How to: window confirmation in a datatable row

Hi.
I would like to know if it possible to open a window confirmation (Yes,No) from a row selector in a datatable. The columns of the datatable are h:outputText, but the examples I have seen use always h:commandLink and h:commandButton.
I want to stop the process when I select a row in datatable in case you select No and let the process in case Yes.
if this possible??

For better user experience you need to use standard html interaction tags (links or buttons) .
You can't use onclick attribute on h:outputText as it haven't.

How to use window.confirm in a JavaScript with unknown variables

On my delete category page the user can pick the category it wishes to delete from a dropdown list (which is generated by rows in my database).
When the user hits the "Delete" button ths OnClick runs a JavaScript that sends the delete request to a .jsp page that handles all my insert, update and delete queries.

You have the category in a dropdown list?

For Exam My requirement is I am getting BAPI from ECC System. So I have to go given input details in first view and output details in SecondView. So in Second View I will taken Table that data will displayed in rows. I need each and every row first I need check box.
Here Select Check Box of particular row then click GetData button. That row data will be displayed in one popup window.
In table suppose 6 rows available in table. Every Row first Check box available.

When we are getting BAPI From ECC System. that BAPI Have nodes and Attribues...in under node we can't create "CheckBox"
attribute.
So i am doing like this.I am create on Checbox attribue out side of Node. Check Box data type is boolean.

I'm working with JSF 1.2 R.I. and I would like to add some javascript to my datatable to be able to control the onclick event on a row.
At the moment I have just added a checkbox to be able to know which row the user wants to select but I'm not satisfied with this solution.

I don't know if I'm running the automatic updater of certificates. I tried installing the referenced
KB2677070 but it says "The update is not applicable to your computer." And I don't see it listed as an installed update for this computer.
I went into certmgr.msc and I don't see India's NIC certificates listed as untrusted.
I'm running Windows 7 SP1 x64. How can I tell if I'm running the automatic updater of revoked certificates and how can I confirm that it's working? How can I see what certificates the automatic updater has revoked?

afaik these updates are just coming in over Windows update. Your KB2677070 might be superseeded ba another update, or included in a rollup you installed.

You get an alert about resending POST data if you go back to a page that was previously requested from the server by submitting form data via a POST form.
The only way that Firefox can make sure to get the same page is by resending that POST form.
Firefox doesn't know what that form data means, so Firefox asks for confirmation before resending that form data as such an action can cause you to repeat an action and buy another item or post a message another time.
The only way to prevent that pop-up is not to use the Back button, but to open links from a page that was requested from a server by sending a POST form in a new tab (window) with a middle-click or a Ctrl + left-click.
Then you can close that tab or window to go back.

How do I limit the number of rows retrieved at a time using RefCursor?

I have a PL/SQL package in use, that returns a REF CURSOR. This is currently being used in a Forms 6i application. Now I want to develop an ASP.NET web application that displays exactly the same information as my Forms 6i module. In fact those two applications will be used concurrently for a while.
I looked at the sample code provided on otn.oracle.com and decided to use the OracleDataAdapter.Fill()-method to fill a dataset and bind that dataset to a pageable GridView. Now I wonder, whether this method retrieves ALL records of the query at once and how I can limit the number of rows fetched? The Select statement retrieves up to 10000 rows at a time. Most of the time, a user is only interested in the first 20-30 rows. Forms 6i fetches more rows as the user scrolls down, how can I implement the same behavior in ODP.NET?

The simplest way is to start it up with the original disks. Go to Disk Utility and try to repair the original drive. If Disk Utility can't repair it then it's probably dead.
If you had a drive in an external enclosure with an appropriate OS you could boot with that also. Hold "option" down while booting and select the drive you want to boot from.

I just want to know how to fetch a limited number of rows using sql query. Moreover, I also want to know how to calculate the total number of row (alternative of count method because I don't want to query the database twice because its affect the performance).

SunnyThis smells like a very fishy requirement based on a fundamental misunderstanding of how Oracle works. Could you explain why you want to arbitrarily limit the result set to 1000 rows? What will happen between that and getting the "next" 1000? What triggers getting the "next" 1000? and how do you define "next", since there is no ordering in a heap table.
I suspect we can make that requirement go away be presenting a better approach to the real issue.
