How to switch UI language

My iPod Touch came with English UI.  How can I change it to other language or, more specifically, to Japanese?
I could do just that for iPad2 by using iTune with Japanese UI. When syncing was done the UI of the iPad2 was changed from English to Japanese.  I did the same for iPod Touch but the English UI remained.

The problem has been resolved.　For those who might be insterested in this topic, it can be done by going from General --> General --> International --> Language , and select a desired language.

    Aperture will use the language that is set in the System Preferences, in the "Language & Region" tab.
    Quit Aperture and other open apps..
    Launch System Preferences and open the Language & Region" tab.
    Drag the language you want to the top of the list of preferred languages. Aperture only supports English, French, German, Japanese, Chinese. Pick one of these languages.
    Then close the panel and restart your Mac. Relaunch Aperture.

    That is obviously a point of view that many would share. However, it does not really answer the question :-).
    When using multiple Desktops with many open apps using Cmd + Tab can require a lot of keystrokes - even if you use Cmd + Shift + Tab to move backwards.

    Although I installed SQL Developer on an english WinXP the language of the SQL developer tool is german.
    Is there an option where I can later (after installation) switch the menu language?
    Or do I have to download explicitely another setup package?

    Change App Store
    1. Tap "Settings"
    2. Tap "iTunes & App Stores"
    3. Tap on your Apple ID
    4.Tap "View Apple ID"
    5. Enter your user name and password.
    6. Tap "Country/Region."
    7. Tap "Change Country/Region"
    8. Select the region where you are located.
    9. Tap "Done".

    Is it possible to switch the language while reading?
    I am native dutch speaking and my iOS system is in dutch. However when I have some text in english it happens that the system reads it in dutch.

    - Reading in the iBooks App, suddenly the new page is read in dutch (see screenshot)
    - Sometimes there are texts fragments in another language. In this case switching to another language would be necessary.

Honestly, I am a begginer at Creative Suite, many years ago, I used an older version of Photoshop, but even though I've been trying to learn to use it (I even bought an English book to learn to use it), its too difficult on another language that is not my native Spanish or English. Is there a possibility for me to change languages from Italian to English? Thanks for your time, have a nice weekend everyone.

    legal. I am not living on the States or an English speaking country on this moment
    , so all I am doing is requesting help on how to switch languages and I don't use my software for commercial purposes, since I am a student. But thanks for the 'polite' reply.

    If you want to delete English language and having problem in deleting from within your device then try this :
    Connect your device and run BlackBerry Desktop Software > Click on Applications ( wait till the application list refresh ) > Scroll down to Language and Input Support > Click on X sign to delete any languages from your device.> Click on Apply .
    Please note while doing so be sure that your PC has an active internet connection.
    Download and install the latest BlackBerry desktop software from here BlackBerry desktop software

    - I have "Crystal Reports for Eclipse" version: 2.0.7.r1040
    - I have installed the language packs 1 and 2
    - Currently, the Crystal Reports perspective and the associated views are displayed in German.
    - I would like to switch these views back to English.

    Hello everyone,
    I have found a solution for this question that I would like to share with you.
    - Browse the Control Panel
    - Open the Regional and Language Options
    - In the Regional Options tab under the Standards and formats group, select the Locale that you prefer.
    - *Restart Eclipse* and the Crystal Reports plugin would read the changed setting and display the Crystal Reports perspectives and views in the language of the selected Locale.
