How to keep the real data if number length bigger than 15 in excel format

i have a bank card number column in report, the data type is varchar , and the data is always number , the length is bigger than 15, now if i download the report as excel format, this column's data will alwasys change to something like "5.41321E+17", and due to this, i just format this column to custom=0, but all data will change the last number to "0" like "460025198509180000", this is what i do not wanted.
how to solve this problem? thanks in advance

it's because Excel is thinking that it's a number....try changing the formula for the column from Table.ColumnName to the following
'"'||Table.ColumnName||'"' (or use CONCAT - it's the same)
This will show quotes and when you download to excel - it'll drop the quotes and keep the number

I had iTunes installed on my old HDD with all my music on it. It was the drive C:\
I just installed a new SSD (now the C:\ drive) in my computer. I also installed iTunes on it. I want to leave my music on my old HDD (now the G:\ drive). I can scan with iTunes for my music on my old G:\ drive, but that means I won't have the star ratings nor the play count...
I tried to copy and paste the iTunes Library.xml from my old G:\ to my new C:\. When I opened iTunes, it had all my music and the data, but I had to locate manually every single song (in a 7000+ songs library, this is a bit of a problem).
Is there a way to edit the iTunes_library.xml file to change the path of every song in it (from C:\ to G:\) since this seems to be the issue? Or how could I keep my music on my G:\ drive and itunes on my C:\ drive while keeping my music data?

Thank you for providing so much information about what is going on. It sounds like you have your iTunes Library on your G:\ drive, but it sounds like iTunes is not opening iTunes Library.itl file on the external drive. Follow these steps to point iTunes to your G:\ drive:
Steps to create or choose a different iTunes Library file
If iTunes is running, quit iTunes.
If you are using Windows, hold down the Shift key and from the Start menu and choose All Programs > iTunes > iTunes.
You should see the following screen:
Additional information
If you do not see the screen above, then you did not hold the correct key at the correct time. You may want to try again. Note that if you pinned iTunes to the Start menu programs, and open it that way, it may not work.
Once you select "Choose Library," you will need to navigate to the iTunes Library.itl file on your new external drive.

Confirmation control keys with control type u201CDAu201D are MRP relevant
1.     = New field time of transportation in calendar days
2.     = Confirmation control type u201CABu201D (order confirmation)
3.     = Confirmation control type u201CLAu201D (shipping notification)
4.     = Confirmation control type u201CDAu201D (Date of arrival)
When data 1-3 has been changed = 4 will be calculated again.
Program requirements to calculate the u201Creal data of arrivalu201D:
1.     When 1 >0 days then create 4 directly after placement of 2 (2 can be placed manually or automatically)
2.     4 must be calculated: AB delivery date 2 + calendar date amount 1 = arrival date 4 (MRP gets a confirmed delivery      date by vendor plus transportation time)
3.     When changes in 1 then change 4 (add calendar days to arrival date DA)
4.      When changes in 2 then change 4 = u201Cnewu201D delivery date 2 plus calendar days 1 = new arrival date 4
5.     When 3 u201CLAu201D is entered (manually/automatically) then calculate: shipping date LA 3 plus calendar days 1 = new arrival date in 4
6.     When 1 has been changed then calculate 4 new (Check is 2 existing then use 2, check is 2 + 3 existing then use 3)
7.     When 2 or 3 has been changed quantity then also update quantity in 4
8.     When 2 has been canceled then cancel 4, too
9.     When 3 has an inbound delivery document no. in place then copy the same no. in the inbound delivery field 4 and in the new column in MRP (MD04, see MRP view below)
i have a lot of confuseging in this lines of code,even where u write i don't know in BADI . we are implement in BADI only.
if possiable give me code for this requriment. . this line of code in which method we write,please guide me.............

I have a table with a column which is a vaarchar2(60). I have a CSV file in which, I have stored value as 77052512125510000, but it got converted into 7.71E16. And when I have stored the same in the database, it got saved as 7.71E16. How can I get the original value

As long as the registration page is within the same session, the values will remain in the session until they are specifically cleared out. This can be done by a process on a page - so check if you have a "reset page" process on P1 and, if you do, delete it. This can also be done on a branch - so check the branch that takes you to P2 and see if there is anything entered in the Clear Cache setting and, if it shows *1*, remove that. There are other ways as well, but these are most typical.

How to get the complete data from Webdynpro using a RFC

hi guys,
A form is created in the webdynpro, when that pdf form is called the user have to provide the key field ie the employee number in the form and then when he press the 'go' button a rfc is called and it gives all the details of the employee in the form. Then the user have to input some fields in the form and he have press the submit button. My problem is here, when the user is going to press the submit button that form will be converted to a stream (binary) of data and it is sent to one of the import parameter used in the RFC.
I have created a RFC and created a import parameter of data type XSTRING, since i want to see what exactly R3 is receiving from web dynpro i am writing this contant in the sever as a text file. When i saw that text file i cant see the complete data.
And when i searched in R3 the capacity of xstring is 1024 CHAR, so i dont know how to capture the entire data from webdynpro into my R3.
I give the code what i worte please tell me am i missing anything in my code, or is there any data type which can hold more than 500kb of data which is coming from webdynpro.

You have to convert your long string to a table of shorter strings.
There may be other ways, but one possibility is to use a loop to process you string.
while (there is something left)
   put the next e.g. 1024 characters in a new row of your table
endwhile
If you need to reconstruct your string from the table, don't use simple concatenation since it will remove blanks at the end of lines. Believe me (from experience) sooner or later this will happen.
Instead you need to either set the subsections of your long string, or insert from the end of your table and keep shifting the contents (probably less efficient) right

Open hub Services - How to extract the master data related to a object ?

Hi Gurus,
I am implementing OpenHub services for our project, it's on BW 3.5, I have the list of required fields with which I am creating an InfoSpoke. Now I am stuck in some the info objects which are having master data associated with it.
Example : Business partner(BP) data, when I map the 0BP infobjects in infospoke it's extracting the BP ID (ex: CT065316,CT068638 etc) in flat file but I want the BP name, address & telephone number as well, which are coming from master data table. But I am able to map only 0BP infobjects as a part of ODS/Cube.
Can any one tell me how to get the master data extracted in the flat file with associated info object???

Please follow the below mentioned procedure to create a transformation. This is applicable for BW 3.5 as well.
- Enter your infospoke in the edit mode.
- On the Transformation tab set the indicator for the Infospoke with Transformation with BADI so that the infospoke is activated.
- This will take you to the Addin implementation/BADI builder.
- Enter the short text/description for the implementation. The implementation name is always the same as the technical name of the infospoke
- The implementation of the BADI is always filter dependant.
- In the properties tab of the infospoke enter your infospoke under the Filter specifications.
If you do not specify an InfoSpoke under Filter Specifications, then this implementation is valid for all InfoSpokes. This means that this is called up for all InfoSpokes during the extraction.
- Activate your class
- From your interface tab page, double click on the Transofrm Method and you will arrive in the class builder page
- Here you can enter the code
- To do a look up of the master data you have to write a code similar to the one I've given below. This is just an example for looking up material master.
IF FLT_VAL = 'Your infospoke'.
T_DATA_IN[] = I_T_DATA_IN[].
Select zstd_cost from /bi0/pmaterial into table T_return
For all entries in T_DATA_IN
WHERE material = T_DATA_IN-material.
...Continue with your code.
Append output from T_return to your output E_T_DATA_OUT
- Activate your method. Return to the BAdI builder. Return to your InfoSpoke.

I recently had a Real type added to a repository I'm working on and noticed a dump in the API itself when trying to fetch data from that field. I'm running 5.5 so you may be experiencing a different issue. I haven't resolved the issue yet as it isn't a priority but I will most likely move to a string field and just ensure that the field has its decimal rule respected logically.

I know one method to convert the sapscript to pdf file :
first generate a Spool Request for the required Sapscript
then goto transaction SP01 and copy the generated Spool Request number
now execute the SAP report RSTXPDFT4
here enter the copied Spool request number and the target directory into the parameters
execute the report
required pdf file will be generated into the target directory

Hello, I would like to know how to access the custom data type variable given in the Espression Edit Control from LabVIEW and vice-versa
Say, the FileGlobals.Reference_Handle (Custom Data Type Variable) contains the
VISA I/O session (Which in turn contains VISA_DeviceName: String, Session: Number),
Channel1: Number and
Channel2: Number
I am expecting the user to give FileGlobals.Reference_Handle as the input at the ExpressionEdit Control in the edit screen of the VI Call.
I would like to know how to get the values of this custom data type to LabVIEW?
Say, if I have the Cluster in LabVIEW like VISA I/O session (Deive Name and Session Number), Channel1 and Channel2
how do i need to set this cluster to the Custom Data type variable in TestStand?

TestStand to LabVIEW: i didnt understand what you r trying to achieve. But if you are using references, Use Property nodes and Invoke nodes to achieve what you want in LabVIEW.
LabVIEW to TestStand: check the image below: You need to click the button next to 'container'. I have used a cluster output in the VI.

you have to use the event:
AT SELECTION-SCREEN ON <FIELD> EVENT.
u have to give an error message in this event.
Consider the following Example:
PARAMETERS : NUMBER TYPE I.
AT SELECTION-SCREEN ON NUMBER.
IF NUMBER = 10.
MESSAGE 'Number vakue is 10' TYPE 'E'.
ENDIF.
START-OF-SELECTION.
WRITE NUMBER.

in this if u give the value of number = 10, it will not proceed further, if u give some other value other than 10 you will proceed further...
Execute this program once u will understand....
