How to use acrobat viewer for java enabled platform

i want to use any api which can generate automatically pdf files and whose control goes through the java program.
i found that adobe is providing one zip file(acrobat viewer) for it.it contains some class files.but i dont know how to use it.
can anybody help me?
or if u can suggest any free api for this purpose?
its urgent.i'll be thankful 2 u.

It is a big SDK and to learn its features requires a lot of reading. But to start with I guess I should start with "Introduction to SDK".
Since you want to control Acrobat from another application you should consider this under "Interapplication communication". You will be using OLE/COM.

I could find any sample source or refference about usging activeX viewer and java (CR XI R2 sp3).
Because of downloading excel(export function), I can't choose JRC viewer . So I think activeX viewer is only way to solve my problem.
Can anyone let me know how to coding it with jsp? ( there are saveral samples in asp code, but not jsp)

The limitation of not having Excel exports is specific to the Crystal Reports Java Reporting Component, and not with the viewer.ActiveX viewer is supported with the Report Designer Component, which is not Java but COM based - the RDC furthermore is deprecated, and not supported starting with Crystal Reports 2008. Using Acrobat Viewer as Bean

Hi everybody,
does anybody used Acrobat Viewer as bean in a Java app? There are some problems, I couldn't solve. It would be great if any body could give me some hints.
I would like to open a document (works fine) and jump on a specific side (page number) of pdf document or jumping to a specific text phrase.
It would be nice, to center a found page on screen.
How do I configure the 'title bar buttons'.

Or, if that link doesn't work, then just go to www.adobe.com and search for it.
I also have a problem with viewer (as a bean). I can view local pdf files without any problems using myViewer.setDocumentURL(), but when I put in a remote address like http://......something.pdf, it won't work. I am connected to the internet too. So, I'm confused. Anybody used this bean before and know how to solve this problem???

Take one integer value attribute in the context of view
when you r performing action on POP1 set it's value to 1
when you r performing action on POP2 set it's value to 2
create one method which receives integer argument, say diaplay(int a)
In the action call display(wdContext.currentContextElement().get<intvariable>()) by passing the value in the context attribute
in display() method, Check the value of integer variable..
if it is 1 then perform action related to POP1
if it is 2 then perform action related to POP2

u can use the method SUBSCRIBE_TO_BUTTON_EVENT of the IF_WD_WINDOW interface ... to handle the event fired by the popup .....used this method after creating the popup window ...

Its Application Module has a Transient View Object instance "MyEmployeesContextVOVI", as master for the child View Object instance "EmpInCtxJobVI".
On rollback the Transient View Object instance keeps its row and attribute values.
Also when passivation and activation is forced (using jbo.ampool.doampooling=false ) the Transient View Object instance seems to keep its row and attribute values.
questions:
- (q1) Why does the expression #{bindings.MyEmployeesContextVOVIIterator.dataControl.transactionDirty} evaluate as true when a Transient View Object instance attribute value is changed (as shown in screencast at http://screencast.com/t/qDvSQCgpvYdd )?
- (q2) What would be a robust approach to make a Transient View Object instance more self-contained, and manage itself to have only one single row (per instance) at all times (and as such removing the dependency on the Application Module prepareSession() as documented in "5. how will � add import I assumed based on your initial post that the renk and benek classes were in the same file. Apparently you're saying they are not. So for another thing, make your renk class "public class renk", and add the "public" keyword to the 3 members of that class. Then if your code still doesn't see the "renk" class, it would just be that you don't have the directory that contains the compiled "renk.class" in your classpath.

The API documentation has a link at the top of every page that says "Index". If you follow that and look for toFront(), you will find it exists in java.awt.Window and javax.swing.JInternalFrame.
To use it in a Java application, create an object x of either of those two classes and write "x.toFront();".
