you need to download both the exe (smaller file) and the 7z (larger file). put both in the same directory and then click the exe.

Mac:

Once done please try installing Elements 10 and it should work.

Tip for future reference: when buying software, always keep your serial numbers safe and handy. Don't rely on websites, the Cloud or anyone else to retrieve them for you when you need them most. It probably is the most stupid question ever... but I have a copy of Microsoft Office 2004 on a disc (it is not the original one which is a long story) and can use it at the moment from the disc on my Macbook Pro laptop OSX 10.6.8, although I have yet to figure out how to actually install it onto the hard drive. I try to copy it but it does nothing, and I was wondering if someone could help in the simplest possible terms? I am not a 'computer person' so can only apologise!

if you have a problem dl'g, you didn't follow all 7 steps. the most common error involves failing to meticulously follow steps 1,2 and/or 3 (which adds a cookie to your system enabling you to download the correct version from adobe.com).
