My ipod was stolen and i can not get my music onto my computer. What do I do? Ive spent ALOT of money on music and apps and i cant access them. anyone want to be so kind as to help?
What country are you in ? As long as they are still available in the store then apps can be re-downloaded from the store for free, and in a number of countries music can also be re-downloaded : re-downloading.

Hi, just bought my daughter an Iphone 4s and I can't get it to let her on youtube, Facebook etc., keeps saying no internet connection. My husband and I have 3G smartphones and we can get on them on ours, so I'm not sure what I'm doing wrong. Also, my other daughter has the same phone and has no trouble getting on these sites either. Running a mid 2009 iMac on 10.7.5, 3 gb memory, 320 gb hd.
Suddenly the computer stoped reading DVDs and the only time I can read a CD is if I restart. Quite often when I insert a CD it gets stuck and I cannot get it out until I restart and it shows up on the desktop where I can then eject it.
I have checked and double checked the finder prefs and all looks normal showing a check mark on CDs,DVDs etc. (the ones I want to show up on the desktop)
I have reset the PEAM, repaired permissions with both the disk utility on the computer and the disk utility when I start up in the Recovery Disk. I did notice that sometimes the permission repeat the same correction several times before it moves on, and sometimes it doesn’t. I have Windows installed on a partition but I keep it unmounted until it is needed for my wife’s work. The dock seems to be just fine and all the apps seems to run just fine. When I insert a photo CD iPhoto does not open but when I insert a music CD iTunes does open.
Also, most every time I open iPhoto it takes a long time(sometimes as long as 2 minutes) for it to load.
Sometimes my Mail (Mail 5.3) does not post new mail but most of the time it does.
Once and a while it seems like the computer slows way down but then it seems ok ten minutes later.
All of these ‘things’ seemed to have happen suddenly and I have not downloaded anything from the internet in some time.
Of course the warranty and extended warranty are both no longer in effect having had this computer for more than three years.
I am running Java and Adobe Player because some of the sites I go to a lot require both.I believe that insufficient RAM may be the source of some of your problems. If you have a RAM of somewhere 4 to 8GB, you will experience smoother computing. 3GB doesn't seem right, so you might want to learn more by going to this site:

I don't know what know what's happening with your optical drive, but it seems you use your drive quite a bit. In that case, look into a lens cleaner for your machine. It's inexpensive, works quite well.

How can I get my music off my iPhone and into the iTunes library?
My computer broke down a long time ago and I lost all my music, the only place I have any of it now is on my iPhone. None of my songs were purchases. I haven't updated my phone since I got it a year ago, I deleted and backed up everything on my phone except for my music because I can find no way how, and I still don't have enough space to update. Some of the songs I have on there, I can't get back if I delete now, not anywhere. Why is there not a simple, built in way to back up music??? This has been driving me insane forever, I really just want to get my music back into iTunes again, or get it onto the computer I'm currently using, somewhere, anywhere, at this point. Is there any way to do this without downloading some program that you have to pay for to get to work?

My daughters iPod was stolen today and I disabled it and tracked it on the find iPhone to an address but law enforcement can't do anything yet since they have now turned the iPod off which means it's off the radar now but for the life of me I can not find the serial number in my iTunes account to give the investigator so that he can put the info into a data base for pawn shops. Help???

How can I get my old iTunes music onto my new computer without access to my old computer? I left my previous job and forgot to transfer my music. I bought iTunes match and it shows my old Mac as a device, but I cannot access any of the old music. All I can find are what was on my iPhone, but that's not what I want. I need all my old music from my old Mac, which has been wiped clean by IT at my old job. BUT, I did have iCloud at that time and I thought all my music would be accessible through it. I don't understand the Cloud! And I'm thinking spending $24.99 on iTunes Match was a waste of money because I still can't access my old music.
When you are done with this issue, consider the computer back at the office may still
have access to your iTunes account, and it should be de-auhorized. You can do that
remotely, but be sure you carefully do not mess up your other computer iTunes libraries.

How can I get my music off the cloud and onto my iphone only?
I have an iPhone 5 (not sure if it's an S or a C). I have the newest IOS on it. How can I sync it so that my music is on my phone and NOT on the cloud? It takes way too long to get my music to play when it's stored on the cloud. I can't find anywhere in the sync instructions to help me with this.

I would like to display my Macbook content to myHDTV via apple TV airplay however I would like to store the computer in the entertainment center with the display closed and use the bluetooth keybard and trackpad to control the computer. Any thoughts?

I thought now airplay is eqully functioning as HDMI/thunderbolt cables, wirelessly. But only one problem, with 1080P videos, it is a little bit laggy for my Macbook Air 2011, perhaps if you get a newer model, this won't happen at all. -

On Start Up My I - Mac automatically fills the password field with (****************) , and they are very hard to delete. This also happens with the password
