I'm looking for others with unauthorized charges from CA (866) 712-7753 made to their Apple accounts.

Yup - same thing here... charges came through as pending early AM on 26-November, 2013 ... one for $17.89 then a second one for $16.90. I Google'd the phone number and a bunch of other threads come up from as early as 2008 from other people claiming they were also scammed by someone using the same description. However, others have been scammed for a far greater amount.
This is a SCAM - it is NOT iTUNES! One commonality I have noticed among all the threads I've read is that everyone who has been scammed by this "merchant" has made 1 or more actual legit iTunes purchase, so it must be someone hacking the iTunes payment system... perhaps someone at Apple can get on this??? Your customers would certainly appreciate a safer and more secure marketplace.
In the meantime, to everyone who has already been scammed, I would strongly suggest cancelling the card this transaction showed up on and have your bank issue a new card number along with dispute the charge(s) that were made to your account from that "merchant" ... the "merchant" is not real but rather, they're very successful (i.e they have been doing this for a long time without detection) with a slightly more developed scam process than the average Joe-scammer (i.e phone lines with Apple sounding operators, etc.).
Long story short - cancel your card(s) ASAP ... and HEY APPLE, do something about this, would you?

HT1420 iTunes saying I have 5 computers authorized... I don't have any?!?!

iTunes is really annoying me now!
Trying to watch a movie from my MacBook via Apple TV, like I have done many times recently.
Now iTunes is saying it's not authorized and I cant authorize it as I have 5 computers authorized already???
I checked, I only had 4 anyway, but deleted them to be safe.... STILL SAYS I HAVE 5!!!

$2000 on the new iPhone 5 for myself and my wife, we sitll use the other iphone4's that we have with other numbers and as we have a big family we have 7 computers that all need to work with itunes. We also have 5 ipads and i was thinking of getting another one but because of this problem the two new iphones and my macbook pro are usles devices when it comes to music and syncing is impossable... My kids do not have there own apple id as it needs a credit card, which they do NOT have. They are kids. so how can i get iTunes to allow me to get more computers online. I just bought an new/ refurbushed 17" mackbookpro as my old one was dropped and still works but do not want to take a chance for my work... anyway iTunes will not let me use this computer with iTunes either... AAAHHHHH I do not want to authorize and de-authorize computers as i use them and it looks like that is not possible anyway based on their statment that htis can only be done twice a year... The only people who can possibly assist you with this is Apple Customer Relations, call your local Apple contact number and ask for Customer Relations then explain your situation clearly and politely (be firm but don't rant).
You might want to investiage what the local laws are regarding defective goods and 'fit for use' definitions on warranties etc. Consumer Protection can be a useful tool to use or bargain with if needed ...

I found an answer, by calling support..: Sign into iTunes, Go to iTunes store, right side qiick links,select acct, go to your credit card area, click edit, captions at the top, ie master card visa etc, select none, press done.

The apps that you have on your iPhone will only work on iOS devices i.e. an iPhone, iPad or iPod Touch - your Mac uses a different operating system, OS X. You can get some apps/programs for your Mac e.g. you should have a Mac App Store icon, possibly on the dock at the bottom of the screen, and/or in the Applications folder :
If you are using Safari to access Facebook or other sites then you should be able to add bookmarks for them to itvia the Bookmarks menu at the top of Safari (command-D is the keyboard shortcut for adding a bookmark). If you are using a different browser, then again you should be able to bookmarks for your favourite sites.

If you've got 5 computers authorised for the account in question, and you need to free up authorizations, I'd do a "Deauthorize All" from one of the computers you have access to, and then reauthorize the computers you have access to.

Read the steps carefully as the order in which you follow them is critical. Note that you can do this only when creating a new Apple ID. You cannot use an existing ID.
You will of course not be able to get anything other than the free apps without entering in some sort of payment method (credit card, prepaid iTunes card, gift certificate, etc.)

Use the Deauthorize All function documented in that article; while it won't delete your music, you should have a backup of it anyway.

You can only deauthorize everything to do that. Click on Account under Quick Links. You can deauthorize all five there. But you can only do this once a year.

You can't merge Apple IDs. You also can't cancel (delete) and existing ID, you can only choose to stop using it.
If your old ID was compromised and you can no longer access it, you'll have to contact Apple for assistance. Go to one of the other computers and use the Deauthorize Computer function. If you don't have physical or network access to any of them, use the Deauthorize All command documented in the article you asked this question from, and if that's not an option, the link to contact the iTunes Store staff at the bottom of it.
