How to limit ODBC from seeing system tables

Question

The following script followed by a grant script on tables and views I want works except when I am in ACCESS, I see 
SELECT 'DENY SELECT ON [dbo].[' + sobjects.name + '] TO as_FinAidReaderAngel; 
GO'
FROM sysobjects sobjects
WHERE sobjects.xtype IN ( 'U', 'V')
order by sobjects.name
I tried the public role but it won't let me modify it.
How can I limit the ODBC connector to just see the tables and views I want?

the system object do have a different schema then dbo, e.g. as in you screenshot "INFORMATION_SCHEMA". And sysobjects is a old, deprecated system table, use sys.objects instead =>

+ QUOTENAME(obj.name)
+ N' TO as_FinAidReaderAngel;

FROM sys.objects AS obj
