  • How to include md5 package in application

    Hi All,
    First of all sorry I posted in another users thread. In the thread http://forums.sun.com/thread.jspa?threadID=5426671 the person used org.bouncycastle.crypto.digests.MD5Digest for doing md5.
    I need some help here on how you include the org.bouncycastle.crypto.digests.MD5Digest library in my java code as I want to use the md5.
    I am also working on something similar like that but without the web application part and a detail which consists on OTP part using md5.
    As the md5() doesn't work in j2me so was also searching for something which will work on MIDP.
    package com.abc; //package define
    public class messDig5 //class define
        private String generateHash(String OTP, int loopNum) {
            byte[] secretBytes = OTP.getBytes();

                tempStore = hash(secretBytes);
                secretBytes = tempStore;

            byte[] md5 = new byte[length];

    Camellia,
    I take you already added bouncycatsle to your project as a compile dependency, since it compiles (unless it does not).
    All you have to do for your code to work on the phone, you need to build your JAR file (that you use to distribute your MIDlet) with bouncycastle packaged in. This will all depend on the method you use to build your JAD and JAR files.
    I use antenna tool, which provides me with ant tasks to compile, build jar, package external libraries etc. Your scenario can be different, but all you have to do is to search manuals and/or google for methods on how to package external libraries with your build.

  • [Solved] How to include examples for an AUR package

    Hi,
    I read the wiki pages how to create packages for the AUR,
    but I am not sure how to include examples which should be placed
    in /usr/share/doc/<package>/examples/ after the package was installed.
    Should all files be mentioned in the "sources" variable of the PKGBUILD
    or is it better to copy them via the .install file?

    Yup, I don't see how are these are examples different [1] from the other files.

    I want to include a .Changelog file in a package I'm building. But in the wiki, it only mentions that it could exist, and not how to include it.

    just put a file named `ChangeLog` in the same directory as PKGBUILD and makepkg
    Edit: wonder It did take me a minute to validate my assumption.

  • How to include a prebuilt package in packagemaker

    I wish to create a package that installs software, but the software depends on X11 support. So, I would like to have the package that I am making install XQuartz if it is missing. I have the XQuartz package, but I can't seem to make it go into PackageMaker in order to have it install.
    What am I missing?
    If there are any tutorials that you guys know of that would explain this or even how to use package maker, I would welcome the extra material.
    Thanks

    Sorry, but PackageMaker is black magic. I used to know many of the tricks a few years ago but PackageMaker changes pretty often and I'm not confident that those tricks will still work or that I remember them.
    I can tell you that you need to build a tree of directories that mirrors where you are going to install. So, if you need to install your app in /Applications along with XQuartz, you would create a directory somewhere to create your package from called /path/to/packagemaker/source. Then, under that directory, you would have all the directories you want to install. It would look like this:
    /path/to/packagemaker/source/Applications/YourApp.app
    /path/to/packagemaker/source/opt/bin/XQuartz.app
    /path/to/packagemaker/source/opt/share/ ... XQuartz stuff
    /path/to/packagemaker/source/opt/lib/ ... XQuartz libs
    /path/to/packagemaker/source/opt/include/ ... XQuartz includes
    This is assuming that your app is named "YourApp" and XQuartz gets installed in /opt by default.
    Then you change the ownership of /path/to/packagemaker/source to root and build your package from that.
    To make matters more difficult you might need to deal with Apple's funky X11 on-demand loader. Make sure to test that.

  • How to include a KB Update into a WIM in order to point to the WIM when using DISM (details inside)?

    Hi, I was told in another of the forums that my issue
    is best suited for the TechNet audience.  Previously, I posted it here: http://answers.microsoft.com/en-us/windows/forum/windows8_1-system/how-to-include-a-kb-update-into-a-wim-in-order-to/e7015076-b4a9-4862-a73b-6c58b4c82461?tm=1409598696763
    I've been struggling to fix a corrupted file.
    Context:  I feel that something is not right with the computer, so I started poking around.
    I used "sfc /scannow" from an elevated command prompt and the result was:
    Windows Resource Protection found corrupt files but was unable to fix some of them. Details are included in the CBS.Log <var style="border:0px;margin:0px;padding:0px;vertical-align:top;-webkit-font-smoothing:antialiased;">%WinDir%</var>\Logs\CBS\CBS.log.
    I looked in the log.  This message appears 4 times:
    Cannot repair member file [l:36{18}]"Amd64\CNBJ2530.DPB" of prncacla.inf, Version = 6.3.9600.16384, pA = PROCESSOR_ARCHITECTURE_AMD64 (9), Culture neutral, VersionScope = 1 nonSxS, PublicKeyToken = {l:8 b:31bf3856ad364e35}, Type = [l:24{12}]"driverUpdate",
    TypeName neutral, PublicKey neutral in the store, hash mismatch
    There is also the following message:
    This component was referenced by [l:186{93}]"Microsoft-Windows-Printer-Drivers-Package~31bf3856ad364e35~amd64~~6.3.9600.16384.INF_prncacla"
    I'm not positive what to do next, but I have been led to believe the problem is that Flash files in version 6.3.9600.16407 are corrupted, that I need to find which KB updates Flash to this version, download the file, add it to a new WIM, and point
    to it when using DISM.  I'm not positive this is correct, but it was suggested.
    I downloaded the KB update: kb2889543, but I do not know how to add it to a new WIM or what the repercussions of doing so will be (e.g. Will I lose everything and have to restore my documents, etc from my external drive by doing this?).
    So, the question is: How can I include a KB Update into a WIM and tell me what the result will be when once I do and point to it when using DISM?
    Secondarily, if this is a bad way to move forward with the issue, would some kind soul offer sage advise on how to move forward with resolving the original issue?

    Hi TTQSTTQS,
    As you mentioned in the answers forum, when run  the command DISM /Online /Cleanup-Image /RestoreHealth,  we received the error message “The source files could not be downloaded. Use the "source" option to specify the
    location of the files that are required to restore the feature”.
    When run the command Dism /Online /Cleanup-Image /RestoreHealth /Source:c:\test\mount\windows /LimitAccess, we met the same error message.
    I think there are some mistakes in the source setting, so we meet the same error messages.
    As I mentioned in the last reply, we need a mounted image as a repair source, and then use this path.
    We need to configure a Windows repair source. Please refer to the following article.
    http://technet.microsoft.com/en-us/library/hh825020.aspx
    Please refer to the following steps to set the source image.
    1. Assign Drive Letters to Partitions by Windows PE.
    2. Capture Partition Images using DISM
    For more information, please refer to the following article.
    http://technet.microsoft.com/en-us/library/hh825072.aspx
    Then, we could try the command Dism /Online /Cleanup-Image /RestoreHealth /Source:c:\test\mount\windows /LimitAccess.

  • How to include custom application.xml in JDev9i project

    Can anybody explain to me how to include a custom application.xml file when deploying to an .ear file? I need to include application wide security roles, and I can't see where in Jev9i how to do this.
    After searching this forum, I see that jdev9i can't include the orion-application.xml, but I want to include just the standard J2EE application.xml. Is this possible?
    Thanks,
    matt

    The standard application.xml file unfortunately can't be customized in JDev 9.0.2. The reasons why this capability was left out of JDev 9.0.2 are same reasons why the other EAR-level XML files were excluded. The OTN thread
    Re: Regarding 11i and E-business suite
    has a summary of those reasons, which you've probably seen. We know this is an area in need of improvement and will be adding this functionality in the JDev 9.0.3 release. Until then, you'll have to go with a work-around like an Ant build file, batch file, Java application, or some other kind of script.
    Below is a sample Java application which can be used to insert <security-role> elements into an EAR file's application.xml. Modify the main() method to customize for your purposes, and put xmlparserv2.jar on the classpath (in a JDev project, add the "Oracle XML Parser v2" library):
    package mypackage4;
    import java.io.*;
    import java.util.*;

  • How to include source code in web dynpro java deployment

    Hi,
    We dont have NWDI.
    We are creating ear files out of web dynpro applications packaging them as sca files and deploying them in server.
    But the source  code is not included in ear.
    How to include source code with your ear/sca , so that when anyone downloads the sca file later, they are build the Project in the studio.
    How would they typically download? Do they require NWDI ,
    Right now we dont have NWDI in place, but we want to do is parcel the applications such that the source code should be available at a later time for download.
    This is possible with .par files , but what about web dynpro?
    Thanks,

    If you are not using NWDI use the _comp file.

    I had a working ASP page to be repeated on each page of the web site as an navigation bar updated from a single SiteMap.xml. Anyone knew how to include the ASP page from the JSP app?
    Thanks

    You might achieve your desired result by calling the ASP page from your JSP controller (server side) using the standard JAVA HTTP classes you could then process the resulting XML. I suggest you look at the JAVA API for more information in particular the JAVA.NET package and the HTTPUrlConnection class...

  • How to resolve packaging problem

    I have created 2 packages
    1) Pack3 2) Pack4
    Pack3 contains MyClass1.java and
    Pack4 contains MyClass2.java
    but in actual java files ,I have given package names as Pack1 and Pack2 respectively......
    package pack1;
    public class MyClass1{
         public void find(){
              System.out.println("GOT..?");
    package pack2;
    import pack1.MyClass1;

                   MyClass1 m1=new MyClass1();
                   m1.find();
                   System.out.println("......");
    If I COMPILE WHOLE SOURCE AT A TIME then it compiles correctly and create directories pack1 and pack2 and respective classes in those directories but IF I TRIED TO COMPILE ONLY PACK4 DIRECTORY....THEN IT FAILS TO COMPILE......AND GIVES ERROR AS PACK1 DOES NOT EXIST...this is quite obvious..because MyClass2.java refers to MyClass1.java which is in PACK1 and pack1 does not exist on disk.
    How to solve this problem...?
    I want to compile only single directory at a time...I mean HOW TO COMPILE ONLY PACK2 even though actual package name is different than directory name in which it resides...?and I am not getting why it compiles when I compile whole source at a time.

    First off, Pack3 and Pack4 are not packages. If they were, they would be included in your package declarations.
    When you compile a class, you need to include package roots and .jar files in the classpath such that all the classes you're using can be found. When you compile both classes at the same time, the compiler knows about both of them and can find them. When you only compile one of the classes, you need to tell the compiler where the package root for the other class is.

    Hello Lakshmi

    <b>Goals of the Package Concept</b>
    When SAP created the package architecture in R/3 Enterprise, its goals were:
    To improve the structure of the software
    To encapsulate software functions more strictly
    To make well-defined interfaces available to all applications
    To clarify responsibilities
    The very same goals can be applied to your own packages, either if you are a professional software supplier for SAP or a customer.
