How to know the message class and message number

When the web client show warnning message,
How can i to find the message class and message number?
Thnaks
Kevin

Hi,
You can goto tcode SAAB and activate the log for Checkpoint group BSP_WD_EXCEPTION_DISPLAY. whenever you log into Web UI you can see the details of the message.
To troubleshoot teh message goto SE91 and enter the message class and message number. Select the message and then click on whereused. You will see all programs where this message is used.
Hope this helps.

  • How to know the payload size of message

    hi can anybody tell me how to know the payload size of message?

    Hi,
    To know the size of the input message , i hope we have one option , after copying the test payload from the SXMB_MONI into Message mapping test -- click on test
    after come back to design tab in message mappign
    click on left side root node and Press CTRL+SHIFT + mouse right click and click on trace -- you can see the size of the message payload.
    In SXMB_MONI..
    see the payload messges
    also see the below link

  • Write message to Job log with message class and message number

    hi folk,
    When running a background job I'm able to write a message to the job log using the statement - Message "some text..." type 'I'.
    In the Job log I can see the message "some text.." with a "default" message class and message number (but in my report i don't specify any message ID) so I have no idea it comes from.
    Then I try to send a message where I specify the message class/number etc...using message id 'Z1' number 000 with "some text..." In the job log I now can see the "right" message class "Z1" and the number 000, but the message is empty?
    Please advice how to write a message with the message class and message number.
    Best regards
    LinhNg

    Hi Linh,
    How did you provide the text "Some message"? Did you hard code it or used a text element?
    Regards,
    Immanuel.

  • How I know what methpd, class and pkg called a obj.methd

    Hi there,
    Using the following code, I can know the name, class, and package of a method in runtime:
    Class cls = this.getClass();
    Package pkg = cls.getPackage();
    String name = pkg.getName();
    log.info(name);
    Is there a way to know the name of the method (name, class, and package) , external or internal, that is calling a object, like:
    log.info("Your method is: " + name);
    log.info("Your method is called by" + external_name);
    Thanks,
    Lorenzo Jimnez

    One way is to place identifiers in the passed parameters.
    But an object that depends on knowing who is calling it is a crippled object, imo.

    You can use @@PROCID And Object_Name() to get that value, for example
    Create Function dbo.FooGetMyOwnName ()
    Returns sysname
    AS
    Begin
    Declare @MyName sysname;
    Set @MyName = Object_Name(@@PROCID);
    Return @MyName;
    End;
    go
    Select dbo.FooGetMyOwnName();
    go
    sp_rename 'dbo.FooGetMyOwnName', 'FooIChangedMyName';
    go
    Select dbo.FooIChangedMyName();
    go
    Drop Function dbo.FooIChangedMyName;

  • Class override, how to create the child class and then the base class

    I started to write a program for a smart DMM, the problem is every version of the DMM the company change the communication commend.
    My idea is to write a child class for every DMM version and every SubVI of the child will override the base class SubVI.
    My problem is, i want first to create one child class and after i will see every thing is work,  start to create the base class. that way i will see if am thinking the right way.
    My question is
    How can i create a child class and then create the base class and configure the SubVi of the child class to be Override of the base class?
    I tried to search in the property of the class but i didn't see nothing.
    Thanks
    Solved!
    Go to Solution.

    This can be done and I've done it on occasion.
    You simply create the base class with the dynamic dispatch methods you require (connector panes need to be identical to thos of the child class).
    Then set the inheritance of the class to inherit from this base class.  If your method is defined as a dynamic dispatch method in the parent, you'll most likely now have some errors (unless your child method was already DD in which case you might just be OK already).
    To change the inheritance of a class, right-click the properties of the class in your project and select properties.  I believe the ineritance tree is at the lower end of the properties.  Click on the "change inheritance" (or something similar) to choose the class from which you now wish to inherit.

  • How to know the User name and date, who executed the report last time.

    Hi All,
    We are collecting a list of reports which are not executed for past 3 months. Can anybody tell me how to know the username and date they executed the report last time.
    Is there any table to look ? or is there any process ?
    Thanks,
    Ravi.

    Ravi,
    Use SE16 - then look at rszcompdir.
    We look up Version = 13 for queries.

  • I would like to know how to increase the window size and message font size on the the Three Button Dialog.vi

    I like using the Three Button Dialog .vi. However, I am doing a job were I need to use a larger font size. I tried to adjust the core vi but could not make it do what I wanted. Any help would be great.

    1: VI Properties Window Size- Check maintain proportions of window for different monitor resolutions.  (Your users will thank you)
    Jeff,
    Why do you think that is a good idea?  When I opened your VI on my screen, the buttons were cut off at the bottom, and there was a slight cutoff on the right side.  Without scrollbars or the ability to resize the panel, (which I generally wouldn't want on a dialog box anyway) there is no way to be able to see the whole dialog.
    Did your VI show all of the buttons and show all of the text box?  On mine it looked like this.
    What was your screen resolution and your monitor aspect ratio?  Mine is 1680 x 1050 for a 16:10 ratio.  I think you will have problems with checking this box.  I would recommend unchecking it.  Suppose you programmed on a 16:10 screen, but someone else has a 16:9, or even a 4:3.  That is going to screw up the appearance of the dialog unless you take the time to resize the buttons and text inside the dialog.  (And I feel checking the resize option inside the Window Appearance settings just never works right either.)
    If I was the user, I'd appreciate a dialog box that wasn't cut off.

  • How to know the size of a message I wrote

    When I created a photojournal, with comments before each photo, I got a message "The size of the message you are trying to send exceeds the global size limit of the server."
    So it was not sent and I was told to reduce it and try again. I did that with the photos, deleted a few, as well, but still got the error message, and have not discovered how to find the size of the message.

    save it to drafts.
    in the drafts folder, click on the little table widget right on the right side of the column headings... select size
    Remember size increases about 30% for attachments.

    You can see this from the following
    NLS_DATABASE_PARAMETERS (i think it is how database was created)
    NLS_INSTANCE_PARAMETERS (this instance)
    NLS_SESSION_PARAMETERS (this you can set just for your login session).

I cant give the portal link as static, as it will vary depends on the DEV, QUAL, PROD. Is there any FM or class is available, so i can get the server name, port no. for my purpose?.

  • How to know the printprogram and output type for perticular standard script

    how to know the print program and output type for perticular standard script and wt the proceure we will fallow to modifie the standard script..if possible u have any sample code plz share with me.....

    Hi Phani,
    To know the print program and output type for a standard script we have a table called TNAPR. So just you go to SE11 and provide the table name as TNAPR and choose display option.Then go with display entries option and in selection screen you have to provide the form name for whic you want to know the print program and output type.
    To modify a standard script first of all you have to copy the standard form for which you need modifications into Zform. Once you done this you can modify the layout set as per your requirement.Then what ever the modifications you have done in layout set for that you need to populate the data.For this you also need to do some modifications to the print program.so you have to options like directly you can modify the print program as per your requirement and other one is you can create a subroutine and do coding in that subroutine. Then you need call this subroutine in the Script Form.like this you can do modifications to the standard script........................... Reward me if its helpful..........
    Thanks & Regards.
