To just send F1 to the component I think you just replace "KeyEvent.CTRL_MASK" with 0.

How to send fax thru sap system

Hi all,
I need to send a fax thru sap system. In the given parameter I need to give email address & fax number. The result is the content I shud receive as both email & fax.
As far as email is concerned no problem. But I am not receiving the content fax. I am getting the following error as email. Pls find below the error message.

The fax nio. parameter can be handled thru the program. I mean remove those extra characters... and try this code below for ref (its from sap-img.com)

How to send keystroke to inactive window?

I need to know how to send a keystroke to an inactive window.
Right now i can use the Robot class and send key strokes to the active window but I need to be able to send it to an inactive window.

run frame1 and frame2 as separate apps, have them both visible on the screen, focus on frame1.

How to send patch level program changes from concert level instruments?

Heya,
Here's the gist of my setup:
I have two concert level external instrument channel strips (Nord Electro 3 and Prophet 8 module). I am attempting to change the bank on the Electro 3 on a per patch basis. It seems as if the concert level nature of the channel strip is overriding my ability to change on a per patch basis. I am sending out a program change on a certain patch, and it is being reflected in all of the other patches across the concert (this is expected behaviour from reading the manual).
I've been looking for a way to manually send the program changes on a per patch basis (for these concert level strips), using some sort variation of the override parent setting, but I've been unsuccessful at finding a method for doing this. Is it even possible?
The behaviour I'm looking to replicate is easily accomplished by manually creating the external instrument channel strip in each of the patches, and then sending out the appropriate program change message. This isn't a problem to do. It is, however, a tad bit cumbersome and sort of defeates the purpose (in my opinion) of having concert level channel strips.
Any wisdom would be appreciated.

As far as I know the only way to send program changes is to create channel strips in every patch. I don't use concert level channel strips for that reason.
One of the advancements is that you can level your external instrument on patch level.
Tip: create one patch with the channel strips you need and duplicate that one (CMD-D) to create new patches. Works faster for me.

I am sending payment advice as PDF email attachment. But it is going from the person's personal email ID who runs the remittance procedure but we don't want his email ID to come into picture. Is there any way we can send email thru a generic email address?

How to send background program output to a printer

Hi !
I created a background report,running via a job in background. I need to display the output of the background report via two channels : a printer and an e
mail. I created the output of the report by using the command Write, and the output is printed to screen. However this solution is good for an online report and not for background report ? and my question is how to send the background report output to a printer in background .

Hi,
If you are using JOB_OPEN, JOB_SUBMIT & JOB_CLOSE to execute the program in background, then in the FM JOB_SUBMIT you have a parameter PRIPARAMS for which you need to pass a value.
Before that get all the Print Parameters using FM GET_PRINT_PARAMETERS. Then pass the same to PRIPARAMS.
This would solve the problem.

I have starter 3.0 and cannot share pictures via outlook express. Evidently that version is discontinued and my outlook express does not support the MAPI that is required. I think the only solution is to upgrade to photoshop
elements or to send photos as attachment to your e-mail. I have the same problem using Zoom Browser EX sending photos via internet. I spent a whole day trying to resove this issue and have exhausted all options. Just like "Instant share" in HP image Zone that was replace by photoshop album starter 3.0 and now it is out dated.

I need to notify the vendor through sms when his goods are received. His details are stored in vendor master.
My problem is that I am not able to find any function module for the same.
Do any of you know how to send 'sms' to particular mobile number using ABAP.

You can use the FM: 'SO_DOCUMENT_SEND_API1' &
'SO_DOCUMENT_SEND_API1_NEW'.
to send the mail,sms etc.
But you have to make some chamnges in the reciever table, jus go thru FM documnetaion once, you will fine the option for sending SMS thru either of this FM.

How to send multiple customer statements by email using RFKORD11 program. Is it possible?
As of now we copied the stanadard program and sending the customer statements by email, one by one.
if i execute the z program it will show the customer statement and send mail option.
if i click send mail it will send that customer statement to the corresponding customer.
then again i need to click back, it will show next customer statement and click on send mail.
Pl guide me, if any one worked on this program.

We are on Oracle apps version - 11.5.10.2
We have a requirement wherein we need to send the concurrent program output file as an attachment while sending the notification mail to the user.
Currently we have tried the approach wherein we are specifying the user id in the OPTIONS tab (Notifying the following people) while submitting the concurrent program.
But using this approach, the user gets only the URL of the output file in the notification mail and not the output file as an attachment.
Kindly let us know if anyone has incorporated the logic to send the output file as attachment in the notification mail.
Please Note - We do not want any custom code to be written to send the attachment.
Any pointers to this will be helpful.
