How to hide front panel objects behind other front panel objects

Hi,
I need tho change an existing project and to make it simple just want to hide some front panel objects behind others. But I can't find how to put the one I wnt to the front hiding all others. So now there are some in front that should be hidden.
Is there a button or menu item "Move to front / back" like in many other programs?

What about the chapter "fundamentals" in the LabVIEW help?
Going the way "Fundamentals -> Building the FrontPanel -> How-To -> Reordering Objects" seems rather logically to me…

How to hide prompts panel for WebI documents opened in PDF via openDocument

I am linking to a WebI document via openDocument call with sOutputFormat=P. The report opens in PDF format but within another browser window with top panel and left prompts panel. I tried to set different Web Intelligence Interactive settings in CMC to hide the left prompts panel but to no avail. We are linking to this WebI report from an Xcelsius dashboard via openDocument and are passing parameters so that the user doesn't have to interact with the report. Once the results are displayed, user should not be allowed to either Refresh the report or see the parameter panel in the left pane. Is this possible either via CMC security settings or viewer customization?

There is no public API for hiding/showing the navigation panels other that menu item execution.

How do I put digitizing window behind other windows while digitizing?

I just upgraded to FCP 5.0.1 and ever since (while digitizing), the digitizing window stays in the forefront and I can not go on the web or work in other applications during the process. I never had this problem in the past. I'm thinking it's a preferences thing but I'm not sure.
Applications do launch..it's just that the windows (i.e. the safari browser window) comes up behind the digitizing window. And it won't come to forefront.

I think you're asking for trouble and dropped frames trying to do much while capturing...
AFAIK, there is no preference to allow the window to be pushed down...

How to 'hide' one stroked-only object behind another?

I'm struggling with something that shouldn't be this difficult!
I'm laying-out a white-only T-Shirt logo (to go on a dark-green T-shirt)
For the sake of simplicity, let's say I have two ovals with no fill, just a white stroke. A small oval overlapping (on-top-of) part of the edge of a larger (underneath) oval. I

Actually, I'm not completely sure yet.
Steve's answer assumes screen printing with a single opaque white ink. It won't work if printing to non-opaque composite transfers, or cutting from aplique vinyl, or if you're going to import the two-ellipse artwork for combination with other artwork.
Since you don't know:
1. Draw the two circles with a stroke color and a fill color (ex: black Stroke, white fill) on both.
2. Apply the desired stroke weight.
3. Object>Path>Outline Stroke.
4. Pathfinder palette: Merge.
5. White pointer: Select the two inside regions and delete.
6. You now have a single Compound Path; no overlapping objects, and actual "holes" where you want the substrate to show through. Apply whatever fill color (white, etc.) you need.
But bear in mind what has already been stated: White, unless defined as a Spot Color, does not "print." Think in terms of inks, not in terms of "color". In a program like Illustrator, "white" normally means "no ink." And you always have to know what printing method you are designing for.

hi you can create transient field in view object indicate to visibility of row (boolean ) and create view criteria that show only rows that are able to be visible according to transient attribute and at the update process set the attribute to true inside entityImpl class

Hello All
I have solved this problem.
Go to Query panel properties inspector and set Display mode = simple
and drag an af- command button outside of the query panel.

You can group the controls as a Cluster and make a type-def of it. That's probably what you're after.

Navigate to the Navigation panel of the selected Theme and make the width as 0px 0px 0px and also upload the blank image with the same background color.

Thank you for contacting National Instruments. If I understand your
question correctly you would like to know how to utilize front panel
communication on a Fieldpoint 2010. If you are just trying to view the
Front Panel of your Fieldpoint VI on your development computer then you should
be able to open up the front panel on the development computer and see it
running. However, if you are trying to communicate the information from
the front panel to a non-development machine there are a few different
methods. Here is a knowledgebase
article that explains some of the different methods that you can use.
Here is some more information about setting
up a remote front panel for a Real-Time target executable that also may

!!! Although .... the gain on the front mic is very low compared to the rear mic jack. Instead of using the x0 pin plug for the mic, I configured/spliced the front mic wires into a (rear) pass through /8" jack lead. Now, the front panel mic is at full output. I lose the?rear mic input, but I'll never use it now that I have front panel input.
