How to get the navigation bar on top of the border?
Hi
I have captured some captivate files (in Captivate 5.5) which I need to make look similar to the existing ones. I don't have source and am not aware which version of Captivate was it built on.
Now, the existing ones have the navigation panel on top of the border like this:
However, in my version I am getting the border on above the border like this:
Is it possible to get the bar on top? If yes, how?

Please try following step :
- open project
- click on project menu
- Select Skin editor
- set position to 'TOP'

How to get the top most community given a sub community ID
Hi,
I have developed a custom navigation scheme with top level communities as top nav and the sub communities of the top level communities in the left nav.
Now when the user selects a particular sub community in the left nav the top level community in the top nav should be highlighted.
I am able to get the first level parent community of the current community but not able to recursively reach the top most community.
I have tried the following piece of code
IPTCommunityManager ptOM = (IPTCommunityManager) ptMgr.GetInterfaces("IPTCommunityManager");
IPTCommunityInfo ptCommunityInfo = ptOM.CachedOpenCommunityInfo(communityID ,true);
IPTQueryResult result = ptCommunityInfo.GetParentCommunity() ;
I dont know how to get the communityID from result
Any pointers in this regards will be very helpful

The NavigationModel class in portalpages project has a wealth of code dealing with these types of tasks. Look around there if you don't know how to code something, it is a good source for examples.
You would then get the CommunityInfo object for the parent community ID and call GetParentCommunity again until you reach the top. The IPTCommunityInfo objects are cached so the performance will not be too bad. -

How to get a scroll bar to the applications popup by default when clicked the applications folder from the dock? If I have so many applications that they do not fit in the default area, I have to find out myselft that I have to scroll the content before the scroll bar appears. This leads to "where is my missing applications questions" by the novice users with Mountain Lion.
System Preferences > General > Show scroll bars.
Click the button by the side of "Always".

How to get a coloured bar at the edge of a video
Hi,
I have a very funny few minutes of video of a family event that I am using for the closing moments of home movie. Unfortunately, my idiot cousin is in the background "flicking the bird to the camera" the entire time. Fortunately, she is near the edge of the screen so I have an idea how to "remove" her but I do not know how to do it.
My idea is to to put a black (or any colour, really) bar across the edge of the screen and I can have the credits appear there.
However, I do not know how to get a coloured bar to appear over part of a video.
Can anybody help?

It would appear you have some sort of notification set up and have yet to look at the app which is sending the notification to the phone.
You would have to first determine which app is sending the notification and then change the settings in that app to disable notifications if you no longer want to be alerted by that app. -
How to get the URL parameter value when navigating from JSP Page to portal

I have web Dynpro application with one button, while clicking that button It will navigate to JSP page as external window. In the JSP page I have a input field and Button.
In the JSP page input field I will enter some values and press submit button, it will navigate to Portal page by passing some URL parameter with values.
Once user entering to portal by default WD page displayed, the same WD page I try to get the URL Parameter which I have passed from JSP page, but I am not able to get the URL parameter value.
If same application running in without portal, I can able to get the URL parameter values. I am getting the URL parameter by interface view default inbound plug parameter.
How do we resolve this problem?

I have created value field in COPA with KEA6. And now, I need the table which the value fields are saved. Yet, I have tried a lot to find it and get failure? Can any guy help me? Please tell me how to get the table of a value field.
And another question is that, can we extend the technical limits for the number of value field for ECC6.0?

I am using Remote Object to get the data from a DB, and it is working properly.
As I will update the datagrid cell values, I would like to update them on the DB.
In order to do that, I would need to access the banda_id value, that is part of the combofac dataprovider, I mean that this dataprovider has 2 columns, being banda_nome and banda_id.
The question is how to get the banda_id value, when I change the comobobox?

I went to research a little bit more on the itemEditEnd and found a way to access the data inside the combobox.
The code for all application goes below. If you click on the button, it will show you all the datagrid data, plus the ID of the combobox when changed.
