How to watch DB growth...

Hi to all
Hear i want to know about how to watch database growth... Because every month end our erppdata increased around one GB to 2 GB (particularly the month end i.e 30th or 31 st ..) How to get the information about who hits the database high... Which unit user doing this etc details... We r using Esuit 12 g and 10g for back end...
How we can restrict this type of sudden growth...

Here's a piece of SQL that monitors tablespace sizes. This one actually returns the name and size of all tablespaces that have less than 10% space left but you can amend it to suit.
