Good luck candy crush has no tech support and reporting it through App Store support is useless. The only reply I ever got was to delete and reinstall update and restore purchases. None of it works they just want u to spend more money to bring their stocks up.

If you have an @mac.com or @me (MobileMe) name then the password needs to be kept to 16 characters or Less due a limit at the AIM server end.
Use iForgot to change the Password
A @me.com name associated with Lion/iOS5/iCloud will only work in Lion and iChat 6

I keep getting a message to contact itunes support when I try to make an in app purchase. What could be causing this issue? My credit card is up to date and in app purchases aren't restricted.
Have you tried contacting iTunes Support and asking them ? We are fellow users here on these forums, it could be due to a number of reasons, we won't know which one.

Please help! I can power the device off but when i try to unlock the screen its like it cant feel my finger tracing over my unlock design, thus I cannot sign into itunes to download what i have before I possibly loose everything My warranty is expired and I dont know if there is any other solution before I dump a bunch of money into this devise.
