How to remove Digital Signing Toolbar Items in Reader X

Question

Guys I'm using Adobe Reade X (10.1.9) and I'd like to remove all links that bring the user to the internet. I'd like to remove the menu Item:
View->Sign
I've removed most others using JavaScript but it doesn't appear this one can be done. Also, I'd like to manipulate/disable some toolbar buttons at application startup. I've read the JavaScript API ref but again, it doesn't appear it can be done with JS in this verison. Can anyone confirm?

Hi, yes I've been using the JS API Ref and testing the following basic code:
//List Toolbar Buttons in the Console
console.println("ToolBar Buttons:");
var toolbarItems = app.listToolbarButtons();
for( var i in toolbarItems){
    console.println(toolbarItems[i] + "\n")
console.println("");
//List Menu Items in the Console
console.println("Menu Items:");
var menuItems = app.listMenuItems();
for( var i in menuItems){
    console.println(menuItems[i] + "\n")
console.println("");
The listMenuItems works fine but the listToolBarItems returns nothign so I'm thinking these can't be controlled with JA anymore. I'm only using the reader and not the web browser plugin. I'm using this reference:
