HT1551 I by mistake turned on my speak feature on my apple TV, now it speaks everthing when I navigate the remote. I cannot figure how how to turn it off. Please help

I by mistake turned on my speak reature on the my apple TV. Now it speaks everthing when I navigate through the remote. I cannot figure out how to turn it off.
Please help.

On your Apple TV, choose Settings > General > Accessibility 
Change VoiceOver setting to OFF
