How to use the VBS MoveFolder methode in DIAdem without any error message?

Hi,
I want to move folders with the VBS MoveFolder methode, but in DIAdem I run in problems. When I use the following comman fso.MoveFolder(project_folder & test_folder, project_folder & test_folder & "\" & test_ & " " & test_count)
I get error message
"During call a sub routine no parentheses are allowed!"
When I remove the brackets and use fso.MoveFolder project_folder & test_folder, project_folder & test_folder & "\" & test_ & " " & test_count
I get the error message
"Invalid sub routine call."
How I have to use the command right?
(the text of error messages is free translated from German Version of DIAdem 11.0! Take only the sense, not the exact wording!)

Hello Sven!
Just add a 'Call' at the beginning of your first line will solve the syntatic error. I recommend always to use 'Call' and parenthesis.
But there is a fundamental problem in your code: MoveFolder moves a folder from a source to a new destination and the old source folder will be deleted. You try to move a folder to a location below the same folder. If the MoveFolder wouldn't recognize these situtation and throws an error all of your data would be deleted!
Just print out your paths in a Messagebox to clearify the situation.

I am running Mac OSX 10.4.11. According to the System profiler the CD/DVD drive is a "PioneerDVD-RWDVR-112D." When I compare the information under this heading, the only unusual difference from my iMac is that the G5 reads "Burn Support: Yes (Unsupported)." My iMac reads "Burn Support: Yes (Apple Shipping Drive)."
Under the System Preferences the options are set to "Ask what to do" when a blank CD or DVD is inserted. Music CD set to open iTunes, Picture CD set to open iPhoto, Video DVD set to open DVD player.
Do you have any suggestions?

How to exit from method if there is any Error message

I have one button (Retrieve) and on that button I am calling a method(OnRetrive) and in that method i am calling func module and in that i am getting some messages.

I would like to generate a signal using output channels of PCI-4451 and at the same time capture data using the input channels. Is there any method that I can generate a continuous signal without any undefined state when the signal frequency is being changed?

DSA boards such as the PCI-4451 have a number of very desirable properties including high precision and a high sampling rate. The trade-off for the combination of these two properties is that the DSA boards cannot adjust their sampling rate on-the-fly. Instead they have to be stopped and reconfigured. During this reconfiguration time, the value of the board's output becomes flat and level.
If you are looking to adjust the board's output without seeing these flat spots, you have to take a different approach to programming a DSA board. Instead of reconfiguring the board, what you need to do is allow the board to continue to run (at the same output frequency), and then overwrite the output buffer that the board reads to output values. This will
allow you to output new data without the flat spots. Below you will find an example that displays this behavior.
If you determine that this is not an acceptable workaround due to the limitations on output rates, you may want to look at using a Multifunction DAQ board (60xx or 62xx) or an arbitrary waveform generator (54xx) device instead.

When I try to use the Vision Acquisition vi, I get an error message saying that " The system did not receive a test packet from the camera."

Error -1074360271 occurred at IMAQdx Start Acquisition.vi
NI-IMAQdx: (Hex 0xBFF69031) The system did not receive a test packet from the camera. The packet size may be too large for the network configuration or a firewall may be enabled.

A very specific firmware revision for certain Basler cameras had an issue where the test packet would not be sent for certain packet sizes and certain specific conditions, causing a false report of a test packet failure when a normal acquisition would in fact succeed. However, this was fixed in later firmware revisions and I have never seen a similar issue on any other types of cameras.
Aside from this specific case, if a test packet fails, it generally means an acquisition will as well. Given that Pleora's software can acquire, we can rule out networking topology and hardware, assuming you are using the same packet size as the Pleora software is. The only other thing that would seem a likely candidate would be a software issue like a firewall or some other filter driver that is interefering with IMAQdx receiving the data.

Why can't I log onto my itunes store? I enter the correct password and it brings me back to the screen as if I was not logged in without any error message. If I enter an incorrect password it says so. I just received a replacement 4s iphone

I just received a replacement iphone (4s with ios7) but whenever I try to log into my itunes store, after I enter my password, it acts as if I never logged in. If I enter an incorrect password it tells me so, but no error message at all when I enter the correct password - nothing happens. My itunes is up to date.

Have you tried going to Settings>iTunes and App Stores (or just Store) and signing out and then signing in again?

I recently found this method and was interested in using it for a solution. However, the count is always 0 when executed. I create an instance of the SPULSRetriever class with the start time as 180 minutes ago, the forward check time of 300 minutes,
and 1000 max entries.
I then call GetULSEntries with a correlation ID that I found in the logs within the timeframe, but it never finds anything.
I am simply running the code from visual studio on the same server as the SharePoint instance.
Any suggestions?

I tried your code and I have no trouble getting entries back. Looking at the internal code, if and exception occurs the method just returns an empty IList. So you need to check for something like this in the ULS logs "Cannot access ULS share
on \\{0}\logs", appears to be a permissions issue.

It is not possible to update the iOS to any version besides the most recent version. You can only update to iOS 5.1 at the time.

I am using datasocket in seperate vi, with error catching, but network slowdown causes labview to crash without any error message ...

I have a master computer setup as a datasocket server with several vi's that publish. I have about 5 other computers each with a vi that reads the data socket publisher. The interval at which the 5 vi's read is every 15 minutes, concurrently. It seems that when ever there is a network slow down, LabVIEW crashes catastrophically, even though I have timeouts in the datasocket readers. Is this error related to the datasockets not being able to handle the slow down or something else? Should I use another technique - if so - which is more reliable (FTP, TCP/IP?). This bug has been hounding me for several MONTHS.

One thing I forgot to mention - the 5 datasocket readers are also web servers, serving out the front panels to the web after getting updated. Well, after weeks of trial and error, would you believe that if I turn off the web server logging, everything works fine. I have had it off for a week now and no crashes. I first discovered this by realizing that if I turned off the web server everything ran fine (which would be totally useless for my application), so then I searched this site and found an off the cuff remark about the web server logging function causing crashes for an unrelated problem. I figured what the heck, I'll disable it and see what happens. So far so good, I am still keeping my fingers crossed ...
