HT1329 How can I move my music on my old iPod to my new computer, when I no longer have access to the old computer.
How can I transfer the contents of my old iPod to my new computer. The old computer is no longer functioning .
- Transfer iTunes purchases by:
iTunes Store: Transferring purchases from your iPhone, iPad, or iPod to a computer
- Transfer ther music by:
Copy music from Ipod to new computer...: Apple Support Communities
Note t transfer iTunes purchases you have to know the account ID and password for the account that purchased them. Also, if you did not purchase the music, you are not entitled to use the music.

How do I get my library from my phone to my new computer? I no longer have access to the old computer and when I try to sync my music, it says it will erase everything on my phone. My itunes library is not showing up when I sign into the new computer. Its not even showing any downloads.
The iphone is not a backup/storage device. It simply mirrors the selected content of the computer to which you sync.
It has always been very basic to always maintain a backup copy of your computer for this very occasion.
If for some reason you have failed to backup, not good, then you can transfer itunes purchases from your iphone: File>Transfer Purchases. -
i am trying to transfer the music i have on my ipod to a new computer but i no longer have access to the old computer. Is there anyway that this can be done?
Your i-device was not designed for unique storage of your media. It is not a backup device and media transfer is structured around you maintaining your media on a computer which is itself properly backed up against loss. Syncing is one way, computer to device, matching the device content to the content on the computer. The exception is purchased content.
iTunes Store: Transferring purchases from your iOS device or iPod to a computer - http://support.apple.com/kb/HT1848 - only media purchased from iTunes Store
For transferring other items from an i-device to a computer you will probably have to use third party commercial software unless you have an older model iPod. Examples (check the web for others; this is not an exhaustive listing, nor do I have any idea if they are any good):

how do i sync my ipod with i tunes on a new computer when i don't have access to my old computer?
Syncing to a new iTunes library or computer will erase your phone. Only if you back up your phone manually before syncing, you can restore your device from that backup again. A manual backup does not include the sync process.
Do this:
Disable autosync in iTunes, connect your phone to your new computer and right click on it in the device list and choose backup. iTunes will backup your device without syncing.
Transfer your purchases the same way, choosing "transfer purchases" this time.
When you connect your phone for the first time, all media content will be erased. But you can restore your settings and app data from your manual backup afterwards.
Don't forget to set up at least one contact and event on your new computer to be able to merge calendars and contacts when you sync the iPhone for the first time.
Music is one way only, from the computer to your device, unless you bought the songs in iTunes and transferred your purchases.
There is 3rd party software out there, but not supported by Apple, see this thread: http://discussions.apple.com/thread.jspa?threadID=2013615&tstart=0

I need to change my old Apple ID to my new. I don't know the password to the old ID and no longer have access to this email. Is there an easy way around this?
I'm with JC4567, I have my old email turn up when going into my iCloud settings. It won't let me change the email to my new one (this new email and password are already updated on my PC. Why can't it just automatically update all other devices with it???), it's grey'ed out so I can't click and edit. I read somewhere that if we delete (older ios) or log off (newer ios) iCloud in the Settings then we can log in with the new AppleID and password. When I tried that it brought up my old AppleID and demanded my old password to my to turn off the "Find My iPhone" part in the iCloud. So I couldn't delete/log out of iCloud without turning off Fimd My iPhone. Catch 22. How do we fix that?

I am trying to delete my icloud account from my iphone as i no longer have access to this email and when i try to challenge the security question to access the account apparently i dont know my own date of birth. I cant delete the account as i dont remeber the passwrod and i have a new icloud account that i would like to link the phone to. Any help would be appreciated
thanksIf the old ID (iCloud account) is yours, and if it is an earlier version of your current ID, go to https://appleid.apple.com, click Manage my Apple ID and sign in with your current iCloud ID. Click edit next to the primary email account, change it back to your old email address and save the change. Then edit the name of the account to change it back to your old email address. You can now use your current password to turn off Find My iDevice, even though it prompts you for the password for your old account ID. Then save any photo stream photos that you wish to keep to your camera roll. When finished go to Settings>iCloud, tap Delete Account and choose Delete from My iDevice when prompted (your iCloud data will still be in iCloud). Next, go back to https://appleid.apple.com and change your primary email address and iCloud ID name back to the way it was. Now you can go to Settings>iCloud and sign in with your current iCloud ID and password.
This will not work if your current ID is an entirely new ID and is not a newer version of the old ID. -
So I've got an iPod classic with songs on it from the iTunes store, from CDs of my own, from free online playlists, etc. and when I plug it into my new Mac laptop the only songs that show up on iTunes are the ones I actually purchased in the iTunes store with my old computer (not a Mac). How can I copy ALL the music on my iPod onto my new Mac?

How man I change my Apple ID? I no longer have access to the old email address
To set up devices such as iCloud I'm needing to verify an email sent to my acct, however I can no longer access that email address, so I need to change the email address to my current email address. How can I do this -from my iPhone? Please please!!
You need to create another non-Apple email address - a free one from GMail would do - and then go to http://appleid.apple.com and change it there.

How can I move songs from my wife's iPod to her new iPhone?
My wife got a new iPhone 5 yesterday. She had some songs on her iPod and wanted them transferred to her new phone. When I explored this on the web, I came up with Touch Copy. I downloaded a free trial and was able to get the songs from her iPod to my computer (but they are in a Touch Copy folder, they do not come up in the iTunes library). Now I can't get the songs onto her new phone. When I explored that, I came across Disk-Aid. Before I got deeper into 3rd party software (and multiple ones at that), I wanted to get some advice. So, here I am...I would appreciate any information you can give me. Thanks, Kenny.
Does your wife have the computer she syncd her iPod to?

How can i move contacts from outlook on my pc to my new mac?
how can i move contacts from outlook on my pc to my new mac?
In Outlook export the contacts as vCard files and then it just a matter of opening Address book and either importing them or you can drag them into the app.
It's a pretty simple process.
