How to setup ODBC query with schema

I am trying to setup DIAdem to query a SQLserver database that was orginally created by Rockwell's Historian (a PLC database). This database is structured around a schema called "RSBizWare". To properly query the database, this schema name must be in the naming structure. I have been attemping to use some of the SQL examples posted in this forum but I cannot figure out how to include this schema field. Any help would ba appreciated.

You have two options, you can set up a Windows ODBC Administrator profile that successfully applies the required schema, then use the DIAdem ODBC functions, which all start with SQL_...(), or you can construct an ADO connection string which successfully applies the required schema, the use native Windows ADO objects in a VBScript to query the data base. If both are available, and you have DIAdem 10.1 or higher, I would recommend the ADO approach. I really don't know how to tell you to apply this schema in your connection to your data base. Do you have any other software that can connect to that data base? There may be information on connecting to that data base available on the web. Once you can connect to it, we can help you use that connection in DIAdem.

I am new in this forum, I found Stratus is a so exciting platform, now I need your help.
I want to setup a group with posting autentication, in the group, some one has the posting right, others have not. I found the "groupspecWithAuthentication, groupspecWithoutAuthentication, encodePostingAuthorization，setPostingPassword" etc. but I cant understand how to use them.
I have dived in this forum and the reference of Stratus 2.0 beta( here) for several days, and I have tried the samples posted by Mike, and I have study almost all threads in this forum, but I still cant find the clue.

1. if a group is in running, and a authorized user has joined. Now he misdoes, I want to withdraw the authentication, how can I? revise the password and recreate the group?
2. How can I setup a group, just authorized users can join? I know I can use secret group name, but if authorized user divulge the group name, others without autentication can join the group too. ( because the swf easy to reverse, hacker can sniff the opaque groupspec string, revise the swf, impersonate authorized user, etc).
3. How can I banishment a misdoer from my group?

How to force readObejct query with PK value to go to DB?

The default behaviour for read-object queries with a PK value is to use the cache and not go to the database. How can we change this behaviour?
We have cases that a row was deleted by some other process not through toplink, but the corresponding object still in the cache and if you use the readObject query with PK value, the object will be returned as result.

There are several mechanisms to disable caching in TopLink. Note that disabling caching will affect your performance.
In 9.0.4 you can use:
- You can configure you cache type to use a WeakIdentityMap to ensure that only referenced objects are cached.
- On descriptor you can call disableCacheHits() and alwaysRefreshCache() in code or click these options on the Caching/Identity tab in the Mapping Workbench.
- Or to explicitly remove a deleted object from the cache uses session.removeFromIdentityMap(), but you must ensure there are no other objects referencing it.
In 10.1.3 you can also use:
- On descriptor you can call setIsIsolated(true) in code, or select isolated in the Caching tab in the Mapping Workbench.
- Alternatively you can set a CacheInvalidationPolicy on your descriptor to ensure objects are not cached for longer than a specified time, or invalidated daily.
- Or to explicitly invalidate a deleted object use, session.getIdentityMapAccessor().invalidateObject()

Try this
Create a combined request with,
criteria 1 : Dummy, Revenue (Actual),Cogs(Actual), Opex(Actual), PL(Actual)
in the dummy column fx enter the value as 'Actual'
criteria 2 : Dummy, Revenue (Yago),Cogs(YAgo), Opex(Yago), PL(Yago)
in the dummy column fx enter the value as 'Yago'
criteria 3 : Dummy,Revenue (Budget),Cogs(Budget), Opex(Budget), PL(Budget)
in the dummy column fx enter the value as 'Budget'
Now go to the result columns and set the coumn names (Revenue, Cogs, Opex, PL) for the result set.
For the Dumny remove the column heading.
In table view you will get the result.

I just purchased a new Linksys E2500 and I am unable to setup internet viewing with it. I have went in and done the port forwarding and still I have not had any success. I would appreciate any helpful information.

So the concern that you said is the configuration of the Router ( E2500 ) at home.. So could please inform us the name of the ISP( Internet Service Provider )... So it all depends upon the ISP( Internet Service Provider ) setup...
If you want to configure the router with the help of the CD so for that you need to unistall the existing Cisco Connect Software from the computer...
Reset the Router and power cycle the network...Make the following connectivity:
Modem ----> Router -----> Computer
They all should be connected with the Ethernet Cable... Then install the Cisco Connect Software... It will help you in configuring the Router...
As far as Slingbox is concern you did port forwarding but until and unless you are not online it would work....

The purpose of using DDNS is it substitutes the public/WAN ip address provided by your ISP.We all know that the ip address provided by our ISP(if we are not subscribe to a premium static ip address) is basically public and will always change from time to time.So it will be difficult for us to know what's the ip address our ISP has provided us and this will lead us problems accessing our router or ftp server remotely. Thus by using DDNS' it will now allow us to access the router remotely without knowing what's the WAN ip address.

I am having an issue in creating a query to search multiple node types.
The requirement is to query documents/pages of the type dam:Asset and cq:Page present under a path.
I tried the following code snippet with no luck .

I was able to write a query with single type. However i could not find any documents/ materials with multipe types as shown above.

I don't think multiple type is possible. Instead use super type like nt:base that will cover both page and asset.

I have a Windows 7 64-bit PC and a Hp Deskjet F380 USB printer.

Download the install Bonjour Print Services for Windows v2.0.2
Run the program. Hopefully, your printer will be recognized.
If it is, "install" the printer and try to print.
Keep in mind that if you have an All-in-One type of device, that only the print function will be supported.
Advanced features like copy, scan, maintenance, etc are not supported. You will need to connect the All-in-One directly to your PC if you need those services.

How to use power query with sitecatalyst

Hello,
I need to use power query to import a table from sitecatalyst. Doing some tests I found that If remove the session from the url that has the report parameters, the app will redirect me to the login page, after entering the company, username and password
it will load the report page with the data according to my filters.
When I add the report url on the From Web option, excel does not allow me to add credentials. If I add the login+redirect url it allows me to add user/password but does not load the tables that appear on a regular browser.
Is it possible to consume sitecatalyst without using Report Builder? If not, how you access the security info after you added the url.

To the best of my ability to tell, the right way to use this product from within Power Query would be to use its API. Unfortunately, we don't currently support either of the methods needed to be able to authenticate with the service (OAuth 2.0 and a relatively-custom
digest-based method). Adding a mechanism to allow use of arbitrary OAuth-protected resources is a fairly high priority for us, and I hope we'll be able to deliver something before mid-2015.
Scraping the website is very hard to do well -- both from an authentication and from a data discovery perspective.
