How to set parameter id for a field, which is in disable mode ?

I Have to set parameter id for field ledger for transaction FAGLB03, which is in disable mode, i have to set it through program,please let me know how to set it.

How to update the path for a field which is of type textarea

1.I have multiple record block,i need to update the textarea field in this multi entry block.I have put a for loop to achieve the same,however i'm able to update the path for text field,checkbox,selecttype,but am unable to update the path for field which is of textarea.Please suggest.
2. Also i have another problem which occurs randomly.although i have record for a button click event in my property file,button click is not happening during the playback.am getting error asVariable "obj.libraryname.web_button_BTN_1" not found for string:
please not i have entry for the above button in my property file.

How to set screen properties for Customer fields in PO(Enhanced using BADI)

Hi All,
I have added one custom tab with seven fields in the PO item level using the BADI 'ME_GUI_PO_CUST and ME_PROCESS_PO_CUST'.
Now i want to change the screen property dynamically. According to some calculation i need to change the customer fields in display mode and change mode. when ever it is in change mode i need to set the fields as mandatory.
How can i implement this logic using this BADI. Please help in solving this issue.

Try adding the code in the PBO part of your custom program used for the custom screen which you have created and added inside the BADI.

MM06E005 - how to set screen attributes for custom fields?

Hi all,
I have implemented enhancement MM06E005. I have added my custom fields to CI_EKPODB. I have created and activated all the dynpros. I modified subscreen 0111 (items) to contain my new custom fields. I have activated the function exits (016,017,018) for the item screens. I am able to save data using the new custom fields on subscreen 0111.
What I am having trouble with is modifying the screen attributes for the new custom fields that I placed on subscreen 0111. I know it should be in exit 016(PBO) and I need to check the action type. I tried a "loop at screen" but my fields were not there.
How do I modify the screen attributes? Also, can I change the "Tab" text from "Customer Data" to be something else?
Any help would be appreciated.

In the PBO of the screen 0111, create a module. And in that module you can do LOOP AT SCREEN..where the screen elements will be available..

Huh? Just don't update the content when the dialog is dismissed by pressing 'Cancel'.

If I understand your question, the "category" of a user-defined field is based on a combination of the Type and SubType properties of the UserFieldsMD object. Type is a BoFieldTypes enum and SubType is a BoFldSubTypes enum. The trick is that not all Type and SubType combinations are permitted. In the DI documentation, go to the UserFieldMD object and drill into the SubType property. This will give you a matrix of allowed combinations and their application "category".(At least in the 6.5 documentation.)
The UserFieldMD object is a little temperamental so make sure you have the latest patches before digging into it.

in the bapi extension check one structure with name BAPIPAREX will available..
you need to pass custom structure in that..
ands conactenate 12 field of your structure and pass in to value1 in bapirex structure and append.
go to se11 and enter >bapiparex> check where it is used -->see the zprogram and check how it is used the add your code according to that..

How to set default values for boolean columns

I'm trying to deploy some content types and columns into a site with a feature. All it's ok, except that I'm trying to set a default value for boolean columns with no success.
I've tried to set default value at column level:
<Field ID="{EFE23A1D-494E-45cf-832E-45E41B17F0CF}" Name="ScopeSpanish" DisplayName="Se publican noticias en español"

But in any case, when i create a new item with this content type, default value is applied.

Used:
open dataset out_file for output in text mode encoding non-unicode message msg.
if sy-subrc= 0.
loop at my_table.
transfer my_table to out_file
transfer cl_abap_char_utilities=>newline to out_file no end of line.

Hi,
Create one Search Help in the SE11 for the particular Field that u want to display. In the Screen(Transaction SE51),For that Text Box in the Attributes,in Dict Tab ->Search Help Field give that Search Help Name.
For Eg,
If u want Purchase Order Numbers in that F4 Help.Create one Search Help by giving Table Name as EKKO & Search Help Parameter as EBELN with Lpos & Rpos as 0 & 1.Save & Activate it.
Give this Search Help Name in Dict Tab ->Search Help Field of that Screen Attributes.

create new function in output with the sample name :MODULE ZTEST_001 OUTPUT.
in this module write:
if MEPOITEM_PROP-WERKS is INITIAL and MEPOITEM_PROP-LGORT is INITIAL.
MEPOITEM_PROP-WERKS = '1000'.
MEPOITEM_PROP-LGORT = '0032'.
endif.
this is the solution.
