EXIT_SAPLRSAP_002 for master data attibute
EXIT_SAPLRSAP_003 for Hierarchies
EXIT_SAPLRSAP_004 for text
then populate code .
After your code then delete data from ods then reinit to populate the enhanced field.

How to redo the Google Maps demo?

Hi there,
I would like to setup a scenario similar to the US popuplation count with google maps as seen on the experiencesaphana page.
I'm having no problems reading the data from my HANA tables, but how to I get the information from google maps about what is currently displayed? Can I retrieve a list of postal codes which are inside the displayed part of the map? I spent some time browsing the Maps API, but until now I did not find anything helpful.
I'm kind of hoping, that whoever developed the demo is reading this and might provide some hints...
Or someone else more knowledgeable about using maps, any help is appreciated.

We have a HANA here on premise.
I can't post my current html, there must be some keywords which the forum blocks.
What I have is an inner html which displays the map. This is just the basic example from the google maps API documentation. You will find this right in the beginning of the tutorial http://code.google.com/intl/de/apis/maps/index.html
In the outer page (WebDynpro, or in our case a WebUI BSP) this is included in an iframe.
On Click of a pushbutton I retrieve the currently displayed window from the map, to do so I call the getBounds method of the map in the iframe.

We have a table where the location of german zipcodes is stored, this is joined against our sales data to get the result.
Standalone the HTMLs work fine, embedded in the WebUI it only works for the Firefox. In IE the iframe doesn't get its ID, and the call by name somehow fails as well. We also still need to do the connection to the RFC, pass the maps bounds to the backend and get the results back.
I hope this gives you some ideas about how to proceed.
If you do not want to use a pushbutton but use the events instead, do not use the bounds changed event but the idle event instead.

with the SP01 and the new SDK examples I wanted to test some - especially the Maps Component. But when dragging it to my Preview Windows nothing happens besides the loading animation (s. screenshot).

Copying a google map into a Pages document

I was wondering if anyone knows how to copy a google map into a Pages document? I am creating a real estate flyer, and would like to include a map on the back. I know how to insert a Google map using the Widget in iWeb, but not using Pages. Any help is greatly appreciated!

You can take a screensnap of the map: +cmd shift 4+ and drag over your selection. The snap lands on your desktop named +Picture 1+ etc.
Make sure you enlarge the map as big as possible on the screen as it is only at screen resolution, 72dpi, and you need about 300dpi for printing.
Usually it is better to draw a simplified diagramatic map for directions in a vector drawing program like OmniGraffle, VectorDraw, ZeusDraw, EazyDraw, LineForm, Intaglio or Illustrator. Bring these in as .pdf files which are freely scalable.
Pages also has drawing tools at the bottom of the Shapes pulldown menu on the ToolBar but it is cumbersome compared with the dedicated programs.

Instead of copy values into forms you can save them in your temporary table.

What version of iPhoto?
Select one and rotate it. Then rotate it back. Does that make it appear?
A much better work flow is the keep the photos after importing. Check the success the import, wait for at least one successful backup cycle then use you camera's format command to reformat the card

I wanted to know how to remove the Apple Maps and reinstall the Google Maps. The Apple Maps is a very inferior programme and not worth the space on the. Computer. It can't find anything. It's a complete waste of time.

CHances are google maps are never coming back as part of the bundled OS. Apple and Google seem to have parted ways (possibly has something to do with Google having their apps on other devices from other manufacturers but no one knows for sure)
Since preinstalled apps cannot be deleted, the most you can do is ignore the icon, shove it back on a back menu page (I have a 4th menu page on my iPad containing nothing but the bundled apps I consider worthless. I just ignore that page and never go there) and then put a shortcut to google maps on your iPad or find a third party map app you like better.

It then takes me into google maps where I constantly discover that the pin has moved. It often moves off the property of the addresss or building I dropped a pin on. I am trying to solve this. I have just removed several from my Iphone 6:
In Google maps touch the person button (Your profile)
Scroll down to your saved place
select it
at the bottom of the map tap on the places description to see more details
Tap the yellow star to change it from Saved to Save and you will have deleted it.
