How to hide singles values while summation

Hi
I am facing one issue in my requirement.Can some expert help me out..It will be a great help.
I need to show the sum of individual values in my report.I require sum only ,not individual values.
The report shows sum along with all its values.
when i checked  option "Calculate Single value as = Hide",then those places will be blank  and it shows only result.
eg   Expired ID
                       4
But i want it to be
Expired ID     4
What would be the possible solution .....
Its urgent.

Hi
Thanks a lot for a quick reply
Actually my query is like
ID Expired                           41
ID expire in nxt 7 days         20
ID Overdue                          14
All these are based on key figure ZCOUNTER.
Even if i hide ZCOUNTER,But the individual entries is coming blank (if i hide them) .I want to hide them completely ...
also in that case zcounter is calculating the same result for all rows.which is incorrect.
now its coming like
ID Expired         13
                         10
                        11
                        7
                       41
i want to remove these entries....

    The events of BDT can be used to default some fields on creating a partner.
    For this create a function module for ISDAT. attach that event in BUS7.
    In the ISDAT funtion modulethe following code should be used.

  • How to pass multiple values while invoking bpel process from ADF?

    Hi,
    I want to call a bpel process from my ADF application. The bpel process is having one input parameter. I have created webservice data control by using WSDL url.
    Lets say, I have an Emp multi select table. I drag and drop the data control into Emp table selection facet to create an "Invoke" button.
    I am able to pass single value (lets say Empid) to the bpel process after clicking the "Invoke" button.
    But, my requirement is to pass all the selected values ( as its a multi select table) to the bpel process after clicking the "Invoke" button once.
    How can I achieve this?

    Hi,
    if the BPEL method that you access allows you to pass arrays or lists, then you can get a list of selectedRowKeys from the table, which then you use to get the value from the underlying binding or the table. This however requires some Java coding instead of directly invoking the executable on the binding layer
    - you create the BPEL method in the binding layer
    - from a Java managed bean you call ADFBindingContext --> get current instance and access Binding container
    - OperationBinding oper = (OperationBinding ) bindings.get("method to invoke");
    oper.gerParamsMap().put("the BPel argument name", value);
    oper.execute();
    - To access the table selected rows
    RowKeySet rks = _table.getSelectedRowKeys();
      //iterate over the set of selected row keys and delete
      //each of the found rows
      Iterator selectedRowIterator = rks.iterator();
      while (selectedRowIterator.hasNext()){
        //get the first key
        Object key = selectedRowIterator.next();
        //make the row current
        _table.setRowKey(key);
        //the row is an instance of the ADF node binding class
        JUCtrlHierNodeBinding rowWrapper = null;
        rowWrapper = (JUCtrlHierNodeBinding) _table.getRowData();
        //get the actual oracle.jbo.Row object
        Row row = rowWrapper.getRow();
        ... get attribute values by calling row.getAttribute("name"); assuming you used ADF BC to build the tableFrank

  • How to hide net value of $0 on Credit Memos from rejected return?

    We are creating a credit memo request with a second line item which contains rejected returns.  Basically line item 1 contains the actual qty which we are refunding and line item 2 is the qty which we will not be refunding.  When we create the the credit memo from this document in VF04, the line item two is showing on the credit memo with a net value of $0.
    Is there a way to hide this net value of $0 or rejected return items from coming over onto the credit memo.  We would like to just show positive values on the CM.
    - Chuck

    The reason for rejection is set in when the credit memo request is craeted and the net value of $0 still appears on the credit memo.. how ever the pricing values are in an unprocessed (yellow) status.
    So after running a few test when the billing block was set on the credit memo request.. I noticed that the credit memo request was still open after VF04, would appear as unprocessed, and always show up when VF04 is ran.
    Is there some other way to get the net value of $0 to NOT appear on the credit memo beyone reason for rejection and billing block.  Maybe something in the configuration copy control??

  • How to get SINGLE-VALUE attribute definition?

    I can get the attribute definition using the following code.
                // Get an attribute of that type
             Attributes attrs = ctx.getAttributes("cn=Ted Geisel, ou=People",
              new String[]{"cn"});
             Attribute cnAttr = attrs.get("cn");
             // Get its attribute definition
             DirContext cnSchema = cnAttr.getAttributeDefinition();
             // Get cnSchema's attributes
             Attributes cnAttrs = cnSchema.getAttributes("");but all I get is SYNTAX, NAME, X-ORGIN, NUMERICOID, and DESC. In Ldap Administrator I can view the schema and under attribute types I can see SINGLE-VALUE, USAGE etc... Can anyone tell me why I can't see these values or how I can retrieve them. Thanks.

    Hi Sima,
    then another short hint to the WD_USAGE_INITIALIZE.
    Go to the component workbench, open the component BT115QH_SLSQ. Go now to the component controller class, go to it's methods. You will see that in the coding of the Method WD_USAGE_INITIALIZE, on the class CL_BT115QH__BSPWDCOMPONEN_IMPL:
    WHEN 'CUGSCM' OR 'CUGSCM_DET'.
          CALL METHOD iv_usage->bind_context_node
            EXPORTING
              iv_controller_type  = cl_bsp_wd_controller=>co_type_custom
    "          iv_name             = 'ContentManagementCuCo'     "Custom Controller Name
              iv_name             = 'BT115QH_SLSQ/CUGSCMGenCuCo'     "Custom Controller Name
              iv_target_node_name = 'CMBO'      "Name of Node in this Custom Controller
              iv_node_2_bind      = 'CMBUSOBJ'. "Name of Node in used component GS_CM
          CALL METHOD iv_usage->bind_context_node
            EXPORTING
              iv_controller_type  = cl_bsp_wd_controller=>co_type_custom
              iv_name             = 'BT115QH_SLSQ/CUGSCMGenCuCo'"#EC NOTEXT
              iv_target_node_name = 'ATTRIBUTES'                "#EC NOTEXT
              iv_node_2_bind      = 'ATTRIBUTES'.               "#EC NOTEXT
    Now I checked the context on the component controller and it contains the statusH, the node which you want to use in the component GS_CM. So make sure to prepare the GS_CM component by adding the Status context, and afterwards just add the binding in the code I pointed out above.
    Best regards,

  • How to hide Total value in RFX response webdynpro component

    HI experts,
           We are working on SRM 7.0 and there is a requirement to hide the Total Value that appers on RFX Response Header for a particular Role.The webdynpro component is FPM_IDR_COMPONENT and View is IDR_VIEW..I have searched the SDN and found that CL_FPM_IDR class methods can be used to hide the Items.But method SET_ITEMS_VISIBILITY sets the visibility for all items,but i want for a particular pair.Please advise me how to hide this field value pair dynamically.
    Regards
    Sonika

    What you might try is to remove the particular key_value pair from the lt_items table which is passed to the IDR.
    So search in(WDA/Assistance class/Feeder class ) and find out the place ,from where this table is filled and called to set items on IDR.
    Remove the pair before from table before the call to IDR.

  • How to compare single value with multiple values

    In my query I have something like this:
    A.SOR_CD=B.SOR_CODE where A and B are 2 different tables. This condition is in the where clause. The column in table A has single values but some values in table B have multiple comma separated values (822, 869, 811, ..).  I want to match this single
    value on the left side with each of the comma separated values. Please let me know how will I be able to do it. The number of comma separated values on the right side may vary.

    Hi MadRad123,
    According to your description, you want to compare single value with multiple values in your query. Right?
    In this scenario, the table B has comma separated values, however those comma separated values are concatenated into a string. So we can use charindex() function to return the index of the table A value. And use this index as condition in
    your where clause. See the sample below:
    CREATE TABLE #temp1(
    ID nvarchar(50),
    Name nvarchar(50))
    INSERT INTO #temp1 VALUES
    ('1','A'),
    ('2','A'),
    ('3','A'),
    ('4','A'),
    ('5','A')
    CREATE TABLE #temp2(
    ID nvarchar(50),
    Name nvarchar(50))
    INSERT INTO #temp2 VALUES
    ('1','a,A'),
    ('2','A,B'),
    ('3','c'),
    ('4','A,C'),
    ('5','d')
    select * from #temp1 a inner join #temp2 b on a.ID=b.ID
    where CHARINDEX(a.Name,b.Name)>0
    The result looks like below:
    Reference:
    CHARINDEX (Transact-SQL)

  • How BITMAP INDEX SINGLE VALUE returns rows ?

    Do steps 51-52 return not regular rows but rows with bitmaps, which consist many regular rows?

    Do steps 51-52 return not regular rows but rows with bitmaps, which consist many regular rows?First of all have you noticed that you have more than 40,000 starts of these operations accounted for? That explains why you see more than 1 "row" accounted for the "single value" operation. But to answer your question: Yes, a single value in a bitmap index will have one or more bitmap pieces, and each bitmap piece covers a range of ROWIDs with the bitmap (0 or 1) pattern that tells whether the value is stored in that row or not.
    So a single value of a bitmap can potentially return many, if not all rows of a table. The "rows" output in the A-Rows column for bitmap indexes is probably the number of bitmap pieces (sometimes also called "fragments" I think) and therefore can look pretty small in comparison to the rows actually accessed in the table based on the information extracted from those bitmap pieces.
    For more info, I recommend to have a look at Julian Dyke's presentation about bitmap index internals: http://www.juliandyke.com/Presentations/BitmapIndexInternals.ppt
    Also Greg Rahn has an interesting blog post that also covers the discrepancy between "rows" of a bitmap operation and "rows" of the corresponding table access: http://structureddata.org/2008/05/29/using-bitmap-indexes-effectively/
    Hope that helps,

  • AIX 5.2 : how to pass password value while creating a user on AIX server

    Hi ,
    Test connection is successful with AIX server , I can successfully create a user on AIX server, with defualt password.
    I am not passing the any password value still some default value is being populated for the user...
    In AIX while creating the user , use get force to set the password...
    But while configuring the schema for AIX adapter ...if password attribute is given then it will give the error
    as invalid attribute...while creating a user if password value pass...
    how to set the password for the user..what attribute need to set for the password .
    thanks ..

    The default password might be the IdM account password of the user you are trying to provision. You don;t need to keep password in the resource schema. Just set password.password and password.confirmPassword and select AIX resource for password reset. Check the workflow-form-views document for more information on password view.

  • How to hide a column while exporting to excel?

    Hello,
    My client requires a crystal report(CR 2011) with Columns A,B,C,D, and E. After exporting this report to Excel, the excel file should contain only columns A,C,and E. I need to hide/suppress columns B and D ONLY during exporting to excel/printing. Is is possible? If yes, how?
    Thanks,
    P

    Hi Prasanna,
    Here's what you can do:
    1) Create a prompt with Yes/No values (Yes means show all columns, No means show limited columns)
    2) Create multiple sections. E.g:
    Page header a would have column headers for all columns
    Details a would have all fields
    Page header b would have columns A, C and E
    Details b would have fields A, C and E
    Use a conditional suppression logic for each of those sections:
    Logic for Page Header a would look like this:
    {?Prompt} = 'No'
    Logic for Page Header b would be:
    {?Prompt} = 'Yes'

  • How to view cursor values while in DEBUG mode

    I am using SQL developer 1.5.1 and I am debugging my Stored Procedure.
    I cannot find how to view the contents of variables as I step through the code.
    For example, I have the following IF:
    IF NVL(rat_rec.rat_css_agency_cd, -1) != NVL(lclcssagencycd, -1) THEN
    lclupdate := TRUE;
    END IF;
    I want to be able to see what is the value of rat_rec.rat_css_agency_cd and also lclcssagencycd, to see why it is evaluating this IF statement to be true.
    In other words it is saying rat_rec.rat_css_agency_cd is NOT the same as lclcssagencycd, but I want to see what the differences are and need to be able to 'look' at the value of each variable.
    It is NOT showing on SMART DATA or DATA.
    I have not used SQL Developer much before, so must be missing something.
    (In VB, I can debug a routine and then stop on a variable and press SHIFT+F9 to see the contents of the fields. I want to do the same thing in SQL DEVELOPER).

    Yes, I do.
    I am able to step through the code and if I stop on a particular line of code, I want to be able to evaluate the variables or cursor fields that I am on to see what their contents are.

  • How to generate unique values while initializing values

    I am initializing values in my pl/sql program and want to use a sequence to set my unique ids but it errors out. Below is what I use.
    ie. table_id := table_seq.nextval;
    How can I use my sequence to initialize values or is this possible?

    The method suggested by user605919 will work. However, you don't need to initialize a variable like this. It is better and more performant to do it like the third example below:
    SQL> create table mytable

      3  , description varchar2(30)
      4  )
