How to Navigate Directly to Manager SSHR Personal Information

Hi there,
Is it possible to navigate directly to an employees personal information either via a function or a url call?
For example a function to simulate navigating to:
Manager Self Service -> Personal Information -> Search for EmployeeA and start actions
Using the function HR_PERINFO_MGR_SS I can navigate to Manager Self Service -> Personal Information but I still have to enter the EmployeeA name which is what I want to avoid. Ideally I would like to pass the personID.
Does anyone know if this is possible?

FacesContext.getCurrentInstance().getExternalContext().redirect(url);
the sysout prints the URL below

However, I get a 404, saying that it can't find the page. I tried modifying some of the flow settings to get it to work. I set the redirect property on the view to true and the URL Invoke visiblity on the flow to url-invoke-allowed, but I still get a 404. What am I missing?
To give you more info about our app, we are using an outer page template to define the layout of the app (like the Fusion UIShell) and an inner page template to define the main area where pages will be rendered. Navigation is achieved by putting the main area flow in a dynamic region. When the user clicks a lnk, we swap out the task flow id on the region. Once they are in the region, navigation is normal ADF navigation within just that region.
I read both of the threads that you referenced, but I don't see anything in there that I can use (maybe I'm missing it). Are there other ways to navigate to a view in a flow that I am missing?

I have several feature requests that will require me to persist a page and navigate back to it at a later time. These features are things like Recent Items, Favorites, and Breadcrumbs.
In our app we are using bounded task flows and page fragments.
I have figured out how to get the view ID and task flow ID of the current page. I am doing this by using a task flow initializer and a region navigation listener. What I can't figure out is how to make use of these when the user wants to navigate to a particular view in a task flow. I can navigate to a task flow by replacing the taskFlowId on a dynamic region. However, I haven't figured out how to navigate to a view (other than the default) in a task flow.
Am I on the right track here? If so, what should I try next? If not, can you suggest a better method for implementing these features?

How secure are Apps that store your personal Information?

I have a few Apps for storing ID and Credit card info - but I am very hesitant to use them - How do I know that once I have used them, the creator of the app cant access my supposedly "secured" info?

Any app--regardless of the "who"--can be hacked, and info stolen, if someone wants it bad enough. Not all apps store info in your unit; the info may be safely stored in a encrypted server somewhere far away.
My recommendation is that you not store your CC info and any personal information you don't want spread around. Turn off certain program functions for example, go into settings and scroll down and see what programs are listed there. You can turn off certain info that they gather there. Other programs, you may need to open the app and adjust settings there.
If there is an "purchase in the app" function...that becomes your call. Generally, though...the less info you keep in an app, the better.

How to back up and then purge personal information from iPad 2?

I want to take advantage of the trade in offer at Apple for the iPad. Before the trade in, I will back up my iPad2 to my iMac. I will also need to purge all personal information from the iPad2.
2 questions:

Removing my personal information and cloud access from an iPad

My husband lent me his work ipad for a few weeks and I downloaded music from my cloud and apps, etc.
My question is this, how do I remove all of my personal information now that he has to give the ipad to his assistant to do work related tasks.
My id always comes up asking for the password but I want that id removed as well as access to my personal information. I have 3 or 4 other apple products that will continue to share apps, cloud, etc.

Email notifications are a feature of the Basic and Plus account.
The free account only allows for 50 responses. The Plus (Premium) account allows for 5000.

How do I allow users to upload personal files through our website?
I am trying to allow the visitors the ability to upload images for a future contest we will be hosting. I am trying to build a submit form with personal fields (already got this done) along with a field they can upload 1 or 2 images. I want the form to send me an email with details along with image files. I have a BC webbasic+ account and I am using Muse for my web editing.

Hi,
You could apply a "file attachment" field within the web form. If needing more than 1 file attachment you'll need to access your form code and hard-code the additional field.
The form will collect the file(s) and will be held within the case details under "related files". You can also assign a workflow to recieve notifications however only 1 file will appear in each email. To see the other files you'll need to access your order details.

We have two databases (Primary & Standby), each database has two instances
Database version: Oracle Database 10g Enterprise Edition Release 10.2.0.4.0 - 64bit
How to configure Oracle Enterprise Manager for this environment ?
I need documentation for this please.

Assuming an agent is running on the servers you want to monitor,
navigate to the Agent home page (Via setup --> Agent)
When in the agent home page select 'Add Database'and press [Go]
Assuming yopur database now gets recognized, select the Configure icon and enter the password for dbsnmp.
When done, press [Ok] to return to the agent home page.

I unfortunately just got my IPhone 4s stolen.I thought I had the find my iPhone enabled but I didn't because I cannot locate the phone when I sign in ICloud.I have a password on the phone but i'm not sure if I turned on the option where the phone resets if you incorrectly put the password more than ten time. I immediately called my phone company (Verizon) and reported the phone stolen.So I know whoever took the phone cannot place calls or use the phone. But can they still access my data on the phone if they manage to unlock the phone? If so how can I erase all data on the phone so the thief can't access my personal information? is there any other way other than Find my IPhone to wipe off the data on the phone? I really don't want my personal information such as pictures, text messages, notes and social networks profile available to a stranger!!? Help please!!!

You are able to activate an old device and process an insurance claim for your iPhone 4s within 60days from the incident date. Keep in mind if the old phone is not a smartphone and you currently have unlimited data that feature will fall off. If you have a tier data plan no changes will be made. How to make a mac managed in wgm

Could anyone point me in the direction of a how to make a mac managed in workgroup manager, ive done it before, but i cant remember how to do it, all i can remember was that once the mac was managed it had a $ after it, then WGM can manage that macs preferences.

I think im trying to do something different, to enable WGM to control clients macs preferences, i had to add a computer to workgroup manager in accounts/computer tab, when the computer was correctly bound (or binded) it looks like my picture, with a $ at the end of it, im trying to add new computers to this list, i just cant remember how to do it, like i say i could have done it through open directory utility.
