Yes if you go to http://store.apple.com/ on the top right under the search it will say "Account" or your first name. You will click or tap that and you will click "check order status" sign in. After you do that in the middle by the order date and number it will say "print invoices" and as long as your item(s) have been ship you will be able to see and print your invoice receipts. you can view items purchased in the last 18 months.

Last night I rented Argo but it took too long to download and was unable to watch it. I'm not sure if I can watch it now before it expires. Is there anyway I can get credit for the rental? If so, how?

Apple's policy on sales of digital content is that all sales are final. If however you wish to appeal to Apple, select the content which is causing a problem and use the 'Report a problem' button in Your Purchase History on your computer.
Currently, if your purchase happens to be your most recent purchase you will not be redirected to the report form, in this case use the report a problem option from the invoice that was emailed to you.

If your OS X Lion Update 10.7.5 (Client Combo) says it will take 70 hours to download, do you have a faster Internet connection you can use?

But if they're not copy-protected, you can use Handbrake. It works pretty well to rip to H264 format.

I have been trying repeatedly to find out how to get support for the FIREFTP add-on. I have a HDD that is in the midst of crashing and I need to get the ftp accts from it. I have followed every direction they have specified but none work. Need to speak to a developer. Now that I am trying to getting a hold of someone from mozilla, i find the same difficulty getting in touch with someone. This type of support model is a joke.
I had no idea i would be on my own once a problem occurs.

I just switched computers and did not save all of my receipts from my previously purchased items from the Mac app store. I was wondering if there was any way to retrieve receipts that showed how much I paid and when I bought the items.

Open iTunes on the new Mac, sign into your account and view your account information. There is a section for Purchase History where you can view the invoices for everything that you have ever bought from the iTunes stores and the Mac App Store.

I copied my iTunes folder to an external drive as a backup. (I suppose I should have "exported" it.) Then that computer's motherboard crashed. I have a new computer and have copied the iTunes files to the C drive. iTunes seems to find the music (3000 songs, etc) but my ratings, and playlists are missing. How can I restore them? ( I do have my IPOD with all the stuff on it.)

There are applications that purport to retrieve playlist information from your iPod. I'd look for posts by Zevoneer.
For future reference, you need to copy the entire iTunes folder (not just the one with the music in it)when you back up. The ratings and playlists information are stored in the iTunes Libary file.
I believe the support contact information is all on the main support page. There is also a link, "Contact Us" at the bottom of this page.

Many times it goes into an "Authorizing" state, but never starts the movie. Now my 24 hour period to watch the movie has expired. How can I request a credit on my account?
