The 4G/iOS 6 does not have an Activation Lock. That started with iOS 7.
Place the iOS device in Recovery Mode and then connect to your computer and restore via iTunes. The iPod will be erased.
If recovery mode does not work try DFU mode.

What country are you in ? You will only be able to use the US store if you are in the US with a valid US billing address on your iTunes account.

the X6540A is a Dual Single-Ended Ultra/Wide SCSI (PCI) controller. The controller is only upto 40MB/sec, which might be suficient for a SDLT600 or LTO-2.
Every Single-Ended SCSI device works with this card, but performance would be low when using LVD/SE devices (some LVD devices can't operate in SE mode!)
I would suggest that you call Sun Sales.
I guess that the PCI/PCI-X Dual Ultra320 SCSI Adapter (SG-XPCI2SCSI-LM320) or PCI Dual Ultra3 SCSI Host Adapter (LVD) (X6758A) are a better choice if attaching more recent drives.

Did you boot to the Internet Recovery Partition?
Here’s how:
1/ Make sure your computer is completely shut down.
2/ You’ll have to be quick next: Press the Mac’s power button. As soon as you either hear the loud chime, or see the display light up - usually after a second or 2 - on your keyboard press [alt] + [cmd] + [r] Keep these keys on your keyboard pressed until you see a spinning globe with the text “starting Internet Recovery” You might have to connect to your Wi-Fi network before you can continue here.
After a few minutes, you’ll be presented with a Utilities screen. This is the Internet Recovery partition. If this step is already giving you problems, try using a USB-keyboard. It doesn’t have to be an Apple-keyboard. If you have a Windows-tailored keyboard laying around, use the “Windows-flag” key in stead of the [cmd]-key and it should also work.
3/ Choose Disk Utility and click [continue]

I need a new account because one day while trying to buy an app my Apple Id randomly said my password was incorrect after I typed my password in right. I tried thousands of times, and no hope. Then all my data goes to iCloud and I still can't buy apps as of the security questions which I forgot.... Single click on the Home button. Then double click on the Home button. In the recently used row, touch and hold the Contact app till they start to wiggle and then tap the minus sing by the contacts app.
Also make sure the Contact program on your computer is closed.
