How to know the logout url in Java PDK

Is there any method that can give us the logout url of SSO using java PDK?

Thank you for the replies. But what i really want to do is a login portlet that can show me a link to logout, and i want to use this portlet in all projects that my company is in, so the code of this portlet must be 100% dinamic, this means that i do not have to know the database schema/passwords, where database is, etc, i thought there was some method in the JPDK that was able to give the link to logout (this is possible for login) but until now i cannot find it. There is a solution for this using a PL/SQL procedure called wwsec_app_priv.logout that lies in the portal schema, this procedure works but i'm not able to redirect the browser to the url i want after logout (in the documentation they say its possible and that there is a parameter called p_done_url that can do this, but in the procedure signature this parameter its not implemented) so right now i'm stucked in this one, and im not sure if i can use the 100% dynamic approach with good results.

Hi Riyaz
The Port number is the AdminServer Port Number of the domain. This is where the EM app will be targetted and deployed. If you choose all defaults and have like a Simple Installation of BI Software, then you should have one Server named AdminServer running at default Port: 7001.
To really confirm exactly, open you config.xml file which is under your domain root folder/config/config.xml file. Search for "em.ear" and see to which server it is targetted, generally it will be AdminServer (<target> tag entry). Now from the top search for "AdminServer" in the same file. You should see an entry like shown below. SSL Port is 7002. If you do NOT see <listen-port> tag, it means it is using DEFAULT Port which is 7001. But if you do see this tag, use that port number. Do not get confused with <ssl> port. Every domain have normal and ssl ports and most of the times we use normal port.

How to know the System State in java

I would like to know ,is there a way to get the System status in java, like whether System is idle or any browser is opened or any application is running?
this information is required to run the screensaver as we know Screen saver will run when System is idle.

You cannot get the systems status without running something.
Then when you run something it will say, something is running.
You cannot implement this functionality in Java.
You may be able to get this information in JNI but you will need to have a good low level understanding to do it.
I would suggest you write a Windows screensaver (there should be examples on the web) and then have it run a Java application when it is active.

because I have other restriction, so I create two restricted key figure..
RK1 with restriction : Total Number of Note,
RK2 with restriction : Total Opening Days ,
then I Created a calculated key figure, average opening days in a period
CK1 = RK2 / RK1..
in this case, I am not sure if it will work or not..
for example, during RK2 calclation, it might be this   2+3 = 5, the line with 0 will be ignored..
during RK1 calcualtion, it might be 1 + 1 + 1 = 3. ---> Not sure in this case, the line with opening days 0 will be calculated or not..

Please help,I need to know the right tools and java technology to support what I need.
I had background programming in Assembly,C++,Visual Basic,SAP/ABAP 4.
All I can say, programming is about logic, now we are very helped building program using objects.
I'm very interest to SAP tech, where all screens, programs, reports are resides on tables, this is the real dynamic!
CUrrently I'm eager to do the same technic with java. I'm new to java....
What I know the J2EE is the core for me to start is it right? I was very interest with the Client-Server Tech. How can I impelemet this with Java?
I'm a bit confuse with so many java solutions. There is Java Applets, Swing, Java AWT, JavaBeans, etc...
I don't know what is the best if I want my Presentation/Client Application will run within browser (not standard html, using like windows gui). What should I do to make business logic objects, how to invoke it within the gui. how to make installation package whenever clients connect to the http server.

I'd say - don't get carried away with the heavyweight frameworks. Don't use EJB if Hibernate and/or Tomcat will do the job. There's a danger of winding up using a bulldozer to crack a wallnut.
What people mean by "J2EE" varies a fair bit.
Start with Tomcat, which has the virtue of being free. Try some JSPs and servlets.
Use Applets to do client side presentation only if you must; Applets create an installation overhead on end-users, and some of them can't cope, while others may not have the necessary installation permissions on their office machines. They are pretty rarely needed, IMNSHO, most client-side behaviour is better handled with html and JavaScript.

SAP has provided enterprise services for Room booking in Real Estate module. They are even shipping the complete application for a nominal price. But the standard version is not suitable for our client requirement so they want to develop this application inhouse.
Now my question is: I know the enterprise services used in this application. How to know the implementing methods behind these enterprise services ?
If possible suggest which approach will be a better option for the inhouse development.
1. Webdynpro ABAP and use directly methods behind the enterprise services.
2. Webdynpro ABAP and create client proxy class for the enterprise services.
3. Webdynpro JAVA and use the enterprise services.
4. Using visual composer modelling the application.
Please suggest the best alternative.

In sproxy transaction you can search service and then you can see class and method implemented behind that particular service.
1. Webdynpro ABAP and use directly methods behind the enterprise services.
In my opinion not recommended to bypass ES and use method behind it.
2. Webdynpro ABAP and create client proxy class for the enterprise services.
Not sure why you want to create proxy of ES.
3. Webdynpro JAVA and use the enterprise services.
4. Using visual composer modelling the application.
You can use either Webdynpro (ABAP or Java) or VC to model your application which consume ES in backend. Both options are good, you can chose Java or ABAP flavor of dynpro based on skill available in team. VC is very effective in rapid modelling and can be used in protyping or in development of complete application.

we know that data are normally in unsigned byte format when communicating with COMM. How to express the unsigned byte in Java? java only supports 127 ~ -127 as byte, but I need 255~0.

You mean when a byte ( -127) converts to a int, it
will become 255?In your example -1 will be printed in both cases because of the implicit conversion Java makes. The 0xff in the byte will become 0xffffffff in the int. Both are interpreted as -1.
This will keep the byte bitpattern intact and print -1 and 255.
