Hi, the ucm does not execute the idocs script in css file. How can I get the information in css file?

There is no real way to do this without some clever hacking (see #3). I would recommend one of the following:
*1.* Hard-code the webroot:
url(/web/groups/webfiles/documents/webfiles/wcm_001871.jpg)
Your web root should, for the most, never change anyway.
*2.* Put your CSS as an asset within a fragment that is referenced on the web page(s) using it. If you do this, then your url can simply be relative to the fragments directory instead of the actual web page:
url(../groups/webfiles/documents/webfiles/wcm_001871.jpg)
*3.* If you're DESPERATE, you can create a new section (ie. stylesheets) whose "url page name" is set to something like "master.css". Then create a layout/page template that is written like a .css file. This way, you can use idoc and then just reference this section's primary page as the .css file to use.

There is nothing special to do - you execute the statement from your program just like any other SQL statement. The only thing to be aware of are the privilege/permission issues:
When loading from a file on a client computer:
READ CLIENT FILE privilege is also required for the database user.
Read privileges are required on the directory being read from.
The allow_read_client_file database option must be enabled.
The read_client_file secure feature must be enabled.
Revoking these privileges is also the only way you can prevent a user from executing the statement.

According to your description, my understanding is that you want to get the full path of a document in a list workflow.
You can set the variable to the Enconded Absolute URL of the document. The screenshot is my testing. In my testing (in the red area), when the title of a document was equal to the tile of the current item, set a variable to the Enconded Absolute URL of the
document. I used ‘Log to history list’ to check the value of the variable in Workflow History .

I'm a little confused by the question, but it sounds like you're asking how to count the number of files with a particular extension in a given directory? That's not really an AI SDK question, but it's a fairly easy one to find if you google it. If you're trying to use Illustrator to do it, AI doesn't have a general purpose file API. It has a few functions to do some things that Illustrator needs, but I don't think enumerating directories is one of them.

I'm not sure what you are trying to achieve, could you please elaborate?
Do you want to load all the styles from one document into all 100 documents, or do you want all the styles from the 100 documents into 1 document or what is the goal?
The following will let you choose a folder of files, open each of the files in it and import the styles from source document. It is not a complete script, make sure to test and modify before running on anything else than test files :-)

You cannot get the InputStream of the uploaded file directly. The InputStream you can obtain from request.getInputStream() contains a lot of other data as well as the uploaded file. You will have to parse the data in the InputStream to find the data that belongs to the file.
A short cut is to use the HTTP Multipart File Upload available from www.jenkov.com. It simplifies file upload and makes it easy to obtain an InputStream for only the uploaded file. It also handles upload of multiple files. It is free, open source, Apache license, so if it doesn't fit your needs, you can always read the code and see how it works. Then write your own upload servlet.

We're running a SharePoint 2013 (Office 365) team site. I'd like to use the same formatting in all my site pages. I currently use a script editor web part to apply the formatting changes which is cumbersome. How can I utilize a css file so
that all of the site pages use the same formatting?
The site that I want to apply the formatting to is a sub site of the main site. Only the main site has a "Styles Library" if this matters.

You can also consider activating publishing features and uploading the css files to the Styles library that is created. This allows you to override the oob CSS.

you cannot download a file directly to a client. If this is a requirement then you need a signed Java Applet to handle the download. Otherwise a download dialog is opened for the user to define where to store the file.

Just two notes.
1. You're using old 10g (9.0.4.0.1) which soon will be desupported. If this is a running production system then you should update it with patch 9.0.4.2 which you can download from Metalink, and develop a plan to migrate your environment to 10.1.2.0.2. If this is still just a test system, then I recommend migrating to 10.1.2.0.2.
2. It's not a very good practise calling the Application Server with http://localhost. You should use hostname as described in Installation Guide.
