HP7610 Scan to E-mail on Mac w/OSX 10.9.2

Question

I'm attempting to scan a document using my Mac on the HP 7610.
When I select "Scan to E-mail" from the HP Utility, a "Scan to E-Mail" prompt comes up with a "Begin Scan to E-mail Setup" box to select.  When I do that, I must log-in to an HP webpage for my HP 7610.
Under the Scan tab, there's a heading called "Scan to E-Mail", with four sub headings under it...Scan to Email Setup, Outgoing Email Profiles, Email Address Book, and Email Options.  No where in all of these is there any prompt to "Start Scan" like there is on the same page under "Scan to Computer".
Please provide a solution on how I can scan a document to send via E-mail.

Hello TSteh,
I understand that you are trying to scan to email using your HP Officejet 7610 but can not seem to get the scan to start. The steps you performed have been correct thus far, When you are given the choice to select from those four options you must select Out Going Email Profiles. This will allow you enter the specific information from your email account into the printers memory.
This HP document: How to Scan: From the Control Panel will guide you through what you have done already and show you how to complete the last remaining steps.
