How to send file as a parameter to php script

Can any body help me to send the file as a parameter to php script. I am using the HttpURLConnection method.

You have the user the otherParams parameter, which you can specify in the formsweb.cfg file, or override on the url. e.g. http://myhost/servlet/f690servlet?config=myApp&otherParams=myParam=myValue
In the Forms Builder, in the Navigator window, there is a node called Parameters. Create one in there, and then you can refer to it like a block variable. e.g. if :myparam = 'myvalue' then...
At runtime, Forms will match up any parameters on the command with parameters defined in your form, and populate them for you. You don't have to do anything.

Sender file adapter missingLastFields Parameter

hi all,
i have a wierd problem...
i use a sender file adapter with content conversion to read the data of a file.
all is fine until he get to a record when the last couple of fields are not in the file (and it's ok that they don't appear). i want the adapter to put no data in the last couple of fields but convert them to the XML tags.
i am using the parameters: missingLastFields and keepIncompleteFields to keep the fields although they don't appear in the file.
the parameters i am using are these:

I have created a simple html form which executes my custom service( internally calls java method) to send a email "forms data" to the user. I need to send file as attchment in email so how i can do it in oracle ucm.Currently i am using intradoc api.I am using a jquery plugin for sending forms data including uploaded file.

From what I remember, there isn't an "out of the box" solution since InternetFunctions only provides some basic email functions (try decompiling the class to see what's available).
Here's the link for the original Stellent 10gR3 sample components: http://www.oracle.com/technetwork/middleware/content-management/index-092832.html. Take a look at the AcmeMail component within the HowTo Components sample. It shows how to create a custom idcservice that sends basic emails. You can use that as a baseline for creating your own email service and then use something like JavaMail to implement attachments. That's what I did.

My requirement is that I have to create a file in different directory according to the sender port field.
Interface

SNDPRN(DGE008,DGE006,..............) now I need to create the file according to the SNDPRN field.
Example
SNDPRN (DGE006)----
> Target (DGE006/xyz/abc/filename.xml)
SNDPRN (DGE008)----

Also how do I send the data to the specific directory because I only get the SNDPRN(DGE008) from the idoc but how to send the data to /xyz/abc/ directory.

I activated Adapter specific paramters properties in the File adapter sender and i can see the FileName tag in DynamicConfiguration section of SoapHeader in SXMB_MONI...
I want to use MessageTransformationBean... BUT, how can i 'access' to FileName tag ???...

How to send More Than One Parameter To A Pop-Up Region

I am trying to send multiple parameters to my (standard) OAF Parameterized popup in Release 12.1.3.
According to the OAF Dev Guide I can use this field to send 'Specify any base page parameters to pass to the pop-up region, if the pop-type is parameterized.'
I can send a single parameter (e.g. *pItemID={@ItemID}* ), but I don't know how to send another parameter. Using commas and/or spaces as delimiters
doesn't seem to work.
What is the correct syntax to send multiple parameters?

PC and Tablet paired on wi-fi but more information needed on how to send files from Tablet to PC

I have paired my Win 7 64 computer with my Xperia Z2 tablet on wi-fi. I can send pictures and documents (using "Send To") from the PC to the tablet but I have no idea how to send from the tablet to the PC. There seems to be no way to "share" at all.
Any advice will be appreciated

How to send more than one parameter from FORM to REPORT?

i can send one parameter from FORM to REPORT. but when i send more than one parameter it gives error: frm 41214 unable to run report.
here is the code i think the error is in the following line of procedure:

How to: Sender File Adapter to dinamically read all subfolders of a folder

Here is the scenario:
-Interface: A file to file interface.
-Objective: The idea is to move files from a file server to another file server.
-Master Source Folder: ...\OUTPUT\
-Master Destination Folder: .....\INPUT\
Interface example
-Source Folder: ...\OUTPUT\INTERFACE1
-Destination Folder: .....\INPUT\INTERFACE1
The idea is that the PI interface must read all the subfolders inside ..\OUTPUT\ and then move the files found to the corresponding folder in the target.
What we want to achive is to be able to add a new source folder i.e ...\OUTPUT\INTERFACE2 without having to modify the sender File adapter.
Actual status: Dynamic determination of the destination folder is already done, but source folders are statically defined in the sender file adapter.
Can this be done? Perhaps using a Bean Module or something?

This is great! In the off chance anyone else is trying to do this, this is also useful if you have Papers and you want to switch to Mendeley. Papers keeps PDFs all organized by year and then author so the PDFs are all nested in subfolders. If you option-click the triangle next to the Papers folder, it will then show all the PDFs. Select All and then drag over the whole thing into Mendeley. I just imported my entire collection in under a minute. Glad I looked this up!

Have you think abut using ActionScript in your Flex application? Or, you can write javascript to be proxy between your flash app and backend PHP web service?
Also, it seems that you will allow every customer's flash player to have a copy of secret code. I think it is dangerous design because an flv file can be easity decompiled. Therefore, you secret code can be found if it is not input by your end user and it is populated on your serverside script.

How to pass file name as parameter into url: or fo:external-graphic src

Hello gurus,
In my rtf I want to dynamically get the name of the image file and display the image in the report. If use hard coded image file name it works but if I try to get the name into a variable and pass that variable it is not working.
Basically my client is having different logos for each operating unit. in the OA_MEDIA directory there are separate logos for each OU. during run time based on OU name we need to display the corresponding image. If I can get this entire path($OA_MEDIA/logo.jpg') in XML field<?CF_OU_LOGO?> then I'm able to print the logo using url:{CF_OU_LOGO}
But I'm using seeded data source and I cant modify the data source, I need to handle this in RTF only. I could able to get the file name into a variable but not sure how to pass to url.
could some one help me on this. I tried the following options

What version of EBS is the customer running? I read somewhere that in R12 all of the concurrent parameters are passed to the XMLP template. I have not tried this but if true. You could create a conc program parameter that would hold the location of the image. You could either have the user pick the image or maybe derive it from the other parameter choices.
Lets assume the token name is DLOGO you can reference that in your template.
<?param:DLOGO?>
this needs to be at the top of the template. Then where you need to embed the image just reference the value using
$DLOGO
You can embed this in the external graphic field
As I mentioned I have not tested it yet, hopefully its there, if not there are ways around it. Try it first.
