How to trap the event before unlock of locked text frames

How to trap the event before the message "You must check out the contents of this frame in order to make changes. Check out now?" for locked text frames?
I have tried installing the service Responder kUserEditTextCmdResponder
The responder event is fired after the unlock of text frame in this case.
I was trying the service kEditCmdPreProcessService, but I could not find the companion interface for this service.

Currently i using a connection pool (dbpool). I need to release my pool when user logout or closing the browser. I have a session that keeping the user information and the connection pool manager.
How i detect the event when session end? I need to know is that can catch an event and perform release() command before the session that store login information ended.

you do not need to do this.
In your db code, when you use
conn.close(); your connection will be released to the pool.
If you do not do this you will get connection pool leaks.
There is no benefit in using a pool if you try and keep a connection for a single user, the idea is to SHARE connections between many users.
If you want to detect session expiry yoyu need to use a 'session listener', if you search the forums you can easily find out how to do this.
The main thng is NOT to tie your connections up in this way, you MUST use conn.close(); to release your connections back to the pool as soon as you have finished using them.

How to trap WindowClose event?

I would like to trap the WindowClose event such that when my closing condition is not satisfied, the window would not close.
Right now everytime i click the X button at the upper right of the window, the window closes automatically. I would like to know how to trap that event so I can control the closing of the window.

For that you have to implement java.awt.event.WindowListener and override the windowClosing or windowClosed method according to your requirement. Put your code inside that method. But before doing that you have to set the default close operation.
setDefaultCloseOperation(0);

How to trap the first key?

Hello World,
I am using JTable in that I am using custom TextField as a Editor Component. Now I want to trap the first key pressed in the textfield.
I am using public boolean editCellAt(int row,int column,EventObject e) method. In this method I get the value of �e� as a null if I press any key. So I can not trap the event here.
The next try is to putting KeyListener in textfield class, this is also not working because it gets called after EditCellAt method.
I tried to override the processKeyBinding() method but this seems to trap all the key pressed and not allow me to navigate also.
Can anybody provide me the solution how I can trap the first key only.

The reason this is not working is that JTable uses a very uncommon way to route this first keyEvent: it comes via Jtable.processKeyBindings which first tries to start the edit with it (buggily "forgetting" to pass the keyEvent along...) and if this started the edit it will pass both keyStroke and keyEvent to the editorComponent's processKeyBindings. At his time the editorComponent is part of the container hierarchy.
So a possible solution (did not try it, though) might be to have a ComponentListener on the editorComponent, set a flag when being added to the table and reset the flag when receiving the first KeyStroke in proocessKeyBinding after the componentEvent. Alternatively, you might try to set/reset the flag as a clientProperty in table.processKeyBindings.

Recommended way for binding the list event handler to the list instance is through feature receivers.

Hi Puneet,
Goto transaction SM62 and in there to BckProcEvents tab. There you can create the events.
You just need to specify the name and Description of an event.

You have to restore the device within iTunes. You want to use the same computer that you always sync with so that you can restore your app data and settings. You can restore with any other computer, but you will lose everything on the iPad.

Do you want to see the output of your SAPscript??and print it?? before you release.
Then goto NACE tcode and configure your script.
Example :
Goto Transaction NACE --> Select Application V1(Sales) --> Click on Output Types --> Select the output type as BA00 (as generally BA00 is the output type associated with Sales Order ) --> Double click on the Processing Routines folder on the left and it will display the Form name and the corresponding driver programs name.
Goto tcode VA03, and display the output from menu and do your printing.

Application, the main screen is divided into two containers:left and right container,
The right side of the container is divided into two containers:top and bottom container,
There is a button in the left container.
Click the button, the container at lower right will using ModuleManager load Module, The following container load of the right of the screen has been monitoring the container above the action.
Problem:
When you click the button repeatedly to load the container in the lower right, it will create multiple instances, and can not be freed immediately. When the above container do an action or event, there are multiple instances of monitoring exist.
The background will be repeat the action or event many times.
How to avoid the event has been repeated many times in the background?

Hi Arul,
Take a look at sample program BCALV_EDIT_03. (Find string "register ENTER" in the program to see how to register)
Basically you have to Register edit events using method call REGISTER_EDIT_EVENT and then write a handler method for event DATA_CHANGED..
If you are using a REUSE..GRID fm then first get the grid reference using function module GET_GLOBALS_FROM_SLVC_FULLSCR and then repeat the above procedure..

NO_DATA_FOUND isn't a condition associated with the processing of a cursor loop.
You have other options though, for example ...
