How to invoke a Web Service from PL/SQL with Complex Type as input.

Hello,
I am trying to invoke a web service from PL/SQL using the UTL_DBWS package.
The web service expects a complex type as input (defined below):
<xs:complexType name="MsgType">
<xs:sequence>
<xs:element name="sender" type="xs:string"/>
<xs:element name="messageId" type="xs:string"/>
<xs:element name="messageType" type="xs:string"/>
<xs:element name="dateSent" type="xs:date"/>
</xs:sequence>
</xs:complexType>
How to construct input to this in PL/SQL Procedure?
Has any body tried this before?
An exmaple will be helpful.

When running, the error occurs:
