Using the GET_ATTACHMENTS() attachment protocol method, get the attachment table. When reading the attachments, ensure that you use the GET_KIND() method to check the attachment object type before you access the data.

To read the 'Input help with fixed values' of domain , you can use the function module : HR_P_GET_FIXED_VALUE_TEXT.
iIf you enter the domain name, you will find the fixed values entered in the domain.
These values are stored in a table DD07L(DD zero 7 L). Here the values are stored based on domain name.

How I read the encoded metadata with OSMF as with the as3 onMetaData?

I have a Video Element, loading a clip. In As3 i can use the onMetadata() function to read the embedded metadata properties. I tried
videoElement.client.addHandler(NetStreamCodes.ON_META_DATA, onMetaData);
and I'm using the sprint 7. But it throws me an error:
at org.osmf.video::VideoElement/get client()[C:\Dev\osmf\public\trunk\framework\MediaFramework\org\osmf\video\VideoElement.as:164]
So I guess my code is older than sprint 7.
Any idea someone?

Hi Chaim,
You didn't give us all of the error message there. The netStream.client gets set by the framework after the netConnection has succeeded, which translated into OSMF speak means the media is "loaded". Here is a sample code snippet that works with the current sprint (8).
         (videoElement.getTrait(MediaTraitType.LOAD) as LoadTrait).addEventListener(LoadEvent.LOAD_STATE_CHANGE, onLoaded);
        private function onLoaded(event:LoadEvent):void
            if (event.loadState == LoadState.READY)
                videoElement.client.addHandler(NetStreamCodes.ON_META_DATA, onMetadata);

Go to your Gmail account in the browser.
Hit the folder icon that brings up the folder selection.
Scroll down to the bottom and select desktop version.
The broswer will refresh and bring up your gmail account as though you were looking on it on the computer.
The go to the upper right corner and select settings.
Then go to forwarding and pop/imap
Go look at pop download
There you'll find 3 numbered lines
Go to 1. Status
And select enable pop for all mail
Then save the settings
Once you have done that you can go back to BlackBerry device settings and sync your mail or wait for it to sync it's self.
Let me know how it works out.
I just did it and it sync within minutes.

You can type the email using what you set in preferences and then highlight the text and use command - minus sign (or command - + for larger) to reduce the size of the text.
You can also type command - T and a window will appear allowing you to select fonts/sizes/color/ background highlight.
The above works in Notes also. I haven't tried to do this in any other Apple application.
For incoming emails, you can use the above to reduce font size, but I don't know of a way to permanently set the incoming font size to a default.

i am not the best in speaking english and programming java :)
so, just try to make sense of my question:
Im using a BufferedReader to read a .txt file.
the .txt file has 5+ different lines, and each line has 6 tokens (separated with ; )
My java file has 6 textFields and each textfield is filled with one of the 6 different tokens.
and my problem is:
I want my buffered reader to read the next line (with 6 new different tokens) by pressing a button.
if somethings not understandable, just ask :)

The old software-app had the function to click for a longer time on a titles beginning letters until a black box revealed the entire name. I miss this function especially for my classical music, because lots of pieces start with similar words. E.g.:

Scrolling in a list of title, I can't distinguish the titles, because just the first words are shown followed by: "...".

The Part interface that the Message class implements describes 3 ways for getting the content of a message. To use an Input Stream, you can call the getInputStream() method on the message itself, rather than System.in.

However it is still in the hotmail sever when I logged in my hotmail account on PC. I want them in my ipad or my iphone rather than I don't have to log in my hotmail account to check my email again via safari.

Mail for iOS only defaults to 50 or 100 recent messages in the Inbox of each mail account. If you get a lot of mail, you may want to change that to 200, 500 or 1000 messages so they aren't removed from the device so quickly.
To change the setting, launch Settings then go to "Mail, Contacts, Calendars" and change the number of messages under the "Show" item.

I have a receiver channel / mail adapter, that sends e-mails with a XML attachment.
Im trying to write a Bean, that should make it possible to rename the attached XML file dynamically.
In the Bean I want to read the content of the attached XML file, it could be the order number.
The filename should then be Order number.XML.
Can anyone help me with how to read the content of the XML file from the payload.
