The short answer is that Tm and cm, and other text state parameters, are combined (as described in 32000-1) to make Trm. It is Trm which decides the position, size, rotation and extra slant of text.

There are two text frames with same UID but on different pages( also defferent spreads ). What I want to know is how I can get the location of them both.
The following code can only get the location of the first frame because the second frame has the same UIDRef with the first one(because they are in one document with same UID) .

a sorted list!Well, what order to you actually like? "1 2 3 5"? Why not "5 3 2 1"? And for more complicated objects "natural" order may be even less obvious. And never forget that List may contain objects that belong to different classes - for example Integer, String and Date - how they are to be ordered? (Of course, such usage is not recommended).

I need your help for understanding the behaviour of following two queries.
The requirement is to repeat the values of the column in a table random no of times.
Eg. A table xyz is like -

I want to repeat each of these values (A1, A2,...A5) multiple times - randomly decide. I have written the following query..
with x as (select my_col, trunc(dbms_random.value(1,6)) repeat from xyz),
y as (select level lvl from dual connect by level < 6)
select my_col, lvl
from x, y
where lvl <= repeat
order by my_col, lvl
It gives output like
my_col lvl
A1 1
A1 3

Here in the output, I am not getting rows like
A1 2
A1 4
A2 2
A2 4
Also, it has generated the same set of records for all the values (A1, A2,...,A5).
Now, if I store the randomly-decided value in the table like ---

I have question about how to understand the STAD relevant for RFC.
I want to know how to calculate the response time of action of "Push save buttion"
which call function module by RFC.
In our system, the screen is created using web dynpro and after push the button,
function module for application will be called.
When I push Save button, 2 STAD line is created.
One is for function code " SAVE" and the other is for "RFC".
Line for "SAVE" include RFC as client, and RFC line has RFC info as server (also client)
I wonder how I should calculate the response time of action"Save" button in following case.
Should I add the 2 response time?
1) 5,867 ms +   5,797 m is collect?
2) 5,867 ms include RFC time, so no need to sum the value and 5,867 ms is collect??
3) 590 ms +   5,797 ms is collect?
4) Or other calculation is correct ?

It depends of what you mean with response time of action "Save" button.
If you mean ALL time, the value is 5.867 because the local time from save was 594ms, the "external" RFC time was 5280ms.
If you want separete analysis, the 594ms is your option since the 5280ms is in other part...
Also, analysing the other part there's another other part which represents a good part of processing time:
Database request time      2,882 ms

How to understand the Xcode?

Through my whole life using computers generally, I have figured out that any software could be well understood by practice, but actually the case here seems much different.
My question is not regarding the interface, structure of the project...etc, I would like to understand the coding itself, where and when every code to be used and how it works, there are lots of codes those can be used in different cases, It is not possible that one person can understand every single tip of the Xcode or any other programming language, but I want to know at least which way should I take (courses, books, tutorial....), I want something that gives the general idea and concept of the things.
I am developing a game now, succeeded in creating some different pages of the game where it take you to the setting, high score...etc with some simple graphics, linked them together using the available options, but to make the game work it needs pages of coding, looking for sample codes is also not practical in my opinion.
I believe that understanding the top used 100 code in my opinion will be sufficient for a beginner.

Iam not able to push back that char. from my operating concern. In help it is given you have to delete the data contents in the table before pushing back. Please let me know if any other option available.

in Silverlight program, user click a link to SQL server report services link, it pops up a new IE window and ask for windows security.
Type the user name password in and check save password. reports showed and close IE. user click again, the same windows security popup dialog showed up. how to really remember the credentials?
If keep the IE open, reports shows in second tab of the same IE window for the second click, and it didn't ask for the windows security.

According to your description, users need to type username and password before they can open the SSRS report when reopening IE, right? If I have anything misunderstood, please point it out.
Base on my research, this issue offten occurs on IE9 which ships with Windows 7 operating systems. In this case, to avoid this issue we can add the report URL to the trust site, for the detail information, please refer to the link below.

You can club together the GI nad GR at the time of confirmation..
I.e Backflush for the components and auto GR for the Product.
So that you can stream line the Process.
The best Option would be to use the User Exit:

Chat App: how to store the user IP in database when they login.

hello,
i am working on chat application. first i made a login GUI form. after login when we run the Chat program, it ask the ip address of the server to whom it want to connect. and if u enter the ip address, it will connect to the server and chat will begin, thats working perfect.
but i want to show the list of users who r logged on and when i simply click on the user name, chat should begin.
i have the logic that when any user log in, then its IP address will be stored in the database. this ip address will shown to the online users.
but i dont know how to store the user information in database when they log in. can any body suggest me wht lines of code i should use.

When you are defining the elements of the datatype there are columns where you can do what you need:
column type: here you choose the type of data of the element
it can be a standard type or a user defined one (if you click one time only it should appear an icon in the right for input help: click there and choose the type you need)
column occurence : in a similar way of column type here you define the cardinality of the element (min occurence and max occurence)
setting min occurrence: 1, max occurrence 1 or unbounded --> required
mmin occurrence 0, max occurrence 0, 1 or unbounded --> optional
about the attributes there are directly the choice between required or optional.
 column details : here you define the length of the element if it is a string or a lot of other things if the type is a different one.

Sorry, if this reply seems like a products plug (which it is), but this is really how we solve this software engineering challenge at JKI...
At JKI, we create VI Packages (which are basically installers for LabVIEW instrument drivers and toolkits) of our reusable code (using the package building capabilities of VIPM Professional). We keep a VI Package Configuration file (that includes a copy of the actual packages) in each of our project folders (and check it into source code control just as we do for all our project files). We also use VIPM Enterprise to distribute new VI Packages over the network.
Also, as others have mentioned, we use the JKI TortoiseSVN Tool to make it easy to use TortoiseSVN directly from LabVIEW.
