How to monitor WebLogic Server when enable the Administration Port

It works fine when use Listenport 7001, but when enable the Administration Port(9002), it does not work.
Maybe I should do something to set the system environment property, but how?

If the admin port is enabled then you have to use these parameters to run any scripts
-Dweblogic.security.SSL.ignoreHostnameVerification=true
-Dweblogic.security.TrustKeyStore=DemoTrust
-The you can use Admin URL: t3s://localhost:9002 with Admin Port and Secure Protocol.
Example:
java -Dweblogic.security.SSL.ignoreHostnameVerification=true -Dweblogic.security.TrustKeyStore=DemoTrust weblogic.WLST application_status.py

how to set WebLogic Plug-In Enabled parameter for cluster through admin console in weblogic server 9.2 ???
Actually i could able to find the option for individual servers. However i could not able to find the same for cluster??
is it through only by WLST ???

Well, I don't know what you call a "BEA Admin", but please note that everyone here is trying to help.
Some of them are not working for BEA but are deeply efficient.
Well, for your problem, I started a 9.2.2 domain, created a cluster and found the "WebLogic Plug-In Enabled" option ...
In your console, in the "Domain Structure" window, click myDomain \ Environment \ Clusters
Then in the main page, you've got "Settings for myCluster".
On the very first page, "Configuration > General" tab, you should have the folliowing attributes :
* Name
* Default Load-Algorithm
* Cluster Address
* Number of Servers In Cluster Address
Go at the bottom of the page and under the last link "Number of Servers In Cluster Address", you have a little "Advanced" link in blue. Click on it and it will expand another part of the page.
In that new part, you'll find new attributes and the one you're expecting.
This time, it should definitely help.

How to tell weblogic server which configuration I want to use

Hi Everyone,
I write the logmodule class, configuration class, Action class, client class
and my policy file my.policy.
I add the VM parameter when I start weblogic server
"-Djava.security.auth.policy=D:\bea\wlserver6.1/lib/my.policy"
But I don't know how to let weblogic server know my configuration class, so
that the server will create it when my client code create LoginContext
object.
Some artical told me that add the configuration class name in java.security
file, like the following
login.configuration.provider=mypackage.myConfig
unfortunately, it don't work :(
I always got the exception message
No Configuration Class Name Supplied
Does anyone kindly tell me how to let the system know my configuration class
name?

Seems the problem is in my TestConfig.
I just copy the SampleConfig.java as my TestConfig.java (modified a
little) and copy the ConfigParser.java (those are in the

There are too many factors to declare outright that one language is faster than another. It would depend on factors like whether you use an application framework, how efficiently you tune caches etc.
Overall, your choice should be based on the in-house skill set you have.
Whatever you choose, I'd recommend putting most business logic (especially numeric and date calculations) in PL/SQL procedures. This will give you flexibility to call that logic from any language or service in the future. You can also then keep any web or mobile UI lightweight and fast.

I am trying to monitor the performance of my weblogic server by using the runtime Mbean management commands, but I cannot find the mbean that allow me to get information on performance : memory usage, queue length, throughput, idle threads etc. I want to be able to log this information over a period of time and for certain interval of times. Phone hog links give me error message "an error occuredon the server when processing the URL

When ever I click on the links sent from phone hog.com to earn free minutes I get the following error message. "An error occurred on the server when processing the URL. Please contact the system administrator" I have made several contacts with phone hog help and they claim it is my settings on my computer. However I contacted my internet provider TDS telecom and they indicated that this is a phone hog issue. I do not have any other problems with any other links I click on with this type of error message.

it's well known, that in all these cases you describe I'm not a friend of a detailed troubleshooting. To be able to be independent in all this things It is one of the reasons why I prefer an external FTP program. The difficulties with which you have to fight encourage me in this opinion, not least because we always search for experts, we don't charge a "jack of all trades".
To manage several websites or to upload my files and sometimes for the opposite way, for a necessary download from my server or to use a "a site-wide synch", I'm using FileZilla. It simply looks easier for me to keep track of all operations precisely and generate or reflect easily the desired tree structure.
Above all, FileZilla has a feature (translation from my German FileZilla) called "compare file list". Here it's possible to use file size or modification time as a criterion. There is also the possibility to "hide identical files", so that only these files which you want to redact remain visible.
And even if it means you have to install a new program, I am convinced that there is an advantage. Here is the link to get it and where you can read informations about how it works:

Yes, they can. They installed in different directories and you have to use different ports.
AFAIK for HTTP for APEX is either part of the installation (eg. in the Oracle Express Edition) or part of the Oracle Installation CDs. For more information see the Oracle Installation Documentation.

          I am using WLS 5.1 SP 12 on AIX 5.1. I need to figure out how to provide weblogic
          server statistics dynamically (Such as active servlets, response times, session
          stats etc). I know this information is available on the weblogic admin console.
          But due to the complexity of the situation I would like to provide custom JSP
          pages or servlets wherein I can make some API calls (????) to provide the above
          statistics.

Created an ADF application and Deployed this application to Weblogic server.
I am getting the below error After deploy into weblogic server while running the application
I am able to run this application well in JDeveloper using the IntegratedWebLogicServer.
The Application is successfully deployed to the Web Logic server.
While creating the domain, I have extended the Oracle JRF classes.
Error
Error 404--Not Found

The server has not found anything matching the Request-URI. No indication is given of whether the condition is temporary or permanent.

Some times.. for some reasons( which i dontKnow :( it doesnt identify with m/c name.. repalce it with IP address..and give a try.. if its on local /c u can try 127.0.0.1 /(or local host too)
