How to store .xml file in mime repository.

I AM USING CL_MIME_REPOSITORY_API
TO UPLOAD FILE TO MIME REPOSITORY
it shows the following outcome
The XML page cannot be displayed
Cannot view XML input using XSL style sheet. Please correct the error and then click the Refresh button, or try again later.
Element was not closed. Error processing resource 'file:///C:/Documents and Settings/User/Local Settings/Temp/a9c41e8HTML00...

i am unable to read it in xml format any help will be appriciated.

Hi,
Uploading XML file in the repository takes lot of space, check whether you have it or else request the concerned person to extend the space or to create another directory with bigger space.

An java application will call that BAPI passing the XML when error occurs in the process. The XML will contain the error details.
I want to associate the error messages with the respective XMLs.

How to store xml-file direct on file-directory on server ?

I have created a xml-data by using xmlelements, xmlforest .... and so on in a sql-statement and want to store it as file in a ( windows) server-directory.
I can find some samples to store it in XML-DB by using dbms_xmlGEN and dbms_XDB,
but how to store it direct ?

Try dbms_xmldom.writeToFile()..
Or create a resource from your SQL Statement using dbms_xdb.createResource() and then access the resource via FTP or HTTP

How do I Read a .js File from Mime Repository

How can i read a .js file from Mime Repository,
Mime Respository is for Re-Usability
Since i need to call a function from a .js file again and again, i keep my .js file in Mime Repository so that i can call the function anywhere by calling the .js File.
I have kept my .js File in a Mime Repository but when iam calling the function from Portal the function is not being Triggered, Can i know why it is behaving like that.

I am using flash builder 4 and currently working on implementing AIR application.
I need to read xml file data.
Normal xml files are easy to read and i am much more aware of it.
But can any one have idea how to read XML file which is given below.

Here i have xml file in form of key value pair. <key> node shows name of the key and after that <integer> or <string> node are the value for that specific key.
if i select node.key then it shows me all the keys. and from that i cant make out what is the value for key ID.
Is there any way to take first node and then second. i mean first i ll take value of key and store it into some arraycollection. and then value will be stored.
Any help is appreciated.. Looking for positive reply.

WAD 7.0 Load html - file from MIME-repository

Hi guys,
I have the following problem:
I have implemented web application with WAD 7.0. Now I have to put a button in it. If I press this button new window should be opened with a file (html - file) which is stored in MIME Repository. With WAD 3.5 it was easy I could use javascript function: window.open().

Now this solution doesn't work anymore. I tryed to change the path but without success.
I tried with command wizard but I was not successfull too. Maybe you have some idees how can I deal with this problem.

Yes I tried it at first with Script Item but it did not work. I am not sure how should I change the path because of the portal:
"/sap/bw/Mime/Customer/.../file.htm" - this path is not working anymore
Another option that you mentioned I do not want to use. I have about 20 different html files in MIME repository so I would have to create 20 different web application. I do not like this solution.

Hi,
directories creates basis. If you have task to store data in application server you already should have information into which folder you have to do it. If you don't have this information because it is just for example training for next task then you can use your personal folder into which you have access. To get list of all available folders please look at attached code and form get_directories (you get the list of folders you see in transaction AL11). But don't forget: If you are using open dataset you have to have rights to access application folder!

How to refresh XML file from my client machine

Hai All
I have temp.XML and temp.XSL template in our server machine.
when i give a print from client machine first time it gives the record,and next time it did not get refresh.Always it shows the previous records in the browser.But when i go into the server machine and click on temp.xml,it shows the current record(correct records)

You never delete a Time Machine backup by dragging it to the Trash. You are supposed to use the TM application to manage the backups. What you will need to do now is to simply erase the drive using Disk Utility.

We want to install SAP Fiori Front-End (GW+UI) on the Sandbox system with SAP Netweaver 7.3.1. (SP14)
Gateway component (SAP GW CORE 200 SP10) was installed without any problems.
But I need to install UI-add-on (NW UI Extensions v1.0) and when I try to install it via SAINT, transaction said me that I need to generate xml-file for it (as in General notes for UI add-on mentioned).
But I have Solution Manager 7.0.1 and in MOPZ for this version I do not have option "install Add-on" as it written in Guide for ui add-on installation.
Could you please help me with advice how to generate xml-file for UI add-on installation on SolMan v.7.0.1?
If where is no way, but only to upgrade Solution Manager, maybe somebody could give me xml-file for your system (for NW 731) and I will change it to my needs, I will be very grateful!
