I have a dialog box whose default option is close button provided at top, i have to put minimize, maximize(Restore) buttons.

Hi,
if you use JSF then you can navigate back by setting the previous ViewId to the UIViewRoot you access from FacesContext.getViewRoot(). So all you really need to do is to track the ViewId of the previous page

How to put images on buttons?

I am currently working a project and need to mount an image onto a button, so when the image is clicked on it makes the button event work?

set icons? , do i have to have the image in the same
folder as where the code is saved? I have not been
able to find any code showing how to apply images
onto buttons on a GUI.Did you atleast read reply 2 and 4?Have you ever read the JButton API?There's no necessity that the image has to be in the same folder.You use have to specify the absolute path of the image when you create an instance representing it.

I think the best solution is to read Pages documentation, go to Help and you have a long list of options. Pages is capable of quite sophisticated things, some features are above Nisus or Mellel, so it is not so simple to summarize things in a few lines.

You can try putting &ampnbsp;&ampnbsp;&ampnbsp;&ampnbsp; (that's a semi-colon, not a colon) in the Post Element Text of the first button.

How to put a radio button ina table

I want to show a radio button in a table which table contains multiple rows, so with this radio button user can select only one row out of multi rows.
My table like this am getting the data from RFC...

Try this:
Step1: Right click on RootUIElementContainer and manually insert the Table
Step2: Now right click on Table and Insert the TableCoulmn Group
Step3: In the TableColumnGroup Insert TableColumn
Step4: Now Insert TableCellEditor Radio Button Type.
Step5: Bind the value attributes to the Radio Button property called selectedKey and KeyToSelect and deploy the application

1. It's helpful to give a full and complete description of your problem when first posting in order to get a complete answer and avoid follow up posts.
2. There's no need post the same answer twice.
My answer: The stroke/line around a text box is all or nothing. If you want to eliminate the line between adjacent text boxes you'll have to draw a white line over the offending line to cover it up. Once this is done, select both text boxes and the line (using shift-click or command-click) open the Arrange menu and choose Group (or press Option-Command-G). This will keep the white line in place if the text boxes move.

In JDK1.1.8 and above (if I am not mistaken) you can use the method: setResizable(false);
So yourframe.setResizable(false);
However in applets in the standard webbrowsers this won't work. (Netscape 4.7x, IE). As they use an older JDK version (lower than 1.1.8).

If you are calling your help from an application that can run
JavaScript or from a website, I think you can do this with
JavaScript. Do a search on the Web for "JavaScript disable
maximize." It looks like the key is to have the attribute
"resizable=no", so you could add that to your search, too. The
JavaScript would have to be put in the link that calls the help
from the application or site, not in RoboHelp or any of the topics.

Acrobat 9.1 Mac How do you change from Radio buttons to Check boxes?

I have a DMV Form I Downloaded and had to convert to PS then back to PDF (written originally on PC Acrobat was in XML format).
So on new form, I am able to add fields. I used the the Forms manager to automatically create the fields. Fields that were made Radio Buttons should have been Check boxes. How do change the Radio buttons to check boxes. There are a lot of them and I don't wish to have to re-key them in.

Well when I click on the box it shows a Check mark in the box. That exactly what I need because in the instructions it requires a Check mark in each of the check boxes. Normally the Med form is sent as a paper copy from DMV every two years.
Also another Tip. A PDF that has XML Content. (PC Acrobat Version).
If you want a usable PDF on Mac and get rid of the XML do the following:
Open the XML Based PDF on Mac Acrobat 9.X .
Now choose export and save as Postscript File (.ps).
Now locate and drop on Distiller 9.X.
When PDF created will be a Pristine exact replica of the XML file except Mac Acrobat can edit and create forms with it.

Dialogs don't have those buttons, so the question
n should be to the OP how did he/she get them in the
first place? Cuz they aren't using JDialog to do it,
unless it's something to do with a specific look &

Hi Jiten,
you cannot create buttons in the report, but you can always create link columns with some css class to show it as button.
So in the both link column report attributes you will have class="button1" and class="button2"
And in dynamic actions you need to bind the events based on your link column's jquery selector like:
