How to set Field "Work" to 0 using PSI

Dear all,
I'm creating Tasks in MS Project using PSI.
This works fine.
I've a request to set the "Work" Property of the Task to "0h".
Maybe somebody of you know how to do this. I thought that the property
TASK_WORK is for that but when I set this property to 0 there is no Action.

If you are assigning a Value which is not in the Choice Column, You need to create a choice value then assign it to the item.

If the apps that are on your son's iPad were purchased under his Dad's Apple ID, then signing your Apple ID onto the iPad will not help you with updating those apps.
Also, if the iPad was sync'd with his Dad's iTunes library, then hooking it up to your computer/iTunes library, will require you to reset the iPad, and everything that was loaded under the other Library and Apple ID will be wiped out.
Can you provide a little more info about what was set up under which Apple ID and what iTunes library the iPad was sync'd with?

How does Reference Field work?

Hi All,
I have short of problem knowing how reference field works. I have one field in ABAP query: MBEW-STPRS. The field type is CURR and it have reference field T001-WAERS.
In query I made, the currency isn't occurs although I have set it to be display. I try to look how this reference field works in any source but can't find any answer. May be some of you can give me a little explanation.

Reference fields work in the following way,
When you say quantity is 100, what it refers to - 100 pc, 100 bundles or 100 kg or 100 metres??? The unit of qty defines whether it is PC, KG, M etc...
In the database, SAP stores all amount values with 2 decimal places. But when SAP reads it, it interprets it based on the currency associated with the amount field.
We require reference fields to Currency/Quantity fields as they are meaningless with out having the units.
Ex: If we say, i paid 100. How can we figure out if he had paid 100 paise or 100 rupees.
So, units are must.
In case of quantity field QUAN, reference field will be always of type UNIT,
currency field CURR, reference field will be always of type CUKY.
It is mandatory to specify reference fields when we create fields of quantity/currency type in data base tables.

In CS5 there are changes made to how the screen mode is reported. In CS3-CS5 the screen mode has a corresponding number. So for instance if the ScreenMode is set to "Preview Off" and you ask indesign CS3 or CS4 to display the screen mode, it will report "1936552047", while in CS5 it will report "PREVIEW_OFF".
try executing this simple command in respectively CS3, CS4 and CS5 and you will see what I am talking about:
alert(app.activeWindow.screenMode);
there is no difference if you do:
alert(app.activeDocument.layoutWindows[0].screenMode);
The CS5 solution is rather awkward to work with, unless I am missing something? PREVIEW_OFF is not a string, nor is it a number.
Example - doing:
myScreenMode=app.activeDocument.layoutWindows[0].screenMode;
and then trying to reset screenMode by something like:
app.activeDocument.layoutWindows[0].screenMode= myScreenMode
does not work in CS5 of course. It will throw an error. Neither will this line work:
app.activeDocument.layoutWindows[0].screenMode=ScreenModeOptions.myScreenMode;
Any way of working around this?

As Amit says, some elaboration here would be good. You can use InfoPath as a form for either a list or a library and then set it to trigger a workflow upon item creation. The workflow will consist a number of actions, one of which is the Update
Field Item.

How to set up immediate calculation when using fields

Hello,
forgive me for the apparently dull question (I assume it is so as I was unable to find answer for it on the forum).
I am making a fillable PDF form with Acrobat Pro 9 and I have this page with simple invoice that looks like this:
item_price_1 * no_items_1 = subtotal_item_1
item_price_2 * no_items_2 = subtotal_item_2
item_price_n * no_items_n = subtotal_item_n
TOTAL = sum(subtotals)
I set up the various fields and created the formulas using properties > calculation >
While the subtotals populates automatically as I clic anywhere in the PDF [after filling the item_price and no_items], the same cannot be said for the TOTAL field - it populates only after that I enter a character anywhere in the form, no matter where and no matter what (even a spacing character works).
However since this form has to be made public, the users will think that the formula doesn't work because they cannot see an immediate calculation of the TOTAL.
Ideally, I'd like the result to be shown immediately, but I could go also with a simple "click anywhere on the page to update the TOTAL".
Is there a way to accomplish this?

This is a very common problem.
You need to fix the form's calculation order (Forms - Edit Fields - Set
Field Calculation Order...) Make sure the total field calculates after all
the sub-totals.

This is not the best way to write JavaScript in Portal environment!
You can't be sure that a form is the first in the html source!
In Portal you change the order of your portlets, and also you can have several instances of the same portlet on the same page!!!
You should use qualified form and field names!

How to set tabstops in MS Word using the LabVIEW Report Generation Toolkit

Using the Report Generation Toolkit of LabVIEW, I need to set multiple tabstops that very in distance in MS Word. I also have different sets of tabstops that I use and re-use at different times in the same report. Is there a way to set the tabstops under program control? I searched through the various VIs and found that there is a property ("Tabstops", "Word.Tabstops") in the _ParagraphFormat property node that refers to tabstops. I found it in the Word Format Paragraph (adv) VI. Unfortunately, I could not determine how to use it. Any suggestions? Is this an operational element?

Sounds like you've already done some fantastic work to expose the various properties and methods of MS Word. It took me about 20 min before I could find the specific property that you were talking about! I found it under Word.Document>>Paragraphs>>Tabstops>>Add. There is a position, alignment and leader parameter that you can set from this property node. I've found that the best way to discover what these parameters do is to simply experiment. You could also try using the macro recorder in Word, perform the specific task, and then look at the code generated. I'm guessing that position sets the position of the tabstop itself. It sounds like your application is really specific. For such a specific task, I think I'd write a macro and call that macro from LabVIEW.

I am new to abap oo programming. I am using se24 to build a class
where some methods have code which involves working with field sybmols but i am not able to figure out way for how to define field symbols in the attributes section.
I tried defining like : fld_sym type ref to dbtab-fld
but in the method implementation if i try to use it like assign fld to <fld_sym> there it says fld_sym is not defined as a field symbol.
So can anyone please guide me how to define field symbols in se24.
Also what should be the general steps while creating a class using se24.
