How to modify Batch details

I i need to modify the Attribute value of an Batch.
Does the DI allows this ?
tks

Of course.
Menu history : Inventory / Inventory reports / Batch Number Transaction report
Fill criteria, throw transaction report list you can access to the existing batch. Show the batch details.
The SQL table used is OIBT. I need to update a filed with the DI.

  • How to open Batch Details Form using a LinkedButton?

    Hi all,
    I just want to know how can I open the Batch Details system Form, using a LinkedButton from my user form.
    Just like the Batch Number Transaction Report window, from the Batch Column.
    It's difficult because this document don't have the ObjectType.
    Thanks a lot.
    Cheers
    David

    Solved!
    I did this:
    From the MatrixLinkPressedEvent:
    if (pVal.BeforeAction)
                        switch (pVal.ColUID)
                              case "column":
                                BubbleEvent = false;
                                AddOnApplication.Application.ActivateMenuItem("12290");//Form for Batch Details
                                form.EnableMenu("12290", true);
                                bool _runThread = true;
                                while (_runThread)
                                    Thread.Sleep(500);
                                    try
                                        ((SAPbouiCOM.EditText)AddOnApplication.Application.Forms.ActiveForm.Items.Item("40").Specific).Value = _dtGrid.GetValue("ItemCode", pVal.Row - 1).ToString();
                                        ((SAPbouiCOM.EditText)AddOnApplication.Application.Forms.ActiveForm.Items.Item("62").Specific).Value = _dtGrid.GetValue("Batch Hide", pVal.Row - 1).ToString(); ;
                                        AddOnApplication.Application.Forms.ActiveForm.DefButton = "38";
                                        AddOnApplication.Application.SendKeys("{ENTER}");
                                        _runThread = false;
                                    catch (Exception){}
                                    finally
                                        _runThread = false;
                                        form.Freeze(false);
    And that's it.
    Hope this help to someone

  • Batch Details in PLD

    Hi Experts,
    How to display Batch details in PLD like   {Batch Number, WH, Location in GRPO & DO}, if Item is batch managed.
    Regards,
    S1b

    Hi............
    SAP has given the system default PLD for batches. Its on you whether you need to add some more extra fields. For Batch PLD you have to set the print from Administration--> System Initialisation --> Print Preferences. Select the document into the Per Document atb and select the Document and Batch/serial no.

  • How can I import the Batch details after a Good Receive PO is posted?

    Hi,
    My situation is, I will receive the exp.date after I have posted the Good Receive PO, can I import the batch details using the DTW after the Good receive PO is posted?
    Please help.
    Paddy

    Hello Paddy
    The Batch completion window is not exposed by the DI and the only way to
    create/modify Batch numbers via DI API is when creating new documents.
    Once the document is added, it cannot be modified therefore no batch can
    be added afterwards.
    Thus It is not possible to add/modify batch numbers to Business One
    using the DI API or DTW once the GRPO has been added already.

  • Goods Receipt DTW - Possible to update existing batch details?

    Hello experts,
    Using the three templates OIGE, IGE1, and BTNT I've managed to perform some Inventory Adjustments BY BATCH using DTW.
    The issue I am having is that some of the fields in BTNT are not updating in SAP despite a successful DTW instance depending on whether the batchnumber is pre-existing or is new.
    If the batch already exists, quantities are being receiving as expected but additional data such as "Notes", "InternalSerialNumber", and even some user-defined fields we have created for Appearance, Inventory Tag Number, etc. will not update.  I have checked DTW mapping and it is setup correctly.
    In fact, if the batch number defined in BTNT is NEW to the system these additional details load up as expected, only when it is a quantity update on the batch number do they not.  I thought that since the quantity of a pre-existing batch is being update successfully via this method the other "Batch Details" should update as well.
    Can anyone provide insight as to whether it is possible (and if so how) to update these batch details during a Goods Receipt or Goods Issue DTW for pre-existing batches or will it only do it for a brand new batch #?
    Thanks very much,
    Richard

    Hi Richard,
    Welcome you post on the forum.
    I am afraid you could only update batch details when you imported them as new. You may only update the existing batch details through UI.
    Thanks,
    Gordon

  • In List, How to modify the Link in Quick Edit Mode?

    In List, How to modify the Edit in Quic Mode Link? Instead of opening Quick view mode, to open in InfoPath customized form?

    Hi Eugene,
    According to your description, my understanding is that you want to midify the link of "Edit" and set it linking to a InfoPath Form which can bulk edit your List.
    You can use the code above to modify the Edit's hyperlink and set it linking to your InfoPath form.
    <script src="http://code.jquery.com/jquery-1.10.2.min.js" type="text/javascript"></script>
    <script type="text/javascript">
    $(document).ready(function () {
    $("#idHomePageNewItem").next("a").attr("href","the URL of your InfoPath form");
    $("#idHomePageNewItem").next("a").removeAttr("onclick");
    </script>
    For more information about bulk updating a SharePoint list using InfoPath form, you can have a look at the blog:

  • SAP Cloud Application Studio How to retrieve the details based on OVS in Product ID

    Hi Experts,
    I have small requirements in AdvanceListPanel. I have custom BO as mention below,
    businessObject Demo {
                   element ID : ID;
                   node Sporoduct [0,n] {
                        element P_ID : ProductID;
                        element P_DES :   SHORT_Description;
                        element P_QTY : Quantity;
                        element P_NET :  Amount;
    I have attached the OVS on Product ID (P_ID) element.
    I want to auto-fill the details under the AdvanceListPanel ( Product Desc , Product Net value ( Price) )
    1) How to get the details of Product ( Prod Descr, Product Price etc ).
    Please anyone have idea about this share your thoughts.
    Many Thanks,
    Mithun

    Hi, Mithun
         What you want is to auto-fill the related details when you select a product from your OVS.
         That means you have to write your codes in Event After Modify.
         We normally use QueryByElements or some other query options given for a particular standard BO.
         It would be like that.
         var query=Product.QueryByElements;
         var selParams=query.CreateSelectionParams();
         selParams.Add(query.ProductID ,"I","EQ",this.P_ID );
         var result=query.Execute(selParams);
         for(var product in result){
         this.P_DES =product.Description;
    What I have just written is just a sample code. You have to find the exact name of the attributes of a standard BO in Repository Explorer.
    Hope this helps,
    Fred.

  • How to hide display details in sap gui and create ad-hoc request in UWL?

    Hi,
    how to hide display "details in sap gui" and "create ad-hoc request" in UWL?
    Please telme the step-by-step procedure to hide "details in sap gui" and "create ad-hoc request".
    Thanks,
    Rashmi

    Hi,
    Thanks for the information. It was very helpfull.
    Can you please tellme where can we fine UWL iView? I tried to find this out in two ways.
    1) Portal Content -> Content Provided by SAP -> End User Content -> Standard Portal Users -> Views -> com.sap.coll.iviews -> Universal Worklist (finally i got this iView). Here i dint find any property called "List of UWL Actions to exclude". In the link which you had given, its written that we can modify the iView and add the name of the actions under the Actions to exclude from the UWL property.
    Which iView do we need to modify and where can i find that property?
    2) I downloaded the xml file and then tried to find this property "List of UWL Actions to exclude" or " Actions to exclude from the UW". But i couldnt find both the properties in xml file.
    Thanks,
    Rashmi

  • How to use batch files to send the load from ODC to UCM?

    Hello all.
    We're trying to do this along this week and, until now, we couldn't figure out how to use batch files containing metada on ODC and commit the output files to UCM.
    So these are our specs:
    VM 1
    ODC - 10gR3
    OS - Windows XP 32 bits SP3
    DB - Oracle DB 11.2
    VM 2
    No ODC
    UCM 11.1.1.6
    OS - Enterprise Linux Enterprise Linux Server release 5.5 (Carthage)
    We've opened a ticket with Oracle Support to know how we should do this. The number is SR 3-6108348211.
    Let me try to explain what we want to do:
    1 - we have a batch file with all metadata of many files from UCM
    2 - we want to use this file in ODC, so the application will convert the images and commit them to UCM
    3 - we should see all these files, their metadata, thumbnails and related content in UCM
    4 - this is a batch file example we want to send to ODC:
    @Properties LocalData
    IdcService=CHECKIN_UNIVERSAL
    dRevLabel = 1
    primaryFile=/tra/Relatorio_UHPF-03-04-2008-M-RL-EA.pdf
    dDocName=TRA_33
    dDocTitle=UHPF-03-04-2008-M-RL-EA
    dSecurityGroup=MAM_TRA
    dDocType=Document
    dDocAuthor=luis.neotropical
    dInDate=14/05/08
    xC_CLASSIFICACAO=EA - Educação Ambiental
    xC_DATA=01/04/08
    xC_DATAVALIDADE=30/04/08
    xC_LOCALIZACAOFISICA=N/D
    xC_USUARIO_DEP=LUIS FERNANDO DA CAMARA
    xC_TIPO=RL - Relatório
    xC_USINA=UHPF - USINA HIDRELÉTRICA PASSO FUNDO
    xC_FICHA=MAM - Relatorios Ambientais
    xC_IDDOCMAN=TRADocID=157
    xC_IDANEXODOCMAN=TRAFileID=33
    xC_DESTINOINICIAL=Tractebel
    xC_ORIGEM=Neotropical
    xC_FORMATODOCUMENTO=Digital
    xC_GENERODOCUMENTO=
    xC_DOCPRINCIPAL=Sim
    @end
    <<EOD>>
    5 - So, when we use this batch file on ODC, the file (or image) will be converted, all metadata attached and then sent to UCM.
    But we don't know how to do the link between ODC and UCM. The Oracle Support says it is necessary to do some customization. In the books I could not find any info about how to do, just generic information or how to use ODC.
    Is there a way (without customization) to do that? Can anyone give us a step-by-step guide?
    Thanks for all help and guidance.
    Fernando

    What is the one-sentence requirement or issue you're trying to solve?
    If you only want content to be converted to pdf, then you should already have that with your items checked into UCM (if you have IBR enabled).
    if you really want to feed content into ODC using a batchfile, my first thought would be to create a transformation utility/app that will convert your batchfiles to the expected ODC import server folder job format. then you'll have to move or map the content to match.
    Again, without knowing the exact issue/business requirement you're trying to work through, I'd say a redesign of your ingestion process may be in order.
    If you feed content directly into ODC through any supported ODC method (watch folder, email, scanner, fax, etc), then you'll be able to use everything ootb as you'll be able to auto-commit directly into UCM or add an indexing step and manual commit to UCM.
    ODC is basically a front end for indexing and extra ingestion options to your content repo.
    IPM is basically the same, but it includes some extra process-related details (process metadata, process integrations/bpel/bpm, other system integrations/ebs/crm, etc). I don't feel that IPM would help with the transformation-specific question you've put out there.

  • Modify batch in EDI delvry03

    Hi all,
    we are using EDI with an external warehouse. We send deliveries by a SHPORD idoc to the warehouse that replies with an SHPCON with the PGI indicator in the E1EDL18 segment. I also indicate the batch they should pick and post for the good issue.
    But sometimes the external warehouse may decide to post the good issue with a different batch. How they can replies this information to us?
    Thanks
    Skandios

    Hi Fabio,
    I am afraid you can only achieve your goal by using a goods issue (in source warehouse) followed by a goods receipt (in destination warehouse). Stock transfer can only transfer the original batch without modifying batch number.
    Thanks,
    Gordon
