How to remove the window border in SAP Script

Hi,
In my requirement when I create any window in SAP Script, in the output the border around the window should not be displayed.
Request to suggest how to proceed on this.

Hi.
I assume that in the window's code, there is a "BOX" statement. Just comment it out and you are done. If you are using SMARTFORM, there is a respective checkbox in the windows properties.

Not that I know of.
Just tell her the X can't be removed.
The customer isn't always right.
Can you think of any window in any other program that doesn't have an X button to it? I can't think of an instance. I can't think of any place besides LabVIEW that can have an X button that can't be clicked.
Is there a reason you do not want them to click the X button? You can use an event structure to catch a Panel Close? event for the VI and discard the event so you can run your own code such as ensuring a clean and orderly shutdown of the VI.

Hi Kiran,
U can continue in the same line itself by pressing SHIFT+F8
If u want it in the next line then u can give space in the tag column.

There are three fields for a line item to be printed in SAP form (Through Script). The font of one field has to be bigger than rest of the two.
Can anybody tell me how to change the font of a specific field in a line of an SAP-script?

Trying to re-size the windows in Z SAP Script!!

Hello,
Am looking to do some modifications to the custom SAP Script Layout-set, mainly re-sizing the windows, including the MAIN window.
So, SE71>Change mode>Graphical Form Paiter checked, then, opened the Windows layout in graphical manner.........but, am unable to edit/move/re-size/modify the sizes of the windows with the help of mouse (pointer) movements!!
And also am unable to edit the left side dimensions numericals of these windows, bcoz, those (dimensions numericals) fields are GREYED OUT!!
I also tried by selecting the radio button of PAGE WINDOWS ........here also the dimensions numericals fields are GREYED OUT!!
So, pls. let me know the options for editing/re-sizing the windows of SAP Script. I prefer to re-size them by changing the dimension numerical digits, instead of graphically changing with mouse pointer.

Hi venkata,
You can specify the font size either in the Character format or pharagraph format.
You better decide it according to your requirement. If you want to apply the same font size for the entire form create the Paragraph format and give the paragraph format in the default paragraph format.
If you want to apply that to limited text, then create character format.
The process of creating it is just after going inside paragraph format click EDIT-> Create Element and give the font size.
This applies for character format also.

Where you want remove the page number? If you delete the page number in the first page of the document, that is no way to do. Becasue, first you have to try manually remove the page number 1st page of pages panel, its shown the error "Invalid entry".

You do not need to give them authorizations for <dummy>, unless the user group realy is "<dummy>" without ". Very unlikely and hardly appropriate...
Here, <dummy> is coming from the abap language element

From the ABAP keyword documentation: "The authorization check is successful if one or several authorizations are created for the authorization object in the user master record and if - for at least one of the authorizations - each of the value sets defined there for the authorization fields specified using FIELD includes the value val1 ... val10 to be checked. Authorization fields that are not included in the statement or that have DUMMY specified for them are not checked. If the check is successful, sy-subrc is set to 0. Otherwise, it is set to a value not equal to 0."
Be carefull of ST01. It is a great tool, but does have it's technical limitations.

Hi, I have owned my t430s for now about 2 years without any major complaints recently I've had to use the fn + f5 function quite frequently, because of my poor internet connection. so that way i can reset which signal I want to choose because the default signal I am connected to is not mine. I am using an iMac, 8.1, early 2008. I installed Windows XP at that time. I am now using OS 10.8.5 and want to remove the Windows partition to free up disk space. Boot Camp Assistant does not allow me to select the "install or remove" option. How can I get rid of the Windows partition?

You can try removing it in Disk Utility.
To resize the drive do the following:
1. Open Disk Utility and select the drive entry (mfgr.'s ID and size) from the left side list.
2. Click on the Partition tab in the Disk Utility main window. You should see the graphical sizing window showing the existing partitions. A portion may appear as a blue rectangle representing the used space on a partition.
3. Select the bottom rectangle/partition. Click on the Delete [-] button below the sizing window to remove it. Click on the Apply button. Wait until the process has completed.
4. In the lower right corner of the sizing rectangle for the remaining partition is a resizing gadget. Select it with the mouse and drag it all the way down to the bottom. Click on the Apply button and wait until the process has completed.
You should now have a restored single volume on the drive.
It would be wise to have a backup of your current system as resizing is not necessarily free of risk for data loss. Your drive must have sufficient contiguous free space for this process to work.

Unfortunately, SQL Server does not have the option to turn off transaction logging. You can set the recovery mode to SIMPLE, instead of FULL. This will result in the transaction log being truncated on checkpoint.

The first two problems (box cycling from element to element on page, scroll bar returning to top) can be caused by a stuck (or defective) Tab key on the keyboard. Such damage can be caused by a liquid spill; just one tiny droplet is enough to short a wafer switch under one key.
The last issue (black box, white text - sounds sorta like a debugger window) I haven't seen, but could be caused by something similar.
To check for that, try using a different keyboard. If you're using a wireless keyboard, turn it off and see if the oddities stop.

Hi,
For people who have no access to the note, here are the steps involved. The same steps are listed in the note :
1) Logon to your portal with your user who has super_admin role.
2) Go to the System Administration tab -> System Configuration tab.
3) Go to the Service Configuration -> Central Configuration.
4) Change the portal.html.head.title part. Do no forget to save the changes you made.
5) Restart the j2ee server to be able to see the changes on the portal

There is a view cluster crmvc_dq where all the standard setting is present related to you r issue. Please try if you can modify that, that way you will avoid the code.
Incase you are not able to make any changes there then in that case you have to redefine the method GET_DQUERY_DEFINITION () of the IMPL class to delete the operators for a particular serach field.
