HT1311 I have two iPhones on my account, but I want each to use a different iTunes account so that the directory for one iPhone does not end up on the other when both use the cloud to sync. How to do it?
I have two seperate iPhones on my cellular carrier, but since I unwisely used the same AppleID for both phones iTunes, the two different users end us seeing each other's apps and directories of phone numbers (when each is sync'd through the cloud).
How do I take one of the two phones and move it to a different Apple account?

To move one of the phones to a different iCloud account (if that's what you want to do), go to Settings>iCloud and turn all synced data to Off. When prompted, choose to keep the data on your iPhone. After everything is off, scroll to the bottom and tap Delete Account. This will delete the account from the phone but not from iCloud so the other phone will not be effected. Then set up a new iCloud account with a different Apple ID and turn iCloud syncing in Settings>iCloud back to On. When prompted, choose Merge. This will upload the data to the new iCloud account.
You will then have to go to icloud.com and sign into each iCloud account separately and delete any unwanted data that you don't want on the phone syncing with each account.

Negative (to inline a letter or to thin it) offset path does not work in Illus-CC 2014 (when preview is on- nothing happens). How can I get this to work like in previous versions.
Thanks for your quick reply. I tried a number of different values. Usually when I do a negative offset they're very small values, like -.25 or -.5.
An Update- I took the art work into Ai CS 6 and It still did not work, which is really strange. And I've used it hundreds of times with success in the past. Also I tried it with live type and outlines, ungrouped, un-compounded still could not get it to negative offset.

All purchases made from that account will still be tied to the account so you will have to authorize your computer to that account as well. -

You can also burn an install DVD.
When booting, hold ALT key to choose your flashdisk, and start erasing your HDD and installing.
Despite you're ready to erase all datas, I'd advise you to backup your stuff, as experience shows after erasing a disk, very often you regret not having backuped files. -
We have two iphones in our house and they are both on the same itunes account. When I plug in my phone, my number shows up but it syncs giving me the music and contacts from the other phone. Is it possible to have itunes just see the stuff from my phone when I plug it in. I have had to create a new contacts list and I want to store it in itunes because this phone is a back-up phone. My regular iphone is being repaired. When I get back the phone from repairs, I want to be able to sync it so that itunes sees my contacts and not my daughters stuff. Is this possible?

I have two iphones with different phone numbers that I use. I have one of them set up on icloud now, but do not know how to set up my second device on icloud. I have two apple phones too. One for work and my personal. When setting up your apple ID on the second phone under Messages settings -> Send & Receive -> you can select the other phone that has your apple ID. I haven't done it, bc need two separate phones. But i believe that sould work. Same on your Messages on you mac. But remember iMessages only works with Apple products. All your other buddies that don't have apple you won't get their sms, on the primary phone you want to use. Hope this helps

You will all need to be on the same itunes account ID.

Hi, we have two iphones with two accounts. The apple tv automatically syncs with one account to play music from the iphone to apple tv. How can I use my iphone to do the same?
Our experience is a little different, we have different iTunes accounts for different family members, each family member has their own iTunes library on their own mac, each mac uses my Apple ID for homesharing and we are able to play purchased content from each library on the Apple TV.

Also, be aware of the following:
The "Find my..." function is pretty much useless if the device is in the hands of a thief. All that is necessary is for the thief to connect to any computer with iTunes and "Restore as new."
The only real protection you have is with the personal information on the device rather than the physical device itself. Something as small as an iPod/iPhone should have a strong 8-digit (or longer) password AND be configured for automatic wipe in the event of ten consecutive incorrect password entries. -
