How to make a title randomly 'jumping around', not 'flowing'?

I'd like to create my own 'watermark title'.
Idea: the ©k.schluter slightly rotates a bit and randomly (done), and 'jumps' randomly across the screen.
Apply a 'random generator' to the titles x/y position, makes it moving/flowing.
What I want is an instant move to a new, random position.
I miss a parameter - which one?
Even better would be:
that title isn't onscreen all time, just 'now&then, here&there'

I would absolutely love to have conditionals. Also, more access to different kinds of data, like: the bounding boxes of text areas, groups, current states of emitters (all of these have dynamic bounding rectangles.) In the link behavior, a switched alternative to scale: a mathematical function... would be OUTSTANDING (as long as it can be relinked by "chain" in other behaviors. Shouldn't be too difficult to manage -- works just like a spreadsheet; one of the oldest formula applications on computers. I personally would rather see any conditional/language-like instructions implemented as JavaScript and NOT BASIC (or: !BASIC), or even as ActionScript (basically a specialized JavaScript) was implemented in LiveMotion (Adobe, ca: 2000-2003). I would like to have timers (setTimeout, setInvterval) that would not be interfered with by FCPX retiming and users stretching or collapsing effects in the storyline (an automatic Clip.stop() could be called at the end of the last visible frame in FCPX).
As for node-based apps, all we really need is a way to integrate Quartz Composer projects/modules into Motion -- with links into and out of the Quartz project. That would be pretty cool too.
There is, supposedly: FXPlug... but after 30+ years, I'm getting too old to learn another language (Objective C which looks just nasty to this old C programmer) and there is too little information (example code) online about developing plugins with it... at this time... for someone like me, that is. The last serious Mac Programming I did involved the "Toolbox" and "Quickdraw", and a 16/32-bit 68K Motorola microprocessor. By the time the G3's came out, I had pretty much moved over to web technologies (Java, JavaScript, PHP, etc.) Bottom line: I need more help than I can find and the people who are actually developing these things aren't sharing.

How does one best make a button to jump around a PDF (interactive) on an ipad.

I have been trying to figure out how to make an Interactive PDF document that could be loaded into an iPad.
We need one: Buttons to jump around the document for navigation purposes. A button would be eaiser to press on an iPad and if each page is designed the same people will know where "main menu" and the subsection buttons are and should be able to bounch back and forth in the document pretty easily.
It seems that with Indesign CS5 you can make goto buttons but when you try and export them... Acrobat will not honor the goto commands so your left for dead.
Yes it will work nicely with export to SWF and work marviously with a flash output but there's no way to look at flash content on the iPad.
So I've found stuff on the web talking about bookmarks and text anchors but it seems like there are limitations with that as well.
What confuses me further is when 3rd party PDF viewers claim they can use goto page number.

So is this an indesign issue? An Acrobat 9 pro issue? I don't get it.
It seems so simple. Just want to button that would take you to say page 1. and on page 1 have a button that takes you to page 4.

SWF is very cool. But unfortunatly Steve J's personal vendettia with Flash is making it hell for simple users....

woodwing seems to have a nice toolset to make it easier for sure... but I'm not sure that is the correct direction for
us. As we don't want to have to submit anything to Apple. Our needs are for internal use only and we would not be creating content for the public.
I don't follow the ePup process fully... PDF's we can load right onto the iPad. It's a real shame about flash not working as we can make some very slick flash content right out of indesign with little effort. (maybe the direction should be a Flash to HTML5 converter? Goto page commands assigned to buttons would be wonderfull if they worked but when you export the doc to PDF Acrobat complains that it is not compatible. When we export to flash it works like a charm on a PC.
Haven't found a good gudie for bookmarks yet... and if that would give us buttons on each page to move the user back and forth through the document.

How do I stop images from jumping around?

When I insert new images on a page above one that's already formatted, it makes all the images and text boxes below go completely haywire. Literally everything jumps around and looks terrible. Is there a way to make images stick to a certain spot on the page? Even when there's plenty of room for a new image or text box, putting something in ruins the whole document and adds a huge amount of reformatting work. Surely there's a solution to this? I searched, but I couldn't find anything. I have a document that was mostly done, but needed me to add more images on the first few pages. Now the whole document looks cruddy and I foresee hours of work to fix the pages below.
Whenever I worked in Word, I would do a hard page break to prevent this from happening - that way images and text from one page literally can't jump onto the next page - if more room was needed, instead of ruining the page below it, a new page in between would be created. But I couldn't find a way to do that in Pages either.

It is either on or it is off. If it is on and the object is free floating it of course will push text out of its way, you just have to follow exactly how that is happening and what the consequences are for the surrounding text
Menu > View > Show Invisibles
To see what invisible characters, like spaces, tabs returns etc you have that are being pushed around by the objects with Wrap.
Move with text makes the image/texbox inline which then acts like a very large character in the text.
Inline objects behave just like characters except they are big and so make the line height large and of course they occupy a large space within the line. You can make the whole process more predictable by pasting them on their own line.

From your timeline, it seems that you applied a transition after each clip. Can I know why & what transition you applied ?
Can you please elaborate what you meant by "I changed the last keyframe in the last clip to a Smooth" ?

Because when you rotate the frame 360 degrees using the Y-axis, the image always comes back to the same position - which gives you a handy place to match cut to the next implementation of the rotation at a slightly slower pace. I applied the filter to the first clip, and set it so that it went from -360 to 360 in Y axis rotation. I then copied that clip and used Command -V to apply the same effect to the next to clips via paste attributes, UNCHECKING the Scale Attribute Times so that the spinning would slow down as the clips lengthened.
Lastly, I changed the last keyframe in the last clip to a "Smooth" , and added head and tail trim to the entire effect so the bars would start static, spin and the end static.
Like I say, it's far from perfect but may either point you toward a solution or trigger ideas of your own.

UI/Application window is randomly jumping around... often to my 2nd screen

CS6 running on OSX Lion.
I am having a frustrating issue with InDesign CS6.
Frequently the entire application window will jump around... sometimes with the toolbox shifting to my 2nd screen... other times the entire application window jumping to the 2nd screen...
The only fix I have is to Quit InDesign and restart.
Does anyone know how to fix this...?

try this:
reboot the CPU.
run the application as normal.
If the window goes off screen, reset your resolution to the point where you can see the window for the misbehaving application.
Move the window to the top left of your screen.
quit the program
rest resolution to normal.
run the program.
does its window appear on screen/where it should be located, not off screen?

Ypu should use a flag as soon as someone clic on the button, in order to keep a value.
Then in PBO Module you should ask for the value of this flag

Authorization object F_BKPF_BES is used to detain this. If you revoke activity 01 out against a particular GL Authorization group as assigned in F_BKPF_BES , user would not be able to post the transaction. He will only be able to park ..However if you want to make it t code specific then please make use of screen variant and disable the post button in F-02.....

You can hide and show portlets of Web providers (OmniPortlet, Web Clipping, and Java portlets) on portal pages dynamically. This functionality is controlled by security managers. The PDK provides a number of security managers. For example:
o Group security manager: The group security manager makes the portlet appear to users who are members of a specified group, while hides the portlet for those who are not members.
o Authentication level security manager: You can use the authentication level security manager to control access to the portlets based on the users authentication level. For example you may hide the portlet from public users, but display it to authenticated users.
In addition to the security managers provided by the PDK, you can build your own security managers.
Although OmniPortlet and Web Clipping do not expose security managers through the user interface, you can apply them by editing their XML provider definition file.
For PL/SQL portlets you can use the is_runnable method to control whether the portlet is hidden or shown.

i have tired the 'autoplay, false' however this dosent seem to work for me. im using Dreamweaver CS6

Upgrade process has to execute from the server where message server is running.
So I guess it is not possible to initiate the SAP upgrade from application server.

How to make JTabbedPane Title component take up entire tab width?

Starting with JDK 1.6, JTabbedPane has been enhanced to allow you to specify an arbitrary Component for the title of a tab (I think before, you could only specify a JLabel and/or icon). We make use of this in our application by specifying a Panel with a GridBagLayout and three children: an Icon (on the left), a label (middle), and a close button (right). the middle component, the label, gets all the weightx and has fill set to HORIZONTAL. Everything looks good - as long as the tabs stay on a single row. When another tab is added and the TabbedPane extends to a second row, things don't look: the tabs are allocated alot more white space now - but the Component isn't being given that extra space! Consequently, the icons on the left and right of my label stay next to the label, instead of staying next to the edges of the tab!
Is this a bug in the JDK?
If it's not a bug, how do I make use of all available tab space?

Thanks for the suggestion. Below is a primitive standalone example. It brings up an empty frame and you can click on the "Add Tab" button to add a tab. When you do, you'll see that the tab's "title" area consists of an "i" button, a label, and a "x" button. The tab itself isn't much bigger than those three components, so things look ok. Now, add two more tabs....the 2nd tab still fits on the first row of the TabbedPane, so things still look ok. When you add the third tab, the first tab gets placed on a new 2nd row of the TabbedPane and the tab takes up the whole width of the TabbedPane....but the "i" and the "x" buttons are still scrunched up next to the label - rather than near the edges of the tab, where they would be expected.
