - it returns only the Root XMLElement. Thus, I have to recurse therough the hierarchy of XMLElements under the Root XMLElement - which takes a very long time.
    There HAS to be a better way, right?
    Would it be better were I to recurse through all PageItems in the document and then recurse through each PageItem's XMLElement tree? I assume that wouldn't make a big difference either way.
    I'm open to suggestions...
    TIA,
    mlavie

    What do you intend to do with this flat layout of XMLElements? That probably matters a great deal.
    If performance is really at play, you can try using XML Rules instead of interacting with the DOM from JavaScript. But they are complicated and confusing and more suited to declarative programming.
    Imagine suggests:
    var a = myroot.evaluateXPathExpression ("//*");
        xmlObjArray.push(a[b--]);
    Why not stop there? evaluateXPathExpression already returns an array, why iterate over it and push its elements into a new array? What's wrong with the return value?

  • How to get Layer's visibility status?

    Ii I know the class name & UID of an item on a indd file, how can i get it's visibility status?
    I tried to do it like this as shown in a nexample,
    InterfacePtr<ISpreadLayer> spreadLayer(::GetDataBase(unknown), hierarchy -> GetLayerUID(), UseDefaultIID());
    if(spreadLayer != nil)
    bool visibleFlag = spreadLayer->IsVisible();
    but above code gives 'true' even for invisible items.
    please let me know what is the wrong?
    Thanks

    Hi Dirk,
    Thanks for your rich reply.......
    I agree with you, before get in to SDK we should have a better knowledge on that. I've gone through programming guides as much as pssible. but still have a lot more to know..
    My requirement is to get layer's visibility(that is shown from 'eye' symbol in layer panel).
    when i use'
    InterfacePtr<ISpreadLayer> spreadLayer(::GetDataBase(unknown), hierarchy -> GetLayerUID(), UseDefaultIID());
    if(spreadLayer != nil)
    bool visibleFlag = spreadLayer->IsVisible();
    It  shows only 'Layer1' status, But I can't get Layer1's item's(root items or child items) status. Do you have any idea about how to get root item's layer visibility status?

  • How to get correct format in file at Application server

    Hi,
    I am retrieving data MATNR,MAKTX,VENDOR,VENDOR NAME,PRODUCT HIERARCHY,QUANTITY(LABST),BUDAT.
    I am downloading the data into .xls file in both presentation and application server.
    In presentation I am getting correct format.
    Where as in application server I am not getting proper format.
    Quantity(MARD-LABST) is not coming proprely.(###6## instead of 36)
    How to get it in correct forma?I

    symbol means  Space
    Before transfer the data to File..
    condense MARD-LABST and then transfer it.
    I guess you are using charcter field LABST while transferring the data to file.
    Do not use quantity field directly,please move it to charcter field then condense it.
    Thanks

  • How to display employee lower hierarchy.

    Hi all,
        I am trying to generate a report of manager's lower hierarchy, As to get all the employee who are working under particular manager. But, I want to get his under working employee's under working
    employee and so on..,
       I think we have to use loop for this, But how many times shall we run that loop.
    Some employee may not have his under working employee and some one may have, but how to get each and every ones record in lower hierarchy.
      I am getting his next under working employee by using this code.
    Loop at itab_pernr.
       SELECT  OBJID
        FROM HRP1001
        INTO EMP_SUB1
       WHERE SOBID EQ ITAB_PERNR-PLANS
         AND OTYPE EQ 'S'
         AND PLVAR EQ '01'

         AND RELAT EQ '002'
         AND ENDDA GE P_ENDDA.
    WRITE:/ EMP_SUB1-PLANS.
       ENDSELECT.
    Endloop.
    But, How to get his under working employee and so on...
    Example:
    Manager     |  His under employee | His under employee  | His under employee | .............

  • How to get 10g SDK

    It is not at all clear how to get the 10g SDK.
    In a previous thread it was suggested by Jean-Marc Robillard:
    "The Calendar SDK in part of the Oracle Universal Installer package with 10g, so when you select "calendar" as part of the installation, you have an option for the SDK pacakage, including the client-side libraries."
    This doesn't really explain what is required to download or what cd/s are required.
    Can you get the SDK without the Calendar Server ie. We want to use the 10g SDK with the 9.0.4 Calendar Server.
    Also if you are installing 10g Calendar Server on say HP/UX but want the SDK for Windows how does this work?
    Regards
    George Richardson

    To add another voice to the growing number of requests for a separate SDK package for various platforms ...
    A colleague installed the 10gr1 server package on Solaris. In the ... oracle/product/10gr1 directory installed locally are multiple directories containing various shared library (.so) files and Java libraries (.jar) in the hierarchy. No 'readme' file, comparable to that found in the 9.0.4.2 distributions and the 10g SDK distribution for Mac OS X, could be found within that hierarchy. And it isn't clear which of these library directories and/or files should be referenced in the LD_LIBRARY_PATH environment variable.
    Presumably, as a result of referencing one or more inappropriate directories, we've already received some comical errors, such as:
    java.lang.UnsatisfiedLinkError: [...]/libcsdkjni.so: ld.so.1: java: fatal: [...]/libclntsh.so.10.1: wrong ELF class: ELFCLASS64
    Presumably, a packaged 10g SDK would mitigate some of these types of errors. :-)
    For starters, where can the 'readme' files for the various SDK distributions, other than the one included with the relatively cohesive Mac OS X distribution, be found?
