How to upload and embed Flash SWF file into Google Blogger?

This is my blog URL http://www.aviationandengineering.com

One way is to upload video to blogger. but there is a format problem. I recommend using the H.264 codec with your original file format, and if the file is still too big, switching file formats to .mp4(you can use the SWF video Converter to convert swf to mp4).
The other way is upload to Youtube or another video hosting site, you canembed the video directly into Blogger. There is still a format problem. Youtube can't support SWF video files, so you still need a SWF to Video converter to convert swf to Youtube supported video files and MP4 is the best choice.
Hope this can help you.

  • Bringing Flash .swf files into Captivate

    Greetings,
    I use Captivate 2.0. I have been trying to bring a Flash .swf
    file into Captivate with very little success. The flash file is
    clickable (so that users can review case study information as they
    complete Try It simulations). When I bring the Flash .swf file into
    Captivate, it works. However, correction (or failure messages)
    display every time the user clicks the Flash .swf file. Is there
    anything that I can do within Captivate to stop this issue?
    Ideally, I would like the Flash .swf to run on top of the Captivate
    file so that users can view the case study details without having
    to see the failure messages.
    Please let me know if you have any questions about this. I
    hope it makes sense to you.

    Hi Zabcde (or PMW or P?)
    Can I just understand (sorry for being thick) your situation.
    You're trying to get a flash movie into a captivate session that
    the user can work on, see, interact with whilst they're also going
    through a Captivate simulation (try it)? Does that mean that slides
    are advancing for the simulation whilst you're watching the flash
    movie? Or are they watching the Flash movie as a kind of help to
    then go and do the Try It session?
    If it's the first, then I would suggest calling the Flash swf
    and the Captivate swf as seperate instances in flash (using
    loadmovienum or something). If it's the second, you should be able
    to remove the failure captions from that slide so they don't bug
    you.
    Apologies if I've got the wrong end of the stick though
    Cheers

    Upload the swf file to your server and use the following code in an HTML snippet:
    <embed src="URL TO SWF FILE ON SERVER?" width="XXX" height="XXX" type="application/x-shockwave-flash" /embed>

  • FAQ: How do I load an external SWF file into a parent SWF file?

    A ton of Flash users visit Adobe’s we site every month wondering  about how to load an external SWF file from within another SWF.
    Adobe's own TechNote on the subject attempts to answer the basic question, along with some common follow-up questions, including:

  • How to embed multiple SWF files into TinyMCE editor

    Hello,
    I am looking for help with Captivate 3. I have a demonstration recording that gives me two swf files, one for the actuall recording, another for the skin. The company I work for uses Helpstream for knowledge base content. The articles I enter need to sometimes have videos embeded. They use a tiny mce editor, and I'm not sure how to embed the two files together. After publishing the recording, I tried to take the object code from the html file, and use that, but that did not work.
    Any suggestions on how I can do this? Is there some setting that I need to have before publshing that will combine the skin and recording into one flash file? Currently I use Camtasia, but I would like to create more advanced video content and start using CAptivate full time.
    Thanks!
    Marianne F

    Hi there
    Clicking Project > Skin > Borders tab and DE-selecting the Show Borders option will eliminate the skin.SWF from being created.

  • How can I have a Flash SWF file to load a HTML page?

    I'm looking for a way to have Flash (CS5) to load and display a very simple HTML web page. Basically, the SWF file would be a standalone document sent by e-mail (or people would post on their web pages), and this SWF would display the content of another web page (consisting mostly in a live video on a black background)
    How can I have Flash CS5 to do that??
    Thank you!
    -sv

    Yeah maybe I wasn't clear enough... Here's the big picture.
    I run a live TV station, broadcasting 24/7 on the web via a Flash application (a projector basically). The video feed is streaming on my site, as well as on numerous web sites across the net. A Flash projector is also available as a standalone application, people download and use it to watch the movies without opening a web page.
    I am currently changing the broadcast method, from Flash stream to HTTP stream. But since my TV is already posted and linked in many places, I want to change the Flash object on my server with a new one, that has a HTTP stream instead of the Flash stream. It seems that HTTP stream cannot be embedded in a SWF, but it can be displayed on a HTML web page. The solution I came up with is to have a HTML page to load in the Flash player. All I would need to do is to have that HTML page to display the HTTP stream.
    So from there, most of my audience would not need to change anything to watch my streaming TV, while those who downloaded the old Flash projector would need to download a new one.

  • Changing flash .SWF file into Keynote presentation

    Someone please help.. presentation in 8 hours and I want to use Keynote but the presentation is in flash .swf and the directions I got didnt work- they were:
    Use Flash MX to save the file as a Flash 5 movie. It should have a filename extension of ".swf". Important: Keynote cannot import native Flash files whose filename extension is ".fla".
    In Keynote, Choose Edit > Place > Choose.
    Select the file and click Place to insert it into your slide.
    I choose edit but theres no option that says place, how do I read my swf file through Keynote?
    Thanks everyone!
    Daniel

    That kind of thing is not done in Fireworks, which is a graphics
    application; it should be done in a web page editing program such as
    Dreamweaver. Generally, Fireworks HTML is not acceptable for final
    production web sites unless you're exporting as CSS and Images, and
    even then, it will most likely require tweaking in a web page editor.

  • How to correctly load an external swf file into iosAir app? I'm getting blank screen.

    So this code works flawlesly on Air for Android, it even works fine when I test the movie in Flash, but once I export it, I'm getting a blank screen. I made an swf with a square and withotu any code, and flash still fails to load it. It's weird cause everything works fine when I use the interpreter debugging option, but when I switch to standard debugging the blank screen appears on my ipad. I've read somewhere that it's caused by the way flash saves the link to external files. Thus after the file is compiled Flash fails to find the prefiously added files, which results in a blank screen. There's clearly something wrong with how the process of compiling the application.
    Tried this:
    var Xpos:Number = 0;
    var Ypos:Number = 0;
    var loader:Loader = new Loader();
    var link:URLRequest = new URLRequest("Untitled-1.swf");
    loader.load(link);
    addChild(loader);
    And this:
    var ldr:Loader = new Loader();
    ldr.load(new URLRequest("Untitled-1.swf"));
    ldr.contentLoaderInfo.addEventListener(Event.COMPLETE, loaded, false, 0, true);
    function loaded(event:Event):void {
    addChild(event.target.content);
    But nothing works. I'm still getting a blank screen. Is there any way to add the swf file manually into the descriptor file cause flash most likely messes it up? I don't really want to use through command line.

    Read this article, especially the bit about loadercontext and currentdomain:

  • Inserting flash .swf file into template

    I want to insert a flash file into the right sidebar to appear on all pages of the website.  I know I need to do this via the template.  I think I need to click in the insertion point, then copy the code (make sure the files are in the correct location).   I've done this before with galleries ect..  but not in DW and not from a template.  What's a little confusing is there are 3 templates.  The first is in it's own folder (design template), the other two (theme 01 design & theme 01 design from template) are in the root folder, but the theme 01 design one doesn't seem to be changeale.  Which template should I be working with?
    www.wranglergirl.net
    Thanks from a newbie!  Amy

    Are each of these 'templates' actually DW templates (i.e., are they named with a *.dwt extension)?  If so, then they must all be located within the Templates folder at the root level of the site - it doesn't sound like that is the case.  Also, why do you need three templates?  Finally, which version of DW are you using?  It's likely that you will have to make any links to your Flash element with ROOT relative links to be successful.

  • Embed same SWF file multiple times in Flash file

    I want to include the same SWF file multiple times in the same flash file. I have a plain box that is clear, that becomes visible when clicked. I want to create a grid of them (about 50+). If I copy the layers and actions, they interfere with each other so I want to embed multiple SWF files into one file and then save it to embed in an interactive PDF. If I save one square and embed it into the PDF multiple times, the file becomes too big to work. How can I embed interactive SWF files over and over into 1 SWF file? I don't have a ton of knowledge with Flash....

    you edit your html file to embed multiple copies of your swf.
    it's generally easier to control the layout if you use swfobject (but you can just copy the code published by flash pro) to embed the swf.

  • FAQ: How do I embed my SWF file in an HTML page?

    Flash Pro creates HTML wrapper files for you when you use the File > Publish command, assuming you have the HTML Wrapper format selected in the Publish settings of your FLA file.
    However, these HTML wrapper files only contain the <Object> tag code to embed your SWF file. If you want to embed your SWF file in an existing HTML page that contains other elements, you can copy and paste the appropriate HTML code into the appropriate location within your existing HTML page. You can also use Dreamweaver to add the SWF file to the page.
    The TechNote Object tag syntax contains sample HTML code that you can copy and paste, along with instructions on how to edit the code to account for the actual name and location of your SWF file.

    How can I change the insert SWF File, I need to add a few things and make it better? Is there an option inside of the dreamweaver menu that I am not looking at. It would make it easier on me if I changed some things around and didn't have to do it all myself each time I used it. Just incase you was needing to remember what swf flash was, It is not a swf video either.

    If I understand correctly, Sonic Kaboom.swf needs to be edited in a separate Flash authoring program and then reinserted into your HTML document.
    As Murray said, Flash is dead.  Nobody uses it anymore.   We use HTML5, CSS3 and JavaScript animations which have universal support from Smartphones, Tablets and other web devices that can't support Flash.   Look at Edge Animate.

    How can I download and read a SWF file on IPad 2? The message returned is that Safari cannot download that file

    SWF files are flash files, which are not supported on the iPad : http://www.apple.com/hotnews/thoughts-on-flash/
    If you want to play the file then the iSwifter or Skyfire browser apps might work (they don't work on all flash sites) but you won't be able to download it
