How to remove "Created by" and "Last Modified" on Edit list item

Hi,
I have a custom list, after adding items when I try to edit, I can see "Created by" and "Last Modified" at the bottom left(You can see in pic below). I need to remove it, How can I achieve this? This is overlapping with some of
my fields when I try to hide some fields
Any help would be appreciated. Thanks in advance

The other option is you can remove it using jquery code. You need to do is put below code in CEWP on your list from.

Currently there is no functionality in the template to add another task to update the Plan. eg: I want to add another task with a due date 04/09/14 to confirm requirements.
So basically I want to be able to add an item (task) towards the end and then move it to desired position depending on the due date.
Please suggest how this can be implemented without complex code changes as I am new to working with SharePoint.

Thanks for the response.
But I am looking to move the rows in a particular list A and not between 2 separate list items A and B according to the date.
List Project A has separate tasks defined which needs to accomplished in a timely manner for the project to complete on schedule.
I want to be able to move these tasks which are in a table on the SharePoint List.
Hope this is clear.
Please let me know if you have suggestions for this.

If you are not using JAZN you can still register created by and modified by user and date info in a "backdoor-wise" way:
1. Get the user login string by using System.getProperty("user.name")
2. Get the current datetime using java.util.Date
3. In the backing bean for the page and the action method for your submit button, set the values for the components containing the created by or updated by values to the values obtained in points 1 and 2.

How to remove the Options and Task from the toolbar

In the FLM portal initially we can see 'Options' in the menu bar after we log in. Below it there is 'Tasks' and 'Reports'. on clicking 'Tasks' and new menu bar 'Tasks' can be seen, under which 'New Tasks' option is there. When we click on 'New Forms' it shows the list of forms and when we select the desired form it opens the interactive form.
My problem is when this form is opened on the header the 'Options' and 'Tasks' bar can be seen, under which the adobe menu bar comes (Print, Save, Zoom etc.) . This 'Options' and 'Tasks' how to remove from the interactive forms page.

If you have any apps that were acquired with the old ID they will always be tied to that ID. Delete them and reacquire them with the new ID that you have in Settings > iTunes and App Store

As someone already said, we need to know a little more about what you want to do with these variables, but in general, APEX Items are probably what you want. You can create APEX Items at the Application or Page level. Once you set the value of an item, you can reference it anywhere else in the application. So, if you have an item on page 1 called P1_ENAME, you can reference it on page 32 using bind variable syntax :P1_ENAME. If you just want to store but not display some information, you can use either a hidden page item or an Application Level item. Take a look at the 2 Day Developers Guide for more info.

Select a Photo in the iPhoto Window and click on the 'i' button lower right. This uncovers the Info Panel, and you can assign a Place there. Search on the name of the place and then move the pin to where you want it. This is all covered in the Help and in the tutorials.
