How to remove phantom links in templates

I like the concept of templates, but their application I'm finding too buggy.
A common problem I have is that when I make a change to a template for a link, only some of the pages show the changed link, while others don't.
I was reading about different relative paths and I believe I want site-root relative paths for the whole site instead of the default document relative paths.
When I change a link from .../test1.htm to .../test1a.htm to the template, shouldn't every page using the template now automatically use the new anchor path?
Where is the cached path info stored that is telling one page to use the new version of the template (ie test1a.htm), while another page is using an old link that no long exists on the template (ie: test1.htm)
When I make a change to a link on a template and re-upload it (or even on the local machine, re-save it), I would like all the pages on the site to use the new links I made to the template instead of the old.
Does anyone have a quick and reliable solution?

I want to create pdf files of all newsletters our organization has sent out for the past year. I took a template from the software we use for sending out our newsletters. I saved this template as an htm file on my desktop. Then I used acrobat pro to create a new pdf file from a web page. It comes out perfectly, all links are working, no problems there. But on the left top of the document there is a link to where that file is stored on my pc. It looks like this:

I think, the user don't want open the master data?
In such cases you can use the authorization for the users to access the master data.

How To remove a Link in a Link Type UDF?

Does anyone know how to remove a linked file once you have linked a file in a UDF.
The user attaches a document to the A/R Invoice using a Link Type UDF. They need to change one of them after linking the wrong document. Double clicking the field opens the document though, now that a file is linked.
How do you remove a linked file or change the link to a different file?

Check this if it helps :
If you have created the udf and linked a document to it you can change it by holding 'ctrl + double click' on the udf.
If you want to delete the link press 'alt + double click' on the udf.
If you just 'double click' it will open the file.

Please check instanceconfig.xml and confirm if you have an entry similar to the following follows :
<DashboardMaxBeforeMenu>2</DashboardMaxBeforeMenu>
This tells BI server how many dashboards need to be in a shared folder before it displays as a drop down, set this to a higher number and when you click the dashboard name, it should take you there with no additional clicks required.
Im guessing its set to '1' in your environment, so even though there is only 1 dashboard (as per your screenshot example) its using the drop down.

I'm also not so sure I understand what you're trying to do.
If you share an observablecollection then removing an item from that collection would remove it from any ListBox whose itemssource was bound to it.
I get the impression that might not be what you want though.

It easy to remove all those Nokia bookmarks links and folders. Just remove the bookmarks db file...
Use Y-Tasks (process & threads) to kill "FavoritesSrv.exe"
You need self sign Y-Tasks.
Then go to... C:\Private\100012a5 and delete...
DBS_101FD685_BrowserBookmarks.db
That's for FP 1 & FP 2 devices for FP 3 devices you need to copy the DBS_101FD685_BrowserBookmarks.db that I included a download link to, copy that to the C:\Private\100012a5, overwriting the original file!
Then restart your device...
After you do that the only folders that you will have by default are...
Web Feeds
Auto.Bookmarks
They are left because they are related to the browsers settings...

How to remove "notes" link in Mail.app

I just upgraded from 10.5 to 10.6, now that there is a version of PGPMail which works with Mail 4.0. The new Mail.app is showing a "Notes" item, which I've never seen before, and which I don't want. Call me strange, but I use Mail for email, not as a notepad.
I've found several hints telling how to make Mail.app store them on the local hard drive instead of in an IMAP account, but nothing I've done is making that "Reminders > Notes" item in the folder list go away. Again, I don't want to see it at all.
I was able to delete the one RSS feed they insist on subscribing me to, and that made the RSS group go away. Is it possible to just turn off the "Notes" functionality entirely? It's a feature I don't want, I won't use, and to be honest I don't understand why Apple added it to Mail.app to begin with.

No, Default iOS Apps cannot be removed. You can however remove the account from Settings->Mail, Contacts, Calendars so the Mail app no longer fetches your email and as such no longer beeps when there is mail.

I have created a Process in CAF-GP design time workbench. There are 5-6 actions/process steps in this process. End user is accessing this process through Web Dynpro iView in portal.When the end user access the actions/process activities steps of this process, a link called 'Attachments' is displayed to him/her. By following that link, user can create attachments in that step. I want to hide/disable that link. Is it possible to do it somehow through configuration? If not how should I proceed?

I have no experience with that particular software but such things are usually garbage. There has been at least one crash report attributed to it and it may not be compatible with Mavericks.
Edit: I can find no obvious way to uninstall it from perusing its website. If you contact them (phone number is 510 771 1717) do not permit them to remotely access your Mac. That is an invitation for illicit activity and even more trouble.
AVG may demand money from you to help eradicate their junk from your Mac. If they do, refuse. If you don't get anywhere with them write back for suggestions.

I am reading a pdf file using preview. I is a freely available research article. While marking words to look them up in the dictionary I noticed on two of the 40+ pages, the curser had changed from the "mark text"-symbol to the hand symbol as one would expect when hovering over a link. When I click on the pdf page safari opens up and lead me to the publishers website offering distantly related articles to the one I am reading at the moment. When I open the exact same pdf file in adobe acrobat 11, no such behaviour can be observed. Is there an explanation for that, more importantly can I switch the link of?

Can you wrap your code in <code> tags (use square brackets rather than angled ones), as the forum software is interpretting the HTML tags, in other words we can't see what you mean ;)
In any case, there are a few different options (guessing at what your problem is, without seeing the actual data), you could use htf.escape_sc or replace, regexp_replace etc to substitute the values before you output them to your PDF.
