How to get key name from parameter list

hi..
i want string from parameter list.. i hv already created parameter list like
ADD_PARAMETER (param_list_id, 'EMPID', TEXT_PARAMETER,'123');
ADD_PARAMETER (param_list_id, 'EMPNM', TEXT_PARAMETER, 'ABC');
ADD_PARAMETER (param_list_id, 'EMPADD', TEXT_PARAMETER, 'XXX');
i got value like '123' ,'ABC', 'XXX' using
eg. get_parameter_attr(param_list_id,'EMPID',aprmlist,avalue)
but i want key name like 'EMPID' , 'EMPNM', 'EMPADD' from param_list_id
is it possible to get this key name from parameter list ???

I cannot think of a way to do that. The code that reads the list is supposed to know the key names. That is sort of the point with parameter lists. If you need to have parameter lists that can be interepreted by some code that doesn't know about a specific list but knows how to interpret it by inspecting the key names, perhaps you can specify a separate parameter list with the key names as values and call the keys of that list something generic?

How to get multiple values from the list

I've a list of an item which I queried it from the database. I also created a button that will takes a selected items from the list when it was clicked. I used javabean to get the data from database.

Lets say the item that i selected from the list is 'Xplace' and I clicked on the Select District button,
what I got is this error message:
org.apache.jasper.JasperException: Unable to convert string 'Xplace' to class java.util.Vector for attribute usrTDistrict: java.lang.IllegalArgumentException: Property Editor not registered with the PropertyEditorManager
So where is going wrong and what the message means?. Any help very much appreciated. Thanks

These are just guesses that might hopefully steer you in directions you haven't looked in yet.
I presume you used triangle brackets (< >) to avoid having the Jive Forum think it was the "italics" tag?
Are you certain this: dbaseInfo.getcurrentDistrictID(nstate,vselectedDistrict);
expects a Vector as its second parameter? And returns a Vector?
I don't believe you've shown how you use the javabean, or its code? Perhaps it should be rewritten to accept an array of strings instead of a Vector?

How to get total value from checkbox list?

I have a list of checkbox items - all number values. I want to then get the total value from all of the check items and add that value to the database. Can this be done?
Also, anyone know of one source where I can get detailed information on how to best use Web Apps and all of it's possibilities and limitations? Most of the tutorials that I have seen so far say that you can do most anything with Web Apps; however, the tutorial examples leave a lot of questions unanswered. I saw that Adobe has an article that shows how to build a basic web app and that it is "part 1" in a series. Anyone know where to find parts 2, 3, etc?

Is there any particular reason that the values need to be shown in a list view web part? Are you going to use that web part for filtering via web part connections?
I ask because the enterprise site collection features include the SharePoint List Filter web part, which may accomplish what you're looking for.

How to get application name from a receive location?

Hi all,
I am trying to do a custom error application, and I want to notify system admin users that "the receive port XXXX has stopped in application YYYYYY".
Right now I do know which receive location that is being suspended. But I am not being able to get the application name, associated to this receive location (I can also get the ReceivePort, if it matters).
I've tried 2 ways:
> using WMI
> Using SQL (direct query in BizTalk databases - for testing).
I did not found any solution, even search table by table, i did not found a relation between Applications and receive location..
Anyone?

Yes, its possible.
In your receive activity,set below property in its properties tab:
<bpelx:property name="jca.file.FileName" variable="FileName"/>
Before that make sure to create a variable "FileName" of string type.
Whatever file your file adapter will read,its name will be stored in this variable.

How to get key and text value of field "TNDRST" in VTTK from R/3 into BI

There is one field call "TNDRST(Tender Status)" in SAP table VTTK in R/3. We can find key value, but we are unable to find text for this field in VTTK. However we can see text value if we double click domain:TNDRST and go to value range.
Questions, how to get key value and text of TNDRST together in BI. Do we need to create a master data source for TNDRST text information in R/3 and extracting into BI, if yes, how to? Are there any easy way to do it??

You need to create a generic Text Datasource to extract this information into BI System.
1. Create a generic DS based on Table: DD07T
2. The fields should be put in the extract structure.
          DOMNAME (Make this as Selection in the DS ) -
Filter the Domain Name
          DOMVALUE_L -
Key Value of Tender Status
          DDTEXT -
Text / Description
          DDLANGUAGE -
Language
3. DD07T is the table with all the Domain names & their values, so in the Infopackage enter the Selection Value for DOMNAME as 'TNDRST' and then run it.
Or you can create a view out of this table based on DOMNAME filter as 'TNDRST'.

FRM-47007: Cannot get parameter WUC_DATA attributes from Parameter List: in

Hi,
I am pretty sure this is a webutil message. I am running 10g through OC4J, all was working well one minute then on startup of the form I get these 2 message 4 or 5 times:-
FRM-47007: Cannot get parameter WUC_DATA attributes from Parameter List: invalid list ID.
followed by:
FRM-47007: Cannot get parameter WUC_DATA_MULTIPART attributes from Parameter List: invalid list ID.
These 2 message are repeated 4 or 5 times then things appear to run fine, I can open and read files, transfer them etc. The only thing I can think I have done differently is add a bean to a data block but when I remove the bean and restart the OC4J I still get the messages.
Any ideas?

Fixed,
I dropped the WEBUTIL object group then added it again by adding the object library then subclassing it to the object group. The error messages are gone.
