There's no database table that tracks currently logged in users - the users table simply tracks the users that have profiles in the system. As mentioned above, if you needed this info you'd have to use the WebLogic server API or write a component that captures the users' login and logouts and tracks that in a custom table.

  • How to find out the users currently logged into ODI

    Hi all,
    How to find out the users currently logged into ODI Work Repository?
    Thanks.

    Hi,
    It stores all the final queries in work rep table i.e "SNP_SESS_TXT_LOG" and the column is "TXT".
    Here u can find all the ODI bkp process queries.Pls specify the SESS_NO for purtivular task u want to check which u can get this in ODI operator.
    I dont think so that it will keep the substituted value(because its implicit and temporary process) but it will keep all the default values in the table SNP_VAR_SESS and the column is "DEF_V".
    Thanks,

    Hi,
    Is there an option in CMC that gives the list of concurrent users currently logged on into the Infoview? I have CR server XI and Settings in CMC currently just gives the number of users logged in. I am using Enterprise security for the users.How can I get the list of users logged in?
    Appreciate your help.
    Thanks

    The quickest way to see who is logged in is to go to the CMC, then click on Servers, then click on the .cms entry (it's the second one down on the list for my system).  When you click on the cms link on the next page should be a list of users currently logged in (including you the administrator).

  • Find Number of Users Currently Logged on to a SharePoint 2013 on premise server?

    Hello,
    We would like to know which current users are logged in our SharePoint farm.
    Is there a simple powershell script which we can run? or enable a feature
    Thanks,
    Dennis

    SharePoint is a web technology, which means it is connectionless by design.  So there really isn't such a thing as the number of users being logged on being tracked by the server.  The closest you can come is to have the server report how many
    active sessions haven't timed out yet.  Not quite the same thing since some of the sessions will be people who stopped using the system during the last half hour or so who's sessions haven't expired yet.  But its the closest you can come. Here's
    a deeper explanation and one potential solution.

    Just for everyone’s info, this is the script I have used to get the logged in windows username into flash ---- not and air app.
    In the html page that publishes with the .swf file under the <head> section:-
    <script language="JavaScript" type="text/javascript">
    function findUserName() {
         var wshell=new ActiveXObject ("wscript.shell");
         var username=wshell.ExpandEnvironmentStrings("%username%");
         return username;
    </script>
    The ActionScript:-
    import flash.external.ExternalInterface;
    var username:String = ExternalInterface.call ("findUserName");

  • Monitor how long a user is logged in

    Hello,
    Does anyone know of any software that will monitor (keep track of) how long a user is logged in? I would like to track how long a music student is practicing by having him log into and out of a user account at the beginning and ending of a practice session. Any other ideas on software/method of traking practice hours would be appreciated!

    The login database is stored in /var/log/wtmp. To access this data open up terminal.app and type:
    last | more (then hit return)
    On the far right you will see how long a user has been logged in. This data will be between ( ).
    example:
    user ttyp2 10.0.0.1 Fri Sep 1 13:05 - 13:08 (00:03)
    This shows "user" was logged in for 3 minutes. From 1:05 to 1:08PM.

  • Query of Clients with a user currently logged on

    This is probably a pretty simple one
    I am trying to build a query of machines that have any user currently logged on.
    I am aware that we can find a list of last logged on user, but I am just looking for a way to find systems that currently have any user currently logged into the computer.

    To do that you would need to have hardware inventory running every 1 minute on clients.
    Or DCM running every 1 min.
    let me clarify before someone actually tries to do this.... I think this was meant to be sarcasm. You CANNOT run HINV each 1 min.

  • Is there an application to monitor users who log into Windows Server 2012 R2?

    I'm looking at Family Safety Feature in Windows 8 and like what they can do.  I have a request to monitor, track users who log into Windows Server 2012 R2 to see how many users login, how long each login is for each user so a monthly report can be generated.
    1.  I just wonder if Windows Essential 2012 can be used for this purpose or not.  If it can, is Windows Essential 2012 a feature can be added or installed on Windows Server 2012 R2?
    2.  If Window Essential 2012 cannot be used for this purpose, is there any feature in Windows Server 2012 R2 that can be used for this purpose?
    3.  Is there any other suggestions?
    Thank you for your help.
    Thanks and Regards,
    Hien Phan

    Hi Hien,
    Anything updates?
    It seems that there is no feature can do that. I agree with Tim that you can check the event logs. In general, the event 4624 would be created when a user was logged on, and the event 4634 would be created when a user account was logged
    off.

  • Suggested User base on Adobe Content Server

    I was trying to get some statistics for the supported user base for Adobe Content server 4.01. We have one server Dual Core processor with 4 GB RAM on windows 2008 server. I would like to know what is the load that this server can support during document fulfilment process. We are expecting around 300000 users to download documents from Adobe Content Server in next couple of years and we are trying to see what are ways that we can scaleup the infrastructure to support huge user downloads.
    It would be really helpful if some one shares us the concurrent user load supported by Adobe Content Server

    We configured Adobe Content Server 3.0.1 and created one store and one library, when we want to lend a eBook i am unable to locate the option for lending the eBook in "Availbility" tag page of "Books" Tab when i set the "Adjust" option to value "Loan".
    Please let me know whether my version of content server allows us to package a eBook for lending if so where can i find the option for lending the eBook.

  • How To check in Ironport log which is server is giving bad response to SMTP connection?

    How To check in Ironport log which is server is giving bad response to SMTP connection?

    You probably want to create a new log subscription for "SMTP Logs"
    Go to System Administration/Log Subcriptions.
    Click Add Log Subscription
    Pick SMTP Conversation Logs.
    Pick a log name (will be the folder name that gets created for the log files)
    The defaults for the rest should be fine... maybe tweak rollover...
    Make sure to remove it after you're done, its going to eat space and probably a little proc... its VERY verbose, but it should show you what you need.

  • How to Display a List of Users Currently Logged On to Domain

    Windows Server 2008 R2 Enterprise.
    I had a snap-in in Windows Server 2003 that allowed me to see who was currently logged onto the domain.  How can I do this in Windows Server 2008 R2?  I am the administrator, so there is no privilege issue.  Thanks for any help.

    Hi,
    If you want to list current logon users from all servers in a domain, I’m afraid there is no existing tool from Microsoft to support you do that. However, you can use LsaEnumerateLogonSessions
    API like
    http://msdn.microsoft.com/en-us/library/windows/desktop/aa375400(v=vs.85).aspx to enumerate all logon sessions on the clients and gather all information together to achieve your target.
    If you want to find out who is logged on to a specific terminal server, there are four methods:
    1. check event log
    2. write some PowerShell scripts as:
    http://technet.microsoft.com/en-us/library/ff730963.aspx
    http://learn-powershell.net/2010/11/01/quick-hit-find-currently-logged-on-users/
    3. use WMI&VBScript as:
    http://blogs.msdn.com/b/alejacma/archive/2008/03/04/how-to-get-the-logged-on-user-with-wmi-vbscript.aspx
    4. use some third-party tools like others suggested.
    In addition, here is another thread who used scripts to realize this for your reference:

  • How to know active sessions logged in by same database users

    This is 10g. I need to query list of DB users who have logged in using the same database user accounts. How can I achieve this? This is on 10g and 9i

    Hello,
    You may enable audit. Then, with the following query you may get the list of User who logged on the same Oracle User account:
    select username, os_username, userhost, terminal, timestamp, action_name
    from dba_audit_trail
    where action_name in ('LOGON','LOGOFF')
    order by username;Please, find below a link about audit:

  • Really how secure is the current erase all content and settings?

    I am not sure about taking my iPhone in for repair or exchange after reading many old articles about how unsecure the erase really is, seeing how many sensitive passwords and e-mails I have. I have the most current firmware. So tell me, how reliable for keeping my data safe and gone is the current "Erase all content and settings" feature?
    Also note: I have iPhone 3g, not later or earlier. So I am not sure if the hardware would make a difference, but yeah.
    Message was edited by: nkcrcr

    It is what it is. Erase all contents & settings overwrites user settings and information, writing a series of ones to the data partition. This process can take several hours, depending on the storage capacity of your iPhone. During this time, the device displays the Apple logo and a progress bar. If you had a 3GS, it would be instantaneous, as the 3GS supports hardware encryption. Can someone still recover data? Yes. But the software & equipment necessary to do so is very expensive & generally only available to law enforcement.
