How to use MICR fonts in Adobe forms (webdynpro java

Hi,
We have a requirement where we need to print some MICR codes (for checks) through Adobe Forms.
I have installed some true type MICR fonts in windows and Adobe Font Manager (in ADS) as well.
It is visible in the Adobe Form design time (Font palette) and when I use the font for text, it is visible in preview too. But when I run the web dynpro application, in the online form it is converted into Standard font (Times new Roman).
Is there anyway to handle this issue.
Please let me know.

How to embed unicode fonts in fillable form.

Hello friends,
I had created a normal unicode Pdf form. IT shows perfectly.
But when i make this form as a fillable pdf the unicode charaters converts into junk and the form is become unreadable.
Attached here a normal unicode pdf form. As well as form_fillable.pdf which is junked after created a fillable

Could you please describe a little more about what's going wrong for you, specifically? Clarify what you mean by "use Unicode font".
Your question might have been meaningful if everyone was seeing the same, obvious problem, but in fact Unicode character codes seem to show just what's expected in Photoshop in general if the font you're using has the glyphs.

I would like to know how I use google fonts in my emails.
We're using the ubuntu font and I see the fonts on my computer but after sending an email the fonts change.
I'm using the addon SmartTemplate4.

The first link provides examples on how to do this, while the second one has informaiton about email client support & compatibility with this feature.
Keep in mind using web fonts will have a limited effect if viewing such emails while offline.

Please help me how to use SAX parser in J2ME.
Is there any function to find the value of a particular element from a XML file?
I am able to get Element name, Values, Attributes. But control is not in my hand, DefaultHanldler automatically invokes Character method, then only I am able to get values. But I don't know when this method gets invoked.
Is there any way or method so that I can get value of any element or attribute just by passing element name as parameter in SAX parser?
Is there any other parser through which I can perform this task in J2ME?

Double byte characters turn into squares at PDF export use Unicode font

Hi all,
We developing with Visual Studio 2008, .NET 2.0 and Crystal Report XI Release 2 SP5 an international windows application. We use the font Arial Unicode MS in the rpt file. We translate the fix texts with the Crystal Translator (3.2.2.299).
On the distributed installation of our software, the printout and preview displays the double byte characters properly (Japanese, Korean, Chinese), but when we export the report as PDF, the characters get displayed with squares. This happens also, when the font Arial Unicode MS is installed on the distributed installation on Windows XP Professional.
I searched for hours for a solution in the knowlegde base articles and in forum of Crystal Report. I found one thread, which describes exactly our problem:

But we already introduced the solution to use Unicode font and I also linked the font Lucida Sans Unicode to the Arial Unicode MS, but we still face the problem.

Your searches should have also come up with the fact that CR XI R2 is not supported in .NET 2008. Only CR 2008 (12.x) and Crystal Reports Basic for Visual Studio 2008 (10.5) are supported in .NET 2008. The only way to do it is using some custom code to display fonts, since there is no way to install new fonts onto a device.

How to use the fonts in the graphics menu

I am looking to add text from the graphics options on the right hand side of the screen. When I double click or drag one of the text options to my project a text box appears, however the text is not the one selected from the options on the right – instead the text appears and I can change the text from the list of standard fonts at the lower left - and the font I double clicked from the menu on the left isn't listed.
How can I select and use the fonts listed on the graphics list at the right? I am looking to use the gray and black "outline" font.

When I press the "+" at the lower right corner of the screen I am presented with, among other things, a selection of font types. I am able to change the text color in the graphics menu but can't figure out how to use one of the fonts listed in the menu. For example, from the graphics menu I select "type" then "text" and from the fonts listed I double click "outline" and a text box appears on my project with "your text here", however the font is "rosewood std" and the only fonts available are from the typical list - no outline font as listed in the graphics menu on the right. When I double click the text type "outline" the font doesn't change. I think I am missing a step somewhere but can't figure it out. Any help would be appreciated. Thanks.
